Just came back from SGH.
Went to visit the ex-colleague whom is down with cancer.
Both her tummy and legs were swollen.
As she held my hands, tears welled up in my eyes but I managed to force them back.
She told us not to feel sad or sorry for her. She has accepted her fate and is looking forward to her last breath. She only wants to end her sufferings.
Life is so unpredictable...
Life sometimes can be such a bitch.
Rest well and we will visit you again.

Just got to know that one of my ex-colleague, is now in the final stages of cancer (bile duct cancer).
The doctor has given 3 to 6 months on her life.
I was damn shocked when I received this piece of news.
Although we were not on good terms during her tenure here, she's afterall an ex-colleague whom has affected me in both good and bad ways.
Life is cruel...
Life is fragile...
Because of this, I've decided to treasure my loved ones even more and also try to spend more time with them.
Everyone, please go for your yearly full health screening. The earlier the detection and treatment, the better odds of survival.
And to my ex-colleague, may God be with you and give you the strength to walk through the last phase of your life...

Justina is back from her 4 months maternity leave! Yay!
Welcome back xiao mei!
And, my baby flew off to Hong Kong today. I won't be able to see him until I'm back from China which is 2 weeks later. FML. =(
Friday 23rd September 2011 - Saturday 01st October 2011
Went to Shanghai, Hangzhou, Suzhou and Beijing with Celestine, Joanne and Qinyu.
Had a great time there! Glad that I've travelled with the right people. We are all camwhores so we had common interest.
We took a long time stopping over at a destination just to take photos. Haha. And we love to take jumping shots. So fun!
Most importantly, we are very compromising people and hence, the trip was a great one.

Oh ya, I took First Class for the first time too! We took it during our domestic flight from Beijing to Shanghai. Hurhur. How cool was that? We were all damn excited during the flight. HAHA.
And and.... We missed our speed train to Suzhou all because of our coffee cravings. HAHAH.
Although I had fun there, I missed my baby... =)

Monday 12th September 2011
Happy Mid-Autumn festival everyone!
Walked over to our C856 Pasir Panjang site office with Joycelyn for the Performance Management System (PMS) briefing at 10.30am.
Realised that there was a problem with the UAT and IT couldn't VNC us due to the firewall on the laptop.
Took us 30 minutes to resolve the issue and it was so embarrassing as the employees were staring at us while we resolve the issue. Other than this, the presentation was a smooth one. Phew. I was damn nervous can.
The briefing ended at 12pm and we walked over to the row of shophouses for lunch. Jerryl walked over to join us for lunch. We had claypot rice for lunch. It was a newly opened shop. I recommended Weini and she liked it too! =)
Then at night, my parents came to pick me up from work and we went to Sheraton Hotel's Li Bai Restaurant for dinner. The food was OMG good!!!!!
After dinner, we went back home and had mooncake for dessert.
Thanks baby for the ice cream mooncakes. My family loved it. =)

Today, it's the PMS briefing at our Lower Seletar Water Works site office. The presenters were Jerryl and I.
We headed off to the site at 3.30pm.
Wah, damn ulu can?
Rolls Royce factory is nearby...

So many plans and drawings on the wall...

Jerryl presented and I assisted him. It went smoothly too... =)
We left around 5.30pm and Jerryl dropped me off at Northpoint to take the MRT.
Passed by Seletar Reservoir too. Nice sunset.
I took a train down to 313 @ Somerset and shopped at Uniqlo as baby could only meet me at 8pm. Wanted to buy some stuffs for my China trip too. Nothing much there though...
Took a train down to Rafflescity and met baby. We had dinner at Canele as I had cravings. Heehee.
I love my piggy... =)
Bought Gongcha after dinner and went home. Shagged ttm.

It's the PMS briefing at our RWS site office today. Presenters today are Soh Fun, Rohana, Jerryl and I. My boss was supposed to come but he managed to siam...
This issue became a big hoohaa later on... Haiz...
The RWS driver came to pick us up at 8.30am.
The site office is located at the B2 carpark.
The 3 sessions of briefing ended at 11.45am and we went for lunch at Harbourfront before coming back again for the last 3 briefings.
The last session ended around 4.30pm. Jerryl, Rohana and I went back and had coffee at Killiney before heading back to office at 5.30pm.
After work, I went to Uniqlo at Ion and bought a cardigan, a bra tank top and lingerie. Went to take a look at H&M too. Things there are so messy... And too crowded. I dislike. =(
Went home after that.

Got hold of the latest BB9900! OMGawd!!!!
It's my CEO's handset.
It's so cool and sleek! Oh man!!!!
During lunch, sotong told me to go over to her workstation to collect the China itinerary from her.
Wah, so professional can? Machiam like some big project. Hurhur.
Even the pens have our nicknames.
Must endorse on the last page! Each of us have a unique designation. So cute lah! I'm the Navigating Director! Sotong is the CFO, Bunny is the PR Director and Snowman is the Photography Director. -_-"
Woohoo!
Baby came to pick me up at night and we went to Jurong Hilltop Tepanyaki for dinner.
The scallop was huge!
After dinner, we went back to his place. Watch Zookeeper. Halfway through the show, his brother and Kenny came back. Watched the show together.
Went home around 2am. Zzz

Went over to baby's place at 5.45pm. He was still soundly asleep so I took over his computer. HAHA.
Woke him up at 6.30pm.
Drove over to Chip Bee Gardens opposite Holland Village and shopped at Gastronomia.
They sell all variety of pasta base and soups!
Lobster Soup
Pasta base: Tomato and Aglio Olio
Most importantly, the dessert! My fav Tiramisu too!
Hopped over to Jelita Cold Storage to get fresh scallops and baby's breakfast.
Wow, huge scallops!
I love his backview and grocery shopping with him...
We rented 2 movies from VideoEZ too.
Went back to his place and baby cooked. LOVE.
My 爱心晚餐.
His brother ate too.
After dinner, we watched the 2 rented DVDs. We fell asleep while watching... HAHA.
Cabbed home around 2.30am as baby was too tired to drive me home.

I'm back from my Shanghai and Beijing trip, hence the lack of updates.
I'm glad that I've chosen the right people to travel with. I had lots of fun teasing, joking, lame-ing and camwhoring with them. Most exciting thing was that we missed our train to Suzhou and almost missed our domestic flight back to Shanghai! We ran like mad kids in the train station and airport. HAHA. This trip was full of 'excitement'! Definitely not for the faint-hearted.
