PRU bash @ MOS!
WOW!!! Now I know why MOS is the hottest club in town!
Went to the PRU(Public Relations Unit) Bash at MOS with Jennifer last night....
Reached there around 9.30pm and there was such a long queue!!!! OMG!!!
Luckily we had the Bash tix so we dun need to queue! Yeah! Saw Bernard, my CJC 1st 3 months classmate at the entrance!! Hee...
Just when we entered the main hall, wow!!! It's quite spacious and obviously crowded with people! We went to the toilet and OMG!!! The toilet is so nice!!! No wonder Jingwen told me that I must go visit their toilets... Heh...
Went to explore the place... We only went to 4 halls... 1)Main hall, 2)Smoove(Hip Hop and RnB), 3)Pure and 4)a retro hall which I forgot the name already.... Hee... And of coz, I like Smoove the most! Heee....
Dancing in Smoove made me feel like a caged bird as it was fenced up and packed with people... Jennifer and I had a difficult time trying to move through the dance floor... We danced in the main hall too but I don't really like the music(house music)! Eeekkksss...
Didn't stay long in Pure as it was quite a small room and the music sucks too... Haha... I only like the white theme and the big and comfortable sofa bed? I duno what to call that... Heh...
The Retro hall was quite unique... Like the hanging chair alot... Hee...
I think this is the only club that has escalator in it...
Overall the place is ok... The security is very tight too!!!
Reasons why I think it's a nice and cool place:
1) The toilets doesn't stink and it's very clean! They even have cushioned chairs in it for girls to rest their feets, touch up their make-up and probably to gossip about the cute guys they had seen... Jen and I had no place to sit so we went into the toilet to rest our feets every hour or so... Haha....
2) It's worth the money as one can move around the different halls with just single entrance fee... Haha...
3) To all ladies! Free bag deposit counter!!! Haha... It's free but you only can use it once... If not you'll have to carry your barang barang around le...
4) Less cigarette smoke! I like it!!!
Reasons why I think it's not a nice place:
1) The drinks are quite ex and are quite diluted... Booo.....
2) Steps are not obvious enough... Jennifer tripped afew times...
3) Security too strict!
Oh ya, last but no least, guess who we saw??
The infamous(oops I mean famous) blogger Xiaxue!!!
We were queueing up to collect our bags and I saw her walking past us! I told Jen and she tapped on her shoulder! I was shocked and thought that Jen knows Xiaxue... Jen said hi and Xiaxue paused for a moment with a puzzled do-I-know-you look on her face... After that, she replied by saying hi too...
After she walked away, I asked Jennifer how come she knows XX but she said she duno her!!!! She said that she just say hi for fun! Haha... She best lah!!! And we realized that XX was freaking short!!!! Oh my!!! Both of us were laughing very hard... Till now, I still can't forget XX's puzzled look... Haha... Damn funny...

Fern and MOS
Attended Siew Fern's 21st birthday bbq on Friday at East Coast Park with my sec sch clique....
Only Jingwen, Becca, Elin and I went...
Met up to buy Fern's present at PS... Went to alot of shops and finally settled with Red Earth cosmetics...
Supposed to take bus 36 with Elin at Suntec but the bus was too full to board, so Elin went to ECP without us...
The three of us decided to cross the road to take a cab at the taxi stand... To our dismay, all the cabs were on call!!! WTH? Purposely one lah!!! We waited for almost 30mins-45mins but the queue didn't move at all... We were photo-whoring while waiting for the cab...
So we decided to cross the road and make our way to the bus stop to wait for bus 36 and any available cab...
Boarded a cab and travelled to ECP... We were supposed to alight at carpark C4 but the driver drove all the way to carpark B!!! We were so furious that the driver took us for a joyride which means that we had to pay extra!!! All of us were tsk-ing in the cab... Boo!!!!
Finally reached the carpark and found the pit! Yeah! We were famished!! We grabbed any available food and settled down to eat after passing the birthday girl her present... Hee....
Left about 9.15pm to join my parents for dinner at Geylang... Hee....

I'm a happy girl(hmmm perhaps lady ba) today!!!

No tutorial gameshow consultation + weekends = More time to finish 2 chapters of my Biopsych textbk!!
Yeah! The consultation tml is cancelled!!! I'm the most happy person in the grp I thk... Haha... Bcoz I dun need to rush thru the 2 chapters of my textbk just for this meeting(I've onli read the 1st 20 pgs)... Haha...
The sad thing is that I'm supposed to watch Memoirs of a Geisha with Joy, Jonny and Bobz today but I gave it a pass as I wana stay at home to complete the 2 chapters. In the end....... Sigh.... Anyway I hope you guys enjoyed the show! =D

Tutorials
Hi guys, I will not be able to update my blog so often as school has started... Will try to update whenever I can! Hee... So please stay tuned.... =D
Oh well, tutorial balloting has started since yesterday.... I've ranked my tutorial choices last night around 2am after I reached home from the airport... My uncle came back after 6months of working in Melbourne....
Tutorial balloting is supposed to end on Tues 17/01 but I've received an email from CORS today that I wasn't given the tutorial slots of my choice as there are no vacancies.... Below is a part of the email.....

I was shocked to read that!! How on earth did this happened? All those above were my choices of tutorial slots but I wasn't allocated to any!!! Even if they are popular, I should have at least gotten my 1st choice!!! I was feeling damn stressed at that moment!!!
Frantically, I searched for my friends who were online and asked them did they receive such email from CORS.... Luckily Dawn was online and she told me that she received this email too... She didn't get any of her choices!!!
She decided to call CORS helpline but realized it was Sunday... So she will try tomorrow instead and I've emailed them about the situation too...
Junhao, Steven, Clement and Jonny also told me that I'm not supposed to receive the email so early as balloting will only end on this Tuesday... Well they assured me that there must be some system error with CORS... Hmmmmm.... I hope so too... *crossing my fingers*
Ok anyway, Memoirs of a Geisha is screening on the 19th!!! Wow! I'm so excited!!! Hee... I want to watch! I want to watch! I want to watch!! *chants* Haha....

Nokia 6111
OMG!!!!! Guess wad?
I saw Nokia 6111 in some Nokia exhibition at Bukit Panjang Plaza!!! Ok, let me continue before you guys press Alt+F4! Hee....
Yes I saw Nokia 6111 but...... the pink version!!!! Oh my oh my oh my!!!!!!!!
I was freaking excited when I saw the display set that I pulled my sister and mum to take a look at my discovery!
It's so nice!!!! It's in pastel pink unlike the pink razer! Pui! The pastel pink is soooooooo nice!!!! So sweet!!!! I love it alot man!!! Hey guys! I dun mind having pink Nokia 6111 for my 21st bdae present! *hint hint* hee....
Anyway was contemplating if I should give up waiting for my Nokia 6280 to be released and instead go for this pink 6111!!! Sigh... Tough decision.... The 6111 looks chic and compact but 6280 has better functions and features.... Arrggghhhhh!!!!
Hmmm maybe I'll just wait for 6280 to be released and then I shall make a comparison again....

3rd yr anniversary
Found 2 cute gadgets in my aunt's house just now....
Erm... I thk they are classified under the toys category more than gadgets... Haha...
The DUCK!
I was quite fascinated by this ducky!!! When I pressed on its wing, it started singing and dancing... Hmmm or mayb swaying instead of dancing... Aiya whatever lah... Haha... So CUTE!!!!!! I just love the way it looked at me... Hee... *beams*
Ok next is the COW!!!
It's not just a cute cow soft toy.... It's also a handphone holder... Wait wait!!! It's not an ordinary handphone holder soft toy but one that......
lights up and moos(make the sound 'moo') whenever there's radiation(incoming calls or sms). OMG!!!! So cute!!! My aunt bought this during her business trip to Hong Kong. Now it belongs to my 2nd sister as she wanted it... Booo..... What about me? Bleh....
Oh well.... Anyway, I would like to wish my piggy Happy 3rd Anniversary! All the best to our r/s and may we have a bright future together!!!! *hugz*

Holy Shit!
Holy shit! I didn't get GEK1532!!!! WTH??!!! Arrggghhh!!!
Fuck lah! Basket!!! $#$&%*()&$&#^@^#^^*!!!!!!!!!! Sorry for being vulgar but I can't help it! My frenz know tt I dun swear...
Now I'm left with no choice but to choose either GEK1506(Heavenly Maths), CL1101E(Chinese Language) or PH1101E(Philosophy)! Oh no!!! All sounds terrible especially Philo!!! Yikes! I can't crap!!!
But wait.... I just checked the lectures available for bidding in round 3B... Realized that there's still 4 vacancies for GEK1532!!! Why can't they just open up all the vacancies once and for all instead of letting go some at a time! It's a waste of time and resources! OMG!!!!
Should I go for that Sci GEM or should I just take up Philo with Jonny? I'm afraid that I'll not be able to get the Sci GEM in round 3B if I go with it... Sigh... What should I do?!!
Anyway had my 1st lecture for the semester today.... Was feeling great bcoz sth happened during lecture! Haha... At 1st was feeling kinda lonely during lecture bcoz I'm taking this module without Joy or any other friends.... Sat there and looked around for familiar faces... Saw afew familiar faces from my Stats 1 module previous semester but none whom I'm close to...
As the lecture started, two girls walked up the aisle towards me and settled down on the empty seats beside me... Oh! One was from my previous psych tutorial class and the other was Sandy!! Sandy was the one who taught us mass dance during my 1st Arts Camp! I was captivated by her dance movements since then... Saw her around school afew times already and I think she noticed me too coz everytime she'll smile at me whenever we walked passed each other...
Ya so she gave me a smile when she saw me while sitting down... And of coz I returned the smile... Nothing happend during the 1st half of the lecture... After the 5min break, I started to feel hungry bcoz I didn't eat lunch... My stomach was growling... It was so loud that Sandy heard...
Sandy immediately unzipped her bag and took out food to offer me!!! OMG!!! How nice of her!!! If we were to switch places, I think I would only contemplate the idea of offering her the food since we duno each other mah....
I was feeling very touched! As usual, I rejected... Dun really like to accept offers from 'strangers'... Hee... Anyway we continued paying attention to the lecturer... Btw, the lecturer is cute! His name is Steven Graham... Heh... (Carol P.S.: He's an ang moh! Wahaha...)
After the lecture, we had to sign up for tutorial manually... Weird... I thought through online balloting? Hmmmm... Anyway Sandy turned to me and asked me if I'm taking the Tuesday 2-4pm slot... I said yes(so coincidently I was thking of tt slot too) and she asked me to take that slot together... Perhaps she knows that I'm taking the module alone bcoz I was alone during lecture...
So nice and sweet of her! I'll never forget this man! I felt being loved and taken care of by a senior! Yes she's a year 3...
After writing our names down on the paper, we introduced ourselves... Her friend is called Michelle... She asked me if I took a module with her before or have we met before as I looked familiar... Haha... Yeah! She remembers me!!! Hee...

Sch start!
Wth? I've been bidding for my modules since Round 1A and I'm still short of 1 module! This is so irritating! School is starting tml and I'm short of 1! What am I going to do? Booo... I'm going crazy!!! *pulls my hair* I hate CORS!!!!
Because I didn't get the modules I want, there were major changes in my pre-planned schedule! I didn't get 'Financial Accounting' which I was supposed to do with Jennifer and I didn't get 'Drugs and Society' and 'Color and Vision' which I was supposed to do with Liqing nor did I get 'Intro to Cybercrime' with Jonny!! Urrkkk!!! I'm so freaking pissed!!!!
Now I'll have to bid for 'Color and Vision' in Round 3A which is left with 11 vacancies, if not either 'Heavenly Mathematics' or 'Chinese Language'. Sigh... I juz hope that I can get Color and Vision...

New Year Eve
It's year 2006! Happy new year!!!
Shall blog about how I spent my New Year Eve...
31/12/05 : New Year Eve
Was supposed to meet Ken to go countdown together but he had to stay at home to entertain his father's employees... They were having some company bbq...
So no choice but to join my parents for dinner.... We ate at Seafood Harvest (a branch by Jack's Place) at UE Square... Dinner was great! Hee...
After that my dad dropped me off in town... Went to meet Jingwen and Lawrence...
We went to Chinablack... Hee... Yeah!!! Went in around 9.45pm and it was quite empty... Started ordering drinks... We drank different types of drinks... From Vodka Lime to Lychee Martini to Gin Tonic to beer etc... Haha... Although I drank quite alot, but I wasn't high... Sigh... Haha.... Played some guessing games to kill time...
By 11pm, the place was crowded... Majority Malays... They got us irritated... All the pushing and knocking and smoking and stepping... Urrkkkk! One of them even stepped on Jingwen's toe! That was the last straw... We decided to leave the place around 1am... Can you imagine how FUN it was without dancing at all.... Boo....
Slacked around and ate supper... After that left for home....

01/01/06 : New Year
Went out with my family for lunch without my sister as she's having tuition...
Ate prawn noodles at East Coast Road... After that went to Amoy Street for coffee... Hee...
We were just killing time driving around so as to wait for my sister's tuition to end...
After picking my sister up after her tuition, we went for dinner at Thai Village Restaurant! I love their sharksfin man! Hee... Yummy!!! Had abalone rice too... It was awesome! You peeps should go try their food.
Drove around town to admire the lightings etc... After that we went to Kbox for KTV... Hee... Sang all the way till 1am...

My sister enjoying her abalone... It's inside her mouth lah! She's thinking of saving it for breakfast! Juz joking...

On our way home... She's trying to kill me with a horn! Duhz!

Resolution for 2006
The year 2005 has come to an end... Alot of things happened during this period of time... Happy ones and unpleasant ones... I'm very thankful to those people who stood by my side during times of crisis, lending me a listening ear and a shoulder to cry on whenever I'm troubled and also giving me advise when I needed them... Thanks pals!
People I would like to thank:
1) My family - For providing me with everything that I need... From the basic necessities to luxury goods... All the advise and punishment to make me a better person... Also for loving and caring for me...
2) My dear Piggy - For the countless encouragement and support... For pampering me, for loving me, for enduring my long-winded nags, for listening to me, for respecting me, for being faithful and truthful, for splurging on me (although not encouraged, hee), for the fun times that we've shared and also the tempestuous period that we've encountered... Sorry for upsetting you and forgive me for being too tactless at times... You know I don't mean it... We've went through alot and I hope we'll have a promising future! ORD soon le! Endure!! Hee... =D
3) My Uni friends (especially Joy, Jonny, Bobby, Caleb, Jennifer, Yuyan and lots more including my freshies) - For the fun and laughter you guys brought to my otherwise dull and monotonous university life! From munching, mugging, stoning to gossiping! I just love gossiping with you peeps! From the latest campus scandals to the latest fashion boo boo to the bitchiest guy/gal in the campus/lecture/tutorial etc... Thanks for everything... Looking forward to a new sem with you peeps! Hee... More potlucks! ;)
4) My Secondary school friends (Jingwen, Rebecca, Elieen, Carol and the rest of the guys in my sec sch clique including Alvin) - Thanks for the fun and interesting memories that you peeps gave me... All the gatherings, munching, BBQing, chalet etc... Keep in touch ok? Especially to Jingwen and the gals, really enjoyed your company, and also the gatherings that we had so far...
