Hi people! I just realized that this entry was not published! Argghhh!!! This entry was meant for last Sunday! Stupid desktop! Seriously, I think there's something wrong with my desktop. (FYI, I'm using my lappie right now) Anyway, enjoy the belated post. Hee...
Hello.... I'm back again! Heh... Another hectic week just ended and the next one starts tomorrow! =(
I've been in the company for 3weeks already! That's fast! I think I'm good as I picked up many things fast! Even the dreaded Oracle system is within my control! Muahahaha... I would like to thank Lynette, my colleague(although I know she would not be reading this) for teaching me patiently. You know, I can be very blur at times... Hee.
Oh yes, I've also attended the 1st department meeting. Wow, the atmosphere was very heavy and tensed. I was surprised that I actually contributed! Heh. The feeling was great! =)
The new contract staff, Elisa is now learning things from her Er Shifu(me) and Da Shifu(Lynette). Hee. She's 1 year older than me and a very nice gal indeed. She lives near me so we always take the same bus home.
I'm currently enjoying my working life(with all the nice colleagues in MY department and the companionship of people around my age) despite the constant pressure and stress that I face during working hours. So please let it stay this way as it is the only way to keep me going... But I guess I only have less than a month to enjoy as Lynette and Alvina(the temp gals) will be leaving in late August to head back to school. I think my days in office will be different without them around. Sigh... But life still has to go on...

Two of my senior colleagues will be on leave tomorrow so I guess I'll have more time to twang. Hee. Unless the HR AVP decides to arrow us.
Ok I shall stop talking about work, if not all of you will die of boredom.
Met up with my JC clique on Wednesday. Stayed over at Ken's house as the next day was National Day. As usual, we played mahjong. Wow, I won 24bucks! Hee...I was so happy! Haha... Well, I also felt kind of bad when I took their money. I can understand that those were their hard-earned money as I'm currently working too. Yuan Peng and Junwen left around 1am as Peng has something on the next day and Junwen has to pick up his gf after her rag.
*ding ding* 1st round...

Wanyui:"OMG, lousy tiles again? Must buck up!!! *stressed* HUAT AH!"
The rest of us ordered Macs and then watched dvd. Watched Disturbia... Ok lah, not very bad nor nice. Haha... Slept around 5am. Woke up the next day at 9.30am and ate breakfast. Ken's grandma cooked mee siam for us. It was delicious but a little too spicy for me. Hee. After that, we continued with another round of mahjong as Wanyui was determined to win back her losses. Hee. This time round I lost 9bucks and Jeremy was the big winner. Bleah... Went home after that and then slacked for awhile before leaving home to watch fireworks.
My dad drove us to the reclaimed field near Clifford Pier to watch. It was damn crowded! My family managed to find an empty spot to sit. There were many centipedes and my sis and I freaked out! Haha. So we started a killing spree. Some died, some hacked into half etc...I WE hate bugs! Waited from 6pm to 8.10pm for the fireworks to start. Wow, the firework was nice! It was worth the waiting. Hee.

Another hectic week just passed... Anticipated for the weekends to arrive and now they are gone in a swift!
Went out with Ken yesterday. But before that, I went to Paragon for my company's pre-employment medical checkup. Felt so awkward during the checkup! I shall not go into details. After that, I went to Tangs to buy Rebecca's present before meeting up with Ken.
Ken and I went to Marina Square to have a game of bowling. It's been a long time since we both last bowled. Watch 2 movies after that. Watched Simpsons and Alone. Simpsons was LAME but Alone was great!!!! You guys should go watch Alone. Quite frightening. I felt so tired the whole day... Work is draining my energy... Boo...
Today I met up with my dearies for lunch at Vivo. It's a belated birthday celebration for Elin and Becca. At at a Chinese restaurant called Bosses. Like the decor! We sat in there and chatted for almost 2 hours after finishing our food. Think we had our tea pots refilled 3 times! Haha... Had such great time hanging out with you gals! Hee... All the crapping etc... Oh ya, our dear Rebecca is attached! Haha... To a guy in her church. Becca introduced him to us just now. Ok, not bad!
