GHS Briefing
I enjoyed this week as Mr TB was not around to irritate me and I got to visit some of the construction sites due to the insurance talk.
Elisa and I facilitated SCS's and SEC Corporate Services GHS insurance briefing session on Monday. It was held at The Comtech Function room.

I caught PPW was dozing off. Haha...
Then on Friday, I went to Marina Bay Sands with David and Elisa in the morning. The briefing ended around 11.30am, hence we went to their famous canteen to pack lunch back for our colleagues. Soon after, it started pouring cats and dogs. We were stucked there for almost an hour as the MBS driver was stucked in the jam. We were all drenched when we reached office. My poor WHITE adidas shoes was soaked in mud water! Sigh...
After lunch, I went to C906 with Jean. It started to drizzle when we reach the site. Employees working at C906 must be feeling very fortunate as compared to other sites as it is more organized, paved with concrete floors and the Marina Bay mrt station is just beside them! After the talk, I did not manage to tour around the site as it was raining. Hence, Jean and I sat in the site office while waiting for the C906 driver to send us back to PSA Building.
Although I ended up soaked, I must say that this was definitely a memorable trip to both sites!
Sites that I've covered: RWS, C831, C906, MBS, Construction Tech
Sites that I've not covered: CWRP, C856(will visit next sat), C421, Nikko Proj (Jurong Island)
To side track, I've won a Mentholathum hamper! Hee... *beams*
As I opened the hamper, I felt like a little child opening presents. LOL

Anyway, TB will be back next week. Sigh... Back to stress mode!

Lu Ban Dinner
Tuesday 15 June 2008 - SEC Lu Ban Dinner @ Fairmont Hotel
As my company's President & CEO has been working in Hong Kong for many years, he has assimilated into their culture and hence, also practice this custom of commemorating the early forefather, Lu Ban the carpenter.
All employees were allowed to knock off at 4pm this day.

Makan Set GO

Saturday 14 June 2008 - Makan Set Go!
Discussing the places to go.

1st stop: Chinese Garden
2nd stop: Holland Village Nasi Lemak shop
3rd stop: Prata @ NUS Fong Seng

4th stop: Burger King @ Vivo
Our task was to finish a quadruple whopper with 8 patties! Damn gross!
Ashley seems to like the patties! LOL

Our task was to buy durian puffs at this shop.
6th stop: Haato at Serangoon Gardens
This was the best dish of the day! Milk Tea ice cream waffle! MMmmmm...
7th stop: Tim Sum @ IMH
A song that we made while during our bus journey to Pasir Ris. This was also one of our task. Come on, sing it along with me! To the tune of Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.
8th stop: Noodles @ E!hub
1st task was to eat the noodles
The noodles was delicious!
Task 2 was to take photos with the cabins with the number sequence according to what the station master provided.
Lazy to run up and down the building, hence we stayed at one level to take all photos.
The last stop was back at the 7-eleven opposite Kembangan Mrt station. We had to finish a slurpee within 2 minutes.
I left early as I had to meet my parents in town. Anyway, our team won 2nd and received 80bucks Bakerzin voucher.

Met up with my girls @ One Rochester on last friday for drinks as Carol was back from Shanghai.
