Artstasy
Yoz people! Finally a new update after MIA-ing for such a long period of time... Hee... Ok without any further ado, I'll start off my entry with the Artstasy Camp'05.
Day 1: Arrival of the freshies in Eusoff Hall, Ice Breakers, Dean's Talk, Campus Tour, Mass Dance, Night Games, Fashion Parade.
Tragon was my OG's name and we were in the House of Trottus! Yeah! One by one the freshies arrived and we played some ice breaking games while trying to get as many names into our brains as possible. At this point of time, the freshies were still shy and quiet...
After lunch we went for Dean's talk at LT9... Reminded me of Developmental Psych... Haha... Went off after warming the seat for 10 minutes to prepare a Campus Tour game station with my partner Jun Hao... He looks like a yr 1 going yr 2 but actually, he's a yr 3 going yr 4! OMG!! The feedback from the freshies about my station was that it was difficult and the time given to solve was not sufficient... Haha... That's the point of the game mah!
The freshies played some lame games after dinner and then followed by night games... Our OG realized that we lack of luck after playing the scissors paper stone game... Haha... It was damn funny lor! We lost almost every round of it! We concluded that we can win any game that involves physical strength, wits but not luck... Haha... We also realized that Tragonites are energetic only at night... Hee... Had a fashion parade after the games... Small Mark was chosen to be our model and we came up with the idea of dressing him up as Super Pig! Hee... You know, Trottus=Pig... Haha... Mark! You looked very cute in the 'costume'! Hee...

Day 2: Amazing Race, Module Talk, Blind Date with SP, Fright night
Played Amazing Race early in the morning... Our OG started off with 2 stations in West Coast Park... All the freshies took Big Mark's van while some councillors and AOGL took bus over there... Luckily councillors dun need to play... Because one of the game was disgusting... Had to eat some weird stuffs... Hee... After lunch went back to campus for pool games... The games were quite boring... Oops... After that, Caleb and the rest abandoned me to go and prepare for their station for Fright Night... Yumin and I led the freshies to Bizad canteen for dinner... We had pizza that night! Woohoo! Damn shiok! Yummy... After that followed by module talk and blind date with our Secret Pal... I'm so suay to get a SP because not all councillors were given a SP! Sigh... Kena blindfolded and brought over to my SP.... Felt so awkward and talked for awhile... Was relieved when they announced the start of Fright Night...
The freshies came back in one piece! Erm, oops... What I meant was that they told me that it was not scary at all... Sigh should had let them go alone.. Haha... During debrief, Joy and the ghost gang came back... I was shocked to see them... Their expressions... Something had happened to them... Nope! Not that they had encountered a ghost or something... It's something more terrible... They'd encountered a bully... A stupid idiotic guy... Shhhh... I shall speak no more...
Went for supper at Fong Seng with my OG after washing up... I had my favourite mushroom cheese prata and teh peng... Hee... Yum!

Day 3: Beach games at Sentosa, Speed dating
Whole Arts camp set off to Sentosa early in the morning... On our way there, the other OGs of Trottus taught everybody 2 funny and crappy house cheers... One was Shagany and the other a song with obscene gestures... Haha... When we reached the beach, we performed a cheersicle for the O Comm ppl so as to earn for PILLS... I must agree that it was very entertaining because we received many YELLOW pills! Hee... Yeah! We played the games and we won all the 8 stations! We were so happy that we cheered all the way... Our spirits were very high by then! Hee... Way to go Tragon! After lunch, we had to prepare for the synchronize swimming item and we played the Gladiator game... So exciting...
Then after dinner, the freshies played speed dating on the beach... So romantic... Yumin, me, Wan Tsin, Coco, Shiqi and Rayner went for a walk around the beach and finally settled at a bench to play heart attack... Haha... We were councillors mah so dun need to take part in the games... Hee... All of us were tired and wet after all the games... We ate supper again after reaching campus... But this time round, Wei Lun and I went to Fong Seng to da bao prata back for the rest of the OG members... See? So good of us... Haha...

Nite wif becca
I'm feeling rather good tonight so I think I'll update my blog... Hee...
I have been working as usual for the past few days... Nothing serious happened during work today except that I've made a fool out of myself... Haha... Oopss... Shall not share with you peeps... Haha.... =X
Went to PS with Rebecca after work because she wana go to the Starhub shop to settle something... After that we ate at Long John's Silver... This was my 1st time eating their rice platter... Somehow I found it unique... Hee... We crapped while eating and I almost spit my drinks at becca because she was saying something funny... We shared about our working experience since the 1st day of our work in Carrefour... We shared gossips about other cashiers and the supervisors and made fun of them... Haha... We laughed so loudly until ppl started to stare at us... I laughed so hard until I teared... Heh... *bleah*
Think that's about it... I'm going to sleep le.... Working morning shift tomorrow... Nitez... =P

Tired of Carrefour job
Hey peeps! Sorry for not updating my blog... I was too preoccupied with my job… Today is my off day so I took this opportunity to update my blog… Hee… Anyway FYI, I’m working at Carrefour as a cashier… Feel free to drop by anytime! Hee…
Oh ya, back to my job… It’s a 6 days job because I’m working as full time temp… Because of this full time job, I had missed the pre-camp, neglected my family, Ken and friends… I miss Ken and my friends too… Haiz… That’s why I’m really looking forward to the coming Arts Camp’05… Can meet up with my dear friends… Hee…
The disadvantage of the job is that I’ve been deprived of rest; my legs and body are aching due to the long hours of standing and also carrying the heavy goods that the customers buy… There are many PLU codes to remember… For example, 150-green grapes, 41-Fuji apples, 108-pears, 4-watermelon, 14-lychee… I’ve met different types of customers too… I can list them out to u… Nasty, polite, environment friendly(less plastic bags), typical aunties (discounts, free gifts, more plastic bags etc), friendly, crappy, helpful etc… Haha… Another disadvantage is that I’ll have to cover the shortages at the end of the day… Haiz… But there were times when the figure in the system tallies with the money that I had collected.
The advantage of the job is that I’ve made many friends over there… They are a bunch of friendly people… I want to thank peeps like Zhi Hao, Ai Li, Wei Qiang, Xue Feng, Shi Min, Qiu Yi and my supervisors (Steven, Boon Gay, Yvonne, Wen Xin) for helping me to cope with the obstacles that I’ve encountered. Not forgetting Rebecca! Hee… Thanks Becca for being there for me and also exchanging gossips with me… Hmmm sounds like some award presentation ceremony… Haha…
Anyway gotta sign off le… I think my next update will be on Arts Camp’05! Till then… Ciao…

results
Why must it be me again? Have I done anything wrong? Have I not been studying hard enough? Am I stupid? Could it be that lady luck had gone for a date? Sorry guys... This will not be a happy entry... I'm simply disgusted with myself!
Checked my results today... My heart was in my mouth while I entered my matric number and pin number... WTH was the 1st sentence that came to my mind when I saw the grades and my CAP score. Although my CAP score did not plunge, it remained at a damn low score. I can kiss my honours goodbye... Maybe I wasn't academically inclined... Maybe I should not have pursued my interest and taken up Psychology which deprived me from energy, bidding points and brain cells... Maybe I should have switched faculty in the first place... Maybe.... Maybe..............
Feeling: Depressed, dumb, numb, demoralized, deprived and disappointed. (I hate the letter D)

Bdae Celebration wif Funis at Marche
I shall update all the happenings in this single entry...
30/05/05 (Mon): My 20th Birthday, Hair Modelling, Movie Session with Ben and Yahui and Bdae Celebration with Family
It's my special day! My birthday! Hee... Volunteered with Rebecca for this hair modelling event at Liat Towers, courtesy of Rebecca. She was the one who got me this lobang... We had to be hair models for the day and received free dye and hair styling... The theme of that day was creative colors so they had to use colors such as bright yellow, orange, red, purple, sky blue etc... So my hair stylist chose orangy red for me to complement my bubbly character etc... Becca had pink, purple and blue on her hair! *gasp* Haha... At the end of the process, we were asked to pose for the photo shoots...
After that, Becca accompanied me to meet Ben and Yahui at Cine... We noticed stares from other passersby while walking there... Felt very uneasy... *bleah* When Ben and Yahui saw my hair, they gasped! They said that the hair style would look good without the orangy red highlights... I have to admit that I was quite affected by what they had said... Anyway we were late for Madagascar... The show had already started when we entered the theatre. The show was funny but I will only give 2.5 stars out of 5...
Bought an ice cream cake at Swensens with my parents and went for dinner at Thai Village Restaurant at Goodwood Park Hotel! Yum! I love sharks fin! Hee... After that we went home to cut the cake... My sister gave me a red Crumpler bag! OMG!! It's so ex lah! I'm so touched mei... You shouldn't had bought it... I guess you'll have to eat grass for the next few months right?

31/05/05 (Tues): My Belated Bdae and Bobz early Bdae Celebration with Funis At Marche
Met Jennifer at the bus stop near her house to go down to town together... Had to write in Bobz bdae card on my way there... Sorry Bobz for the short bdae message... Didn't have enough time to write... Realized that Jen's feet had blisters due to the tight heels, so I offered to exchange shoes with her... Met Bobz, Joy and Jonny at Heeren and then proceeded to Marche... We ate and crapped at the same time... Haha... So funny... Took some photos too...
After the dinner, we walked over to Paragon and savoured the palatable desserts in Bakerzin. Hee... Jennifer and I shared Tiramisu and Evian... Argghhh... My favourite Tiramisu... Hee... Yummy! =P
