Happy Scrapbooking Day

Hello My Dear Stamper and Crafty Friends:

Happy National/International Scrapbooking Day!

I am presenting to you Sasha and Laika!
My faithful and adorable companions!

I am mostly a card maker but as you may know I like to "touch" a little bit to everything...
and here it is the first and ONLY scrapbooking page that I have ever done! In honor to my Girls!!!

-The black one is My Sasha: noughty, sometimes acts as a "tombboy", extremely strong but so gentle and  noble at the same time..as you can see in the photo...
- The white one is My Laika, perceptive, definitely displaying a "princess" behavior, she likes confort! but she is so loving and always there for her sister! and Us!!!
These 2 Siberian Huskies love each other so dearly ... same age, same litter...so grateful to have them in my life!

I made this page at a class taken from one of the most talented artist in scrapbooking from Malaysia:
Irene Tan, her blog, Scrapperlicious.

The top left corner has flowers, butterflies, rhinestones and embossing raised areas covered with silver embossing powder (this was done with stencils and molding paste, when dry I apply "Versamark" ink and then apply the embossing powder)

There are many layers in this page, stencils, paints, chipboard letters...and "Laikita" (short in Spanish for Laika) picking

The bottom has more stenciling, flowers, scrapbooking paper, lace and ..."Sashita" (short in Spanish for Sasha) picking...

More stenciling with distress inks and embellishments, word "love" on a chipboard frame

I have frame it and put it in my craft room...

Thanks for the visit and lovely comments
have a great Saturday crafting my friends!!!
