My baby has flown to KL for some business meeting. Good thing is that he'll be back on Friday night! =)
At night, I took a cab down to 313 @ Somerset to meet Elin and Becca for dinner. As it was Lawrence's birthday, Jingwen couldn't make it.
Ate at a western cafe. Had pasta and fish. The dishes they serve are very creative!
Did some catching up with each other. Becca shared with us a very anal encounter with a couple at Starbucks.
Becca and Weizhen went to the Starbucks at Central and all the tables were occupied except for 1. But the only empty table has only 1 chair. They looked around and realised all chairs were taken except for the one(there were only bags on it) next to them, which a couple was seated.
Hence, Becca decided to ask the guy.
Becca: Excuse me, can I have the chair please?
Anal Guy: No.
Becca: Erm, why not? Maybe you can put your bags on the floor or something?
Anal Guy: Because my bag needs to sit on the chair.
Becca: WTF? (thinking to herself)
Anal Guy's girl partner: *giggles*
Becca: WTH? Still dare to laugh? (thinking to herself)
Becca: Why must your bag sit on the chair? My friend is a human and needs to sit on the chair! (felt her blood boiling)
Anal Guy: Ignores her.
Becca decided to approach the counter and told the waitress about this situation while Weizhen stood beside him, staring at him. The guy saw Becca lodging a complain and told Weizhen...
Anal Guy: Wah, your friend so fast went to complain to the waitress already ah?
The waitress told Becca that she will settle it for her. She walked over to the Anal Guy and told him to give up his chair. He said to Weizhen...
Anal Guy: If your friend had asked me politely, I would have given up my chair to her.
Weizhen: WTF? Was she not polite enough?
Anal Guy: Knew that he was cornered and said to the waitress that he will never patronize this cafe again.
ALL: Good For You!
After hearing this, I could feel my blood boiling too! How on earth can such rude and arrogant people exist? OMG!
Becca told me that she was so angry that she was shaking! Her 1st experience man. Haha.

Baby came to pick me up and we left for Plaza Singapura. Watched Nightmare on Elm Street. 1, 2, Freddy's coming for you... 3, 4...... LOL.
After the show, we had late dinner at Whampoa market as Ken has cravings for the Hokchew Fishball noodle. Off we go... =)
Ordered lots of food but we managed to finish them all! YES!
He sent me home after that.

Yay, today both my supervisor and boss are on leave! Heehee... Which means I can do my work at my own pace.
During lunchtime, Charlotte drove me to Queensway Shopping Center to drop off the Hong Kong Employment Law guidebook for photocopying and then we went back to PSA to pick Soh Fun up.
After picking her, we went to Sentosa!!! For work of course. =) Charlotte wanted to collect the insurance cheque from the RWS management.
We were lost and ended up in the basement carpark of the casino. Haha. Did a detour and finally found RWS's management office.

This is the model of what we will be building... Espa, Marine Park and an aquarium. It is a fast track job with we need to complete within 18 months!
They had the model of the roller coaster too.
As we decided to have our lunch at Siloso Beach, we decided to drop by our new construction site!

After visiting the site, we proceed to have our lunch. The food was not too bad.
It started pouring heavily and we were stranded there for 30 minutes. Then Sof Fun received a sms saying that our CEO is looking for her urgently. Hence, we rushed back to office. Reached office around 2pm. Oops.

The HR department went to Al-Azhar at Bukit Timah for dinner. It was Soh Fun's treat as she was recently promoted to Assistant Manager. Congrats!
We had 10 people, hence had to sit at 2 separate tables.

Today is Krishnan's birthday. Hence, our department went to Swensens at Holland Village for lunch. Sachin and Serena came along too.
After the main course, the dessert came. We ordered Firehouse for the birthday 'boy' and sang him the birthday song so loudly that the customers downstairs could also heard us. Haha.

Today is the start of the HRMS training and this will continue for the next 5 days. The HRIS personnel flew over from our parent company in India to supervise the training.
To summarize everything, the whole training was boring and the new system was not applicable to our Singapore company. Hence, the rest of us did not attend the full 5 days of training and system testing... Oops! Heh heh...

Met Dear for dinner at PS for dinner and then watched The Losers. Not bad.
After the show, dear sent me to Orchard Central to meet my parents. After meeting them, we left for the airport as my sister will be flying back from Taipei tonight.
Her plane touched down at 11.45pm and she came out with her friends. I saw my uni friend, Weizhen there too. Haha.
Reached home and crashed.... ZZzzz

After work, I went to Ghim Moh to collect my medical report and medicine and then went to Holland Village for dinner with my Finance colleagues. They wanted to give me a birthday treat.
We ate at NYDC.

They wanted to give me a surprise but the plan failed when I saw my colleague sneaking to the waitress even when he said that he wanted to go to the gents.

After dinner, we chill at Wala Wala. As we had to work the next day, we didn't drink much.

Went home after work and baby came to pick me up around 10pm for supper as his lesson ended at 9.30pm.
We went to Chomp Chomp for supper as I miss the food there. We ordered Cai Tao Kway, Chicken wings, Mee Pok and 2 large glass of sugarcane juice and soya bean milk. Damn full. The food was uber! Even baby agreed! HAHA.
After dinner, he sent me home. Reached home around 1am and I managed to catch some sleep before waking up at 4am to go to the airport.

Woke up at 4am and off we go to Changi Airport T1. Ate breakfast there before boarding the plane. The Z monster attacked my sis and I right after we board the plane.
After 3 hours, we finally reached Pearl of the Orient, Hong Kong.
We took the hotel shuttle as it was faster.
Ahhh... Once again, I'm back in Hong Kong. Really miss the time when I was here with Baby and Wanyui.
After 30 minutes of drive, we finally reached our hotel at Nathan Road.

We started off the day by eating breakfast at a Hong Kong cafe near our hotel. Last chance to eat loh!

It was a 1 hour long MTR journey and we finally reached.

As our flight back was at 7pm, we went to Pacific Place at Admiralty for lunch.
At the airport... Let's say goodbye to Hong Kong...
As we wanted to have dinner before boarding the plane, we decided to eat Burger King as we were only left with 30mins before the gate closes.
My dad kept asking for Starbucks and I thought the drink at Lantau Island made him fell in love with Starbucks. Hence, my mum and sister went to buy a drink for my dad. Then instead of the drink, they came back with......

As it was my birthday and we were rushing for time, they could only buy me this slice of cake. Awww... I was very touched... Almost in tears...
I will definitely come back to Hong Kong again... Would love to go with Ken as the other time, I was with Wanyui most of the time. =)

I was resting at home after dinner when someone knocked on my door...
When I opened my door, there was no one outside so I peeked downstairs... I saw KEN!!! BABY! =)
He came to my house after his lesson to pass me my birthday present. It was a bag from Prada. Nice! My favourite brand.
He stayed for awhile before leaving... It feels really great when dear comes over and hang out with my family. Especially my little sister... She was damn excited to see him. LOL. New playmate?

My dad kept asking for Starbucks and I thought the drink at Lantau Island made him fell in love with Starbucks. Hence, my mum and sister went to buy a drink for my dad. Then instead of the drink, they came back with......

As it was my birthday and we were rushing for time, they could only buy me this slice of cake. Awww... I was very touched... Almost in tears...
I will definitely come back to Hong Kong again... Would love to go with Ken as the other time, I was with Wanyui most of the time. =)

I was resting at home after dinner when someone knocked on my door...
When I opened my door, there was no one outside so I peeked downstairs... I saw KEN!!! BABY! =)
He came to my house after his lesson to pass me my birthday present. It was a bag from Prada. Nice! My favourite brand.
He stayed for awhile before leaving... It feels really great when dear comes over and hang out with my family. Especially my little sister... She was damn excited to see him. LOL. New playmate?

Oh ya, did I tell you all that I received an email from my President & CEO?
Actually not me alone. Some of my colleagues from HR and other departments also receive during their birthdays. Maybe it's sort of unwritten birthday benefit? LOL.
Because of this email, Yati, Hid, Siti and I went to Pizza for lunch today. Something different from the usual lunch. Hehz.
