Words from Before It's Too Late by Goo Goo Dolls.

Tuesday, April 27, 2010

Bye people! I'm flying off in another 15mins time!

See you in a week's time!

Take care...

Although I'm away for holiday, I will still miss you... Will you miss me too?

Monday, 26 April 2010

Serena treated HR department and some of her good buddies to KFC for lunch as she passed her basic theory I think. Anyway I ate Zinger! I had cravings for it since last week. LOL. My colleagues always say that I'm expecting as I never stop having cravings. One moment fishball noodles, another moment dim sum. Heehee.

Other than that, I had a busy day as I tried to clear all my work and for those which requires follow up, I passed them over to Krishnan and Yati.

After work, I went to Bugis Junction to meet Baby for dinner. We ate at Ma Maison. It was a fusion of Japanese and French cuisine. I've always wanted to try it whenever I walked pass the shop. Ken was reluctant in the beginning but I managed to persuade him. GREAT SUCCESS!

Anyway, there was a long queue and we waited for 20minutes before we were led to our table. The interior design was unique... Like an old mansion with lots of western antiques. Soon after, our food arrived.

I ordered the Tonkatsu set and it was really uber!!!! The moment I sank my teeth in, I realised that it didn't taste like any other pork! It tasted different. And the rice... It was no normal Japanese sticky rice... It had a special taste in it too! The feeling was indescribable! You'll have to try it for yourself.

Ken ordered the curry rice. His favourite. Haha.

After dinner, we went to United Square to pick his little sister from tuition and sent me home after that.

Friday 02 March 2010

Tonight, L4D 2 at Iluma with Elin, Benjamin and Yida.

Saturday 03 March 2010

Met Ken for dinner at Manhattan Fish Market at PS and then followed by the movie, How To Train Your Dragon. It was a nice show... Somehow, I felt that the dragon looked like some pokemon character but Ken's bro said that it resembled Stitch. Ya, actually they looked quite alike! Haha.

Tuesday 06 April 2010

Skipped Body Combat and met Ken for dinner at Manhattan Fish Market (yes, again) at PS.

I love meeting my baby for dinner after a long day of work...

Wednesday 07 April 2010

Rushed off to Harbourfront Macs to meet Elin for the Taiwan trip discussion.

We had dinner before the discussion. Had a weird encounter with a weird man there... TSK!

After wrapping things up, we left the place around 9pm. Shagged.

Thursday, 08 April 2010

After work, Hid, Yati and I took Jimmy's car while some of the rest took Nancy's car and some took Charlotte's car.

We headed to Sakura at Clementi Woods to have dinner with current and ex-employees of SEC. Yes, everyone turned up.

We had lots of fun catching up with those who left SEC.

No photos with me as Hid was the one who took them.

Yati, Hid, Elisa and I took Jimmy's car out and some of us alighted at Clementi MRT.

Reached home and crashed.

Friday 09 April 2010

Went home for dinner and then cabbed down to Ken's place as he wanted to share his new game with me. Give it a guess.... Nope? Can't guess what game was that? HAHAHA

It's Pokemon. Haha, he purposely went to buy a NDS just because he had a sudden 'crave' for the game. LOL. He is UBER.

Played the game while he played Final Fantasy on his PS3.

After awhile of gaming, I felt tired and took a nap. When I woke up, OMG, it was already 6am!!! Haha... He was also sound asleep. I woke him up and we went to Ghim Moh for Soya Bean drink and he packed the famous Nasi Lemak for his breakfast before sending me home. Reached home and slept from 6.45am to 12pm.

Saturday 10 April 2010

After waking up, I lazed around until night time. Ken came to pick me up and we went for Japanese Teppanyaki dinner at Jurong Hilltop with his sisters.

The food was yummy. The only down point was that we smell like the place after we left.

As Ken's sister was craving for bubble tea, we stopped by Holland V.

When we were there, we were thinking of what to do and suddenly there was a sudden crave for Wii.

Hence, Ken drove me home to collect my Wii controls and games before heading over to his place.

We girls played Mario Kart while baby played his Pokemon.

I left around 1am as I had to wake up early the next day.

It was fun playing with his sisters. =)

Tuesday, 13 April 2010

Charlotte gave me a lift to Orchard Hotel after work as she was heading to Tekka Mall.

As she dropped me off early, I went over to Forum to take a look while waiting for Rebecca, Elin and Jingwen to arrive as we were meeting for dinner at Modesto's.

When I reached Modesto's, the waiter told me that the table reserved under Elin's name was for 8 people. I was taken aback and called Elin and realised that her church friends were coming along too...

They came shortly after.

Looking through the menu...
Photobucket

Pizza!
Photobucket

1st dish came.
Photobucket

What they said was, 'Let's try the cream sauce'. LOL
Photobucket

Elin and I
Photobucket

Pizza
Photobucket

Photobucket

And more pizza!
Photobucket

Photobucket

OMG, so many pizza. You must be wondering why there were so many pizzas... It was 1-for-1 deal... LOL.
Photobucket

Photobucket

Photobucket

The girls
Photobucket

The left overs actually made up to 1 pizza! OMG
Photobucket

Group photo to end the dinner.

Wednesday, 14 April 2010

Today, my department went to Breeks at Harbourfront for Catharine's farewell.

The food was nice and it's definitely worth the money.

Thursday, 15 April 2010

Today, I met Baby for dinner again at PS Swensens. WOOT!

Like I've said before, I like meeting him for dinner. In fact, I love meeting him! =)

Although it was just dinner, I felt really contented because I got to see him.

Friday, 16 April 2010

Today was Ken's graduation ceremony. Congratulations on your graduation baby! I couldn't make it and was feeling quite down for the whole day.

Met Becca, Ben and Nat Nat for dinner before heading over to Iluma for L4D 2.

I am hooked to the game! =D

Saturday, 17 April 2010

Went for breakfast with my mum at Tanglin Mall Starbucks and I walked over to Camden Medical Center while my mum left to run some errands.

I had my last appointment with my eye surgeon. It was my last follow-up for my Lasik. YES!

Did some eye tests and the results were good. I was told that I've got perfect vision now. WOOT!

My mum came to pick me up an hour later and we went to fetch my little sister from her Saturday class. Headed to MOF at Bugis for lunch before dropping me off at Ken's place.

We had a MJ date with Jeremy and Wanyui.

When they came, we went downstairs for dinner before playing MJ.

I can't remember who was the winner. Either Wanyui or Jeremy.

Ken sent me home 1st before sending Jeremy to town to take night rider and to pick his bro up from The Cathay.

Monday, 19 April 2010

I received the instructions from Serena to collect my CEO's new passport from the Australian High Commission. Initially I was wondering why I had to go but when she told me that the new passport has to get the endorsement from MOM, I realised that HR had to go. LOL.

So I left office for MBS site to terminate 1 employee and then cabbed down to Forum for lunch at Secret Recipe. After that, I walked over to Australian High Commission to collect the passport. OMG, the security was damn tight! Had to surrender my identification card and my phone and my possessions had to go through the xray scanner.

After that, I walked up the steep slope perspiring like mad and finally reached the air-conditioned building.

It was seriously empty. The only person I saw was the guard. Haha. I was wondering where did all the staff go.

There was only 1 person at the counter and she was damn slow... I waited for 30 mins for my turn when there was only 1 person in front of me. -_-"

After collection, I called MOM and realised that the endorsement was not required. Hence, I cabbed back to office.

Mission accomplished! WOOT!

Tuesday, 20 April 2010

Met Sophia for dinner at Vivo Secret Recipe.

We did some serious catching up as the last time we saw each other was a year ago!

After dinner, we moved over to Ben & Jerry's for dessert. Yum...

Came to know that she's heading to Shanghai for internship. Coolz! She invited me to come over to bunk in with her. LOL.

Have fun over there babe! =)

Wednesday, 21 April 2010

Rushed down to PS to meet baby for dinner at Cafe Cartel. After that, we caught Shutter Island. The show was good! I liked the twist but not the ending... I just felt that the ending was a bit off... Go watch and you'll know.

Thursday, 22 April 2010

Today, my department went to Prima Revolving Restaurant for dim sum lunch. The food was not that fantastic as compared to the past. Oh well...

Friday, 23 April 2010

I was supposed to leave office at 6pm to meet my friends for dinner at Bugis but was held back by some last minute work. Hence, I reached there at 7.45pm. Luckily I have nice friends who bought sandwiches for me as dinner because we were supposed to play L4D 2 at Iluma at 8pm. I was munching the sandwich while walking there.

Tonight, we realised that there is a new map! The Passing! HAHA. It was cool shit! We get to meet the previous characters and they helped during the game too! =D

Left around 11.30pm and we went over to one of the small alleys opposite Bugis Junction for supper.
Photobucket

The girls ate Kway Chup while Ben ate duck noodles.

Ben, being the only guy and gentleman, helped us to order the food.
Photobucket

Photobucket

The Kway
Photobucket

And the Chup! HAHAHA....
Photobucket

Photobucket

Photobucket

Yummy!
Photobucket

Photobucket

The Kway Chup was seriously yummy! I finished every single drop of the soup. HAHA.

Cabbed home and crashed... ZZzzzz

Saturday, 24 April 2010

Today, I went out with my mum for breakfast at J8 and then went to the library to renew my books. After that, we went to Chinatown to change money before picking my little sister up from class for lunch.

We went to Bukit Panjang Plaza for lunch and I saw Mr Toh there. Haha. It was quite a funny encounter.

My mum later sent me to Ken's place as we were having dinner with his siblings and sibling's friends and then movie.

We reached Holland V at 8.30pm and we ate at this Korean restaurant beside Thai Express. The food was alright. I ate Ginseng Chicken. Heh.

After that, some of them went to get Frolick while some went to get bubble tea before heading back to Ken's place as we need to drive only 1 car instead of 2.

Headed to PS for Date Night. It was damn hilarious. Haha... I was laughing throughout the show. Hehz...

Reached home around 1am. Zzzz....
