Art Impressions Challenge #248 - Lots of Hearts

I'm joining the current Art Impressions Challenge - Lots of Hearts with this fun AI couple from their "Love Thing" set.  The image was stamped onto Copic Marker paper and colored with Copic markers.  The base panel was foiled with Gina K hearts.   A coordinating sentiment from the AI set finishes the card.

My Favorite Things Wednesday Sketch Challenge #420

I haven't gotten a chance to play along with the weekly sketch challenge at My Favorite Things for awhile.  I thought this week's sketch was the perfect chance to use some of the Washi Tape from my stash.  

I stamped the pup from Friends at First Sip onto watercolor paper and colored with Tombow markers then die cut.  He's such a cutie!  The Birthday sentiment is from MFT Lucky Dog.  Enamel dots and bakers twine finish the card.

Hero Arts Challenge - Crafters Choice

I'm joining the current Hero Arts challenge with their January Kit of the month.  This is the second kit that I've purchased recently and both are fabulous.

My card started by stamping then die cutting the balloons and bicycle.  I sponged the clouds using a scallop circle die cut and Danube Blue Memento ink.  The sentiment is also from the kit ... I LOVE that font!  The final card size is 4.25 square and the polka dot base is from my stash.

Art Impressions Challenge #247 - Pretty Pastels

I'm joining the current challenge at Art Impressions with this feminine birthday card and lots of pastels.  The cupcake image is from the AI Big Birthday Wishes set and the sentiment is from Chocolate Therapy.

The images were stamped onto Stampin' Up! Whisper White cardstock, colored with Copic markers and fussy cut.  Various Stickles were applied then adhered to the gingham panel with foam dimension tape.  Papers are from Pebbles Garden Party paper pad.

I added a machine stitched border to the base panel for a little added dimension.  I just pulled out my full size Brother sewing machine and stitched away!  Machine stitching adds such a nice finish and is a super cheap embellishment.
