- Please let me know what you guys hope to have for lunch, etc, KFC delivery or packet rice then i'll see how to arrange for it.
- Please be mindful of what you say over at the centre as the trainees will imitidate what you say and some might understand what you say.
- Please be prepared that the trainees might come and hug you. Please don't push them away instead use a better tone to ask them to let go of you if you mind.
- Please note that we will not wait for any late comers.
- Please drop a tag if you are not meeting us at the station.

Donations of Rags

Dear All,


MINDS-SIA will be providing us the newspaper, detergent and gloves so we are left with the rags.


ANyone who has rags to donate for the community service pls let me know can. Then we will put everything together.


I will also be going down to MINDS-SIA to take a look at the environment and everything to see if there is more things we need. It would be best if the leaders could follow as well so that we can have a more proper planning.


Let me know if you are interested to join me, then i will arranged a date with the person I/C.

This is the details for the Community Service.

Date: 29 Oct n 31 Oct 07 (Mon & Wed)

Time: 10.30am - 3.30pm

Venue: 800 Margaret Drive 149310 (Near queenstown)

Tentative Job scope:

1) Cleaning of Station ceiling fans & industrial fans.
2) Cleaning of windows.
3) Cleaning and tidying of storeroom.
4) Cleaning of ledges (doors, grooves, etc…)

More details will be furnished as soon as I get more information.

hello ppl. we will be having our first class bbq on 15th sep! its at east coast park pit 56. somewhere near the seafood lagoons. i'll be there at 4pm but we'll start bbq-ing at ard 6pm because the food will only arrive between 4-6. hahas. so ya, come at 5.30pm if you can! and because we dont have enough funds for the whole bbq(booking of pit, food, drinks etc), each of us has to pay 5 bucks((: if you are having any financial difficulties please inform me. hahas. thanks!

CLASS OUTING: LET'S SETTLE THIS FAST ALRIGHT?! lol

ok after much discussion (ok not really lar!) we came up with 2 alternatives:

1) 8TH SEPT:
- have some kind of buffet (maybe steamboat at marina bay or seoul gardens or some place good that anyone can recommend)
- everyone will be able to make it on that day
- no worries about 7th mth!
-according to ramanan tan, not as fun as bbq. duh! lol.

2)15TH SEPT:
-BBQ at ECP = fun!
-no worries about 7th mth too!
-but some people will not be able to make it =(

hey guys!

remember we still have loads of moolah given by the school to spend?

we were thinking of having a BBQ during sept! but since it's the 7th month and all, some people cant go to the beach so we'll have it at someone's house instead! i can volunteer my house but it has a stupid rule of closing bbq pits by 10! unless anyone can volunteer their houses..?

is it ok if we hold it on the 8th sept? it's a saturday. or anyone has any days to recommend?

keep those suggestions coming in!
