7 days into 2010 and i already felt breathless. if this is how it's gonna be for the rest of the year. i better pray for extra energy and patience to tide me over. =X

reflecting back on 2009. it's been a year of ups and downs. surprises and rude shocks. a year where i tried things new and ventured into the lesser known.

was juz enjoying my days in CL3 when i was posted to CCK4. 'with great power came great responsibilities'. i can attest to that. being CCK4 was like being in hell. it has since gotten much better and i'm still learning. but i guess i miss working with my mum ba. =) but it has been a greta learning experience coz i was exposed to more assets and higher sales volume. from a store that no one has heard of to a store that was top 3 in the market for MDS and now a store that ranks number 10 in the whole of singapore. that is saying something. although i took 6 years to be where i am now and still far from my goal. i think i'll stop at being a RM le.

in a way as much as i hated going over to CCK4. it was that very place that allowed me to meet *b. if i had stayed in CL3 and not gone over. i would never have known he was still in the system. and i guess who would have thought that we would have got together after 6 years? the way that fate throws curveballs at life was so unpredictable.

and now i'm already thinking of settling down coz i've already found that someone who gives me that assurance of stability and has the ability to take care of me as well. probably give me 2 years and i'll get married and start my own family le. =) looking forward to another new phase of my adult life.

as i've been working for the past 6 years coming to 7. i've seen enough of people and will be going back to school soon. once the degree scholarship starts i'll be applying. so that's another 1 year of commitment of working and studying. quite looking forward to it too. and *b's supportive as well. =)

have also been through quite a lot emotionally and it is shocking how much i managed to pull through and survive in one piece. it took some time to fix myself up to who i am today. but it's all worth it! =)

been out with friends that really great and enjoyed myself lots eating and gossiping and chilling out with them all. =) let's hope there are many more such sessions to come!

having the capability to travel has also brought me to my most frequent place of visit. malaysia. from johor bahru to pontian to malacca to colmar tropical in pahang and tioman. been to batam. to bangkok. luang prabang.

and it's the first time i travelled overseas alone. it's not a bad thing. interesting and an eye opener. and coz there were no kakis around i was very quiet and did things at my own pace. an adventure on its own and it made me a bit more independent.

my travelling plans for 2010 has been set as well and now i'm starting my planning for more travel in 2011. hahaha. =D as for the rest of my plans in 2010. let's take it one step at a time and see how it all goes ba... =D
