Bloody big teeth.

YESTERDAY!
Morning woke up really late.
Freshened up and then headed to Raffles City Tower for extraction.
Okay, wow.
I've had my extractions done.
Wasn't at all pain.
HEE :D
The only frustrating things is the numbing injections.
Yes, I had jabs.
4 of them on the inside and outside gums of each tooth.
The metal syringe is approximately 5inches long.
And the needle is about an inch long.
You can feel the needle going in your gums.
And I felt it 4 times.
YES FOUR.
The whole of a needle is about an MM thick.
When the extractionist took out my teeth, it was not painful.
You just feel pressure and your whole head will shake.

I couldn't talk properly for an hour or so.
But I'm alright now.
After that, cabbed with mum to church.
Had the Service Learning Project on at St. Theresa's Home.
The old folks' there are so poor thing.
They literally tie you to the chair to prevent you from getting up.
Pity.
I wouldn't want to send my grandma there.
Okay, met this really nice 78-year old lady.
Her name's Dolly.
She's really nice, her understand of English is really good.
Just hard of hearing.
There was another lady, who was 90 years old, she still could knit and sew!
She's also hard of hearing.
And the both of them are Baba[s], (nonyas) like me!

Okay, then headed back to church.
Bought Chicken Pie from Polar with Annabel.
Went for mass with her.
Talked almost all the way.
Found out stuffs also.
After church headed to look for my dad and sister.

Went home, dinner.
Watched TV and talked on the phone.
I fell asleep on the sofa.
I forgot to hang up the house phone, which was why no one could get through.
Handphone was left on the bedside table, charging.
Found out my sister touched my handphone and answered my call.
FUGGIN BEETCH.
She woke me up by dropping the glass test tube on the floor.
I shouted at her once I got up.

TODAY.
I woke up late.
I ate breakfast late.
I'm supposed to be out now.
I'm gonna watch Dark Knight with...
Liting, only I think.

HAPPY RACIAL HARMONY ALL!

Okay, so today was Racial Harmony.
The spontaneity of the students weren't THAT great as last year.

Hazirah came over in the morning to pass me the costume

Trust Me.

I'm sorry baby.
I know you care ALOT about me.
About my safety.
I'm a big girl, I can take care of myself.
Yes, I do admit that I can don on short shorts and tight fit shirts.
But I know I can take care of myself.
Y'know if you restrict me on going home alone late in the night.
Do you really think I'll be really contented?

You don't know half of my "coming-home-late" encounters.
Yeah, Liting's area in the night after 8pm is filled with old men at coffeeshops.
Since I'm at Liting's from afternoon, I'd be in shorts and a tank top.
Definitely people will stare when I walk to the bus stop.
Bedok also is a kinda shady area too.
Yeah, I've gotten like almost sexually harrassed before.
But I learn from the encounters that have happened to me.

I know you would not want to lose me again.
But trust me when I say this;
I can take care of myself, I kick-butt, I enjoy rugby, I hit the gym.
Surely all of this has taught me something.
Right?

But for now, just to not let you worry.
I promise to be home before 9pm everytime I go home myself.

I skipped Service Project today!
I thought I had a dental appointment.
Turns out it was next week.

Okay, then went home.
Felt SUPER SICK in the car.
It was a very nauseating car ride from Marine Parade to HGS to Bedok.
When I got home, spent like an hour on the couch, not moving.

Left house at around 2.20pm.
Went out with Baby to Suntec.
Wanted to catch The Dark Knight, but the timing was just wrong.
Walked around.
