and so the arrival of boxing day signifies nus results day. To others, it might be an important day that might affect them but to me at least, today is just like any other day. Results are finalized and there is no point crying over spilt milk.
Here and there, there are might be few surprises. pleasant ones that lift one off the ground and unpleasant ones that leave one in disbelief and sorrow. However, what you reap is what you sow although sometimes you just lack the last stroke of luck at the crucial hour. Having survived the last 7 semesters in NUS, time has indeed made one stronger when facing such stuffs.
to put it shortly, this semester results is nothing anywhere near fanciful, some fall short of my expectations while some others pulled off a unexpected surprise. On a interesting sidenote, I used up all my S/U options while I still have friends who have not yet touched one yet. All in all, everything remained the same. As I see the friends around me losing sleep and getting all anxious since last night and even worrying about next sem results already, I don't know to be happy or sad. Happy over the fact that I would no longer need to mug the day and night for a result I so desperately want yet having no total confidence in ensuring so and partially sad that there isn't any motivation for next sem, probably smoke through the last two modules which I have.
*rants* DSAP I no like you. you messed up my timetable of modules. Who would have known what would have happen had I not took this module instead of the other.
now a headache of which modules to choose next sem, both stats mod or 1 maths 1 stats? haiz...
not really a perfect countdown to look forward to, with fyp like a burden fewphew. :X
hello peeps! its end of exams for tis semester, of which I would say not a very perfect one to be. in fact, it is far from perfect, disappointments and dejected moods for sure but they are just going to be of insignificance to me..
taking a one day rest for today and shall embark on fyp wef tml till sch starts ai...... time to go out! :) for a quick bite that is!
