Happy Mother's Day

A very special day here in the USA...

a bouquet of flowers 

to celebrate 

Mother's day...

day celebrated in many other countries on different dates;
In Colombia, same as USA
In Mexico it was on May 10th

In Costa Rica it is in August
In Argentina it's on October;
In france it is at the en of may...
just to mention some...

My card, the stamp was colored in watercolor paper with "Zig watercolor Marquers from Kuretake"

and the I choose some shiny papers; gold  for the floral frame and for the background some glitter paper in turquoise color...
I used as well the inlay technique to insert the middle panel with the stamped bouquet in the center of the frame...

Watercolor Gnomes for Christmas

Hello My friends:

I think...
this is the last Christmas card that I have to share with you, and that I did not have the time to post in this blog during the Holidays...

I still have some Holiday cards and felt projects...but these are more Happy New Year Cards, and the felt can be done for any season of the year!

Watercolor Zig Clean Color Winter Thank You

Hello My friends:

Thank you, Gracias and Merci...
so much for the loving and caring words for the passing away of my dear companion, Sasha...

It is hard ... I admit... and at every moment I have her in my mind...
But I keep myself busy and you know what? making lists and checking all what I accomplished in one day...gives me a feeling of fulfillment and satisfaction that helps me with the day to day...

So I strongly recommend you this practice...make a list of your "TO DO's", do it as much as you can...and focus at the end of the day on what you did...and start over the next day...

I am still in grief, no denial in this, and in pain but at least I force myself to focus on the things that need to be done...

A winter thank you card...
the background was done with watercolors, with my "Zig, Clean Color", watercolor brush pens from "Kuretake"...
I love these markers so easy to use! and the colors are so vibrant!

and I use twice the "Memory Box" die "snowflake ring"

and I will see you  next time for another crafty project!
