Master Bedroom Redo...

So....I usually get pretty bored with my house after I put all my Christmas decor away, so you can imagine how much my hubby LOVES it when January comes around!!  Last year I redid most of my upstairs, and this year I redid my bedroom and "spruced up" my boys' bedrooms (pics to come).

Upstairs redo....

I decided it was time the spruce up my upstairs.  I added chair rail, and did picture frame molding throughout.  Then i decided to paint all the upstairs doors black.  It was a big job, and took me about a month to complete....but TOTALLY worth it!!

Relief Society Birthday Dinner

Last night was our Relief Society Birthday Dinner.  

I was asked to be in charge of  decorations and handle the dessert.  

Our theme was "Turn Back The Clock"

I had so much fun with the decorations.....and luckily, lots of people have vintage looking clocks that they let me barrow.

We decided to do ice cream sundaes, and it was so simple and such a big hit!

A trip to sunny AZ and Imagine Dragons

My mom, Kennedi, and I took a girls trip down to Pheonix Az.

The trip was LONG, and boring as ever!

We got to stop in and visit with our AZ besties..... The Allens, and the Coombs!

My mom and I went to see Imagine Dragons and they were AWESOME!!

This day will always remind me of my Grandad!  He always left something for me and my brothers on our door step, rang the door bell, and ran (we usually caught him).  I always got wood in a candy box the first time, and then got real candy about ten minutes later.  I've tried to carry on that tradition by doing the same for my kids!
