ZZZzzzzz........ I'm dozing off while reading some articles for my history term paper... Sian... So damn boring... Wonder why I took this module in the 1st place... Ok shall blog to keep me awake...
My dad went to the Lexus showroom on Sunday... He wana change car... He was thinking of either changing to Lexus or BMW(coz he say I like BMW)... But in the end I pursuaded him into buying Lexus after weighing the pros and cons for both cars... Aiya, next time sure got chance to drive BMW one... Hee...*crossing my fingers*
I think my dad likes the GS300... Got 13 speakers and 8 airbags! Haha... That's a alarming figure! There are more features but I could not recall them... Eh DVD player! Eh... Um.... Nvm.. Haha... I was quite impressed during the test drive... The engine is seriously darn silent! Well, but this car is not as spacious as our current Cefiro. Bleh...

Weekly updates
Yay! It's Mid Semester Break! Hee... I can finally stay at home for the whole week without waking up so early to attend morning lessons... Hee... Really HATE morning lessons... It suck! But I'll remain as busy as normal school days because of the assignments and projects...
Well, it's back to some weekly updates... Of coz I'll not bore u guys to death.. So I'll just share the interesting ones...
21/09/06 - Thursday
Attended Lab in Developmental Psych in the morning... But this time, it's different from the usual lessons... We had a special little guest! She's our lecturer's granddaughter (if I'm not wrong) and she's about 2 years old. Well, I forgot her name already... Hee... Oops... She was our little participant for our experiment on observation of infant play. She's very cute!!!! Hee... Very sweet and gentle...
Well, she played with the toys that we brought while we observed her... Hee... Quite fun...
I brought the balloons and and the flower and bear belongs to Liqing... Well, the little girl was afraid of my balloons... Sob...

Ate Mos burger at night and realized that the design of the packaging was terrible... It was difficult to eat the rice burger... The sauce was everywhere as it seeped through the rice patty. So I decided to take everything out and eat the burger with spoon and plate. Heh... That's so much convenient.

Attended Sophia's 21st birthday party at The Chevron. Happy 21st Birthday girl! Hope you like your present! hee... I think the place was nice... The food was yummy too! Hee... I like the mushrooms!

After that, Ken, Jeremy, Wanyui and I went to Jurong Point Toys'R'us to look for a board game called Settlers of Catan while Yuan Peng went to Paya Lebar for a bbq. We could not find the game so we went to Settlers' Cafe to play instead... We played the Settlers' game from 5.45pm to 9pm. Haha... It was very fun! You guys should try playing that game. It's a trading game btw...

After our late dinner at Holland V, we went over to Ken's house for mahjong... I won overall... Well, I won because everybody dun really know how to play. I enjoyed myself alot! Hee... It's been a long time since I last enjoyed myself...

Jonny's belated bdae celebration
Met up with my nus clique to celebrate Jonny's belated birthday...
Was supposed to meet them at 4pm but due to the heavy rain, I reached Cineleisure at 5pm. Well, I wasn't the latest... Hee...
Waited for the guys to finish their lunch at Pasta Mania before heading up to E2Max...
We took a long time to decide to book a chamber and to borrow what type of games as this was our 1st time there... Quite sua ku... Hee... So we've got our chamber... ELITE was the name... Felt quite excited as we made our way there...
The chamber was quite small for the 5 of us... Had to squeeze...
Jonny and I played KOF... Well, it was quite a brainless game so we decided to change game... Jonny and Caleb brought back a car racing game... It was later then we realized that it is a solo game... Bleh!
Bobby and Jonny used the computers... Bobby played Warcraft...
Joy and I were like slacking around, reading magazines as we took turns to play the car racing game with Caleb...
The car racing game... It was difficult to drift... I kept buang-ing...

After that, we decided to rent dvd... Just then, Caleb left... Watched Date Movie... It was hilarious... All the spoof and etc... People were crowding outside our chamber to watch too... Heh... After that, we walked over to Taka as Bobby wanted to buy his running shoes...
Ate at the Hongkong cafe called Central... Yummy! As usual how can there be no gossiping? Hee... Well, gossiped abit lah... No I'm not going to tell you guys... Too bad...
Wore Bobby's specs... I looked freaking ugly can? Haha... But Jonny looked ok in that...
Went back to Stadium as Bobby wanted to buy his PT kit... After that I walked over to Paragon to wait for my dad... Took some random photos on my way...

Hey people! Time for my weekly update!
School's still as hectic as ever and I'm starting to feel sick of everything... Loads of neverending reports, projects and assignments... Sigh...
6/09/06 - Wednesday
Didn't have Cultural Studies lecture on Wednesday morning so I thought I could make it earlier for Computing lecture but oooo I was so wrong... I appeared at the lecture even later than usual! This sucks lah! Had to stumble my way to my seats and disrupting attentive people... Sigh...
Well, the gelato ice cream at the bazaar that Joy and I had after Adolescent Psych was rather gratifying... Made up for the sucky feeling during Computing lecture. Joy! More gelato ice cream next time k! Jonny, more crab flavored ice cream! *rolls eyes*
7/09/06 - Thursday
Went for breakfast with my dad and then left for a morning seminar... Was practically stoning... No more early lessons next sem for me...
After that went to the library to edit some of my lab report before submitting.
Liqing came along and realized that my report had some loopholes... So I had to re-do practically the whole thing! Sigh... Did a bit here and there and had to rush off to School of Computing for tutorial... Computing tutorial was boring... I was 'crowned' the leader of my project group! Eeeeekss... One word that I could think of at that moment was S-T-R-E-S-S! I'll see what I can do... Sian... Kor! Must help me with the script and etc k!!! T_T
After tutorial went back to Central Library to wrap up my report... Saw Kenneth(CJC Choir friend) at the bus stop! Hee... Liqing came to look for me after her project discussion to help me... Thx gal! Thx for being there for me! Well, as people say, two heads are better than one! Hee... Anyway, managed to finish my report and submitted it...
Went to Ken's house as it was still early to meet my sec school friends... Stoned at his house and used his laptop to check some stuffs... His bro was engrossed with WOW but was still able to eavesdrop on our conversation and answer our questions! Haha...
Met Jingwen and clique and had dinner at Lek Thai in Marina Square... They ordered like 4 dishes of spicy food and 1 non-spicy dish... I had difficulty eating them as I dun eat too spicy food... ROAR!!!! *breathes fire* As usual, we talked loudly and laughed like crazy and that attracted glares from other patrons... Heh... Too bad k? That's what you get when you put all 5 of us together... ME + Jingwen + Rebecca + Eileen + Carol = Noise pollution :)
After dinner, we decided to go for a drink but in a cheaper way... Most of us were broke... We went to the 7-eleven and bought a 6 pack beer and then walked over to Millenia Walk to drink. Well, saw Fann Wong and Darren Lin shooting a film. Took some pics of them... I left around 10pm as I was tired...
We were supposed to act drunk but seems like I'm only the one doing it!!!

Everything went smoothly until we decided to msg this member of ours... She's a Comp. Engine student from India... Kuan started to quarrel with her over the phone... Wow... Everybody in BK were looking at us! First time all of us experienced this type of things for project...
After discussing, we went up to the neoprint shop to take some photos for the project... Damn funny!

3rd wk of sch
It's the end of 3rd week and the start of 1st week of tutorials...
A hectic week indeed... Not a very good week for me...
I only have to attend 3 tutorials per week this semester as the other two modules are seminar and laboratory.
30/08/06 Wednesday
Stayed back in school after my lessons with Liqing on Wednesday to finish up our lab report. Stayed in Central Library to do the observation scheme etc... It took us quite some time to finish this report even though it was just a brief report instead of the normal full length report. This was my 1st time staying back in Central Library until 10pm... Haha... Ya the library closes at 10pm, if not we would definitely stay longer to finish it up. Didn't eat dinner lor... We were damn hungry and stressed out...
Found out that Jonny was also in the library so he waited for me to go for dinner together after I finish... Must also thank you for helping us with the recording of results. Well, I think it became supper as we left around 10pm... Haha.. Sorry Kor for keeping you waiting... Must thank Liqing and her dad as they gave us a ride to KAP... I couldn't wait to sink my teeth into the juicy burger... Haha...
Reached home and continued with the report... I was struggling with the report as I could not find the appropriate information etc... My brain was half asleep... Thanks dear for cheering me up although it didn't really help to chase the sleeping bugs away... Hee... Well, I chose to sleep instead of continuing with the report around 2.30am... I was feeling rather guilty as Liqing didn't sleep a wink that night... Well, I guess I had my retribution as I did not have a good rest either. Woke up at 6.30am to go school earlier to finish up the report as it was due that day. Struggled to stay awake during my lessons the whole day. Well we managed to finish the report and submitted it around 4pm...
Today is my dad's birthday! Happy Birthday Daddy!!! Went for dinner at Thai Village in Goodwood Park Hotel. My dad love that restaurant alot...
Went home and turned in early.... ZZzzzz....

Went for Adolescent Psych 1st tutorial in the morning... Saw alot of familiar faces... But most of them came for makeup lesson as the teaching assist. will be away for the next 2 weeks.
Went to Central Library to photocopy books while waiting for the History Library Tour to start. The Library Tour sucks! Wasted my time.... They should make it compulsory for the year 1s and not the year 3s... Haha...
Later the night, I killed a lizard... My sister found the lizard and was screaming her head off... She wanted me to kill the lizard... I screamed too as the lizard was running around her room... I cried while killing it... I felt very guilty for killing such a small and helpless creature although I hate all cockroaches, lizards and spiders etc...

Went to Cathay to collect movie tickets and saw Benjamin and his friend while waiting for Ken...
Chatted awhile and they left when Ken came... We watched Barnyard and Art of the Devil 2. Barnyard was pretty cute and funny... Art of the Devil 2 was very gross... Yucks... All the blackmagic etc... Benjamin! It is not as scary as what you said lah... Just gross that's all... Haha....
Ok that's all for you guys... Gotta go do tutorials le... Sian... Tata...
A hectic week indeed... Not a very good week for me...
I only have to attend 3 tutorials per week this semester as the other two modules are seminar and laboratory.
30/08/06 Wednesday
Stayed back in school after my lessons with Liqing on Wednesday to finish up our lab report. Stayed in Central Library to do the observation scheme etc... It took us quite some time to finish this report even though it was just a brief report instead of the normal full length report. This was my 1st time staying back in Central Library until 10pm... Haha... Ya the library closes at 10pm, if not we would definitely stay longer to finish it up. Didn't eat dinner lor... We were damn hungry and stressed out...
Found out that Jonny was also in the library so he waited for me to go for dinner together after I finish... Must also thank you for helping us with the recording of results. Well, I think it became supper as we left around 10pm... Haha.. Sorry Kor for keeping you waiting... Must thank Liqing and her dad as they gave us a ride to KAP... I couldn't wait to sink my teeth into the juicy burger... Haha...
Reached home and continued with the report... I was struggling with the report as I could not find the appropriate information etc... My brain was half asleep... Thanks dear for cheering me up although it didn't really help to chase the sleeping bugs away... Hee... Well, I chose to sleep instead of continuing with the report around 2.30am... I was feeling rather guilty as Liqing didn't sleep a wink that night... Well, I guess I had my retribution as I did not have a good rest either.
