Another quick post today...a gazillion things to do before holidays start!!! WOo hoo!!!

 

I wanted to share this creation I had fun with last week.  Just for the pure sake of needing to be creative!

Off the page cuteness!

Hi guys, just stopping by quickly with a tag and décor project to share :)

 

First up on my tag I used lots of Maggie Holmes Die Cut flowers.  I layered them with foam tape and added a couple of Prima flowers for extra sweetness!!

 

 

 

 

 

 

Next up, I found this mint frame hanging around in my craft room.  I created a little icecream décor piece to go in our new baby's room............YEP, we are having another little bub come Oct if you didn't already know!  We are all super duper excited and I am slowly getting things organised for a new nursery!

He is 8!

 

Yep, my eldest little love is 8 (Well this was back in March)!  My gosh where on earth have those 8 years gone, he's got so big and almost as tall as his Mummy.....but that's not too hard.  I have created this layout based on the June sketch over at Pretty Little Studio .

 

It was certainly a different one for me but I think I love the end result. 

 

  I chose a mixture of papers from a few collections, most being scraps or part used pieces.  Of course I still layered up my photo with papers also.  I just love the stencils from the Treasure Island Collection and used the Today piece on the left hand side.  I stamped it with feathers and added thread, twine and watercolour.

Too cute inspiration

Today I have a creation to share which was inspired by this image.  OMG, that bathtub is to die for!!!  I loved the shape of it and thought of a boat straight away especially with the Treasure Island collection in mind too.   So I created a little sail boat and adhered to my page.   There are plenty of Anchor papers in this collection so it matched the wallpaper perfectly too.   I kept in with the same tones of the photo too using lots of royal blue and gold.
