I can never get the best part of her laugh on camera, but here is a little sample. Her daddy is the best at making her laugh, and it's so much fun!

Lake Anna
Last weekend we went to Lake Anna in Virginia to stay at a lake house with Jon's Uncle Brad and Aunt Joy and their family. We had a fantastic time playing in the lake, riding the jet skis, tubing, and just hanging out.
Olivia liked the water which was as warm as a bathtub.
Jon and Dan swamped the canoe and unsuccessfully tried to paddle.
Getting ready to take a wild tubing ride with Uncle Brad driving. They flipped off many times!
Thanks Brad and Joy for inviting us!!

Giggle
The Eastern Shore
Jon and I have been wanting to head out to the eastern shore for awhile now, and last weekend, we took the opportunity. We booked a hotel with Jon's discount from work and took off Friday afternoon. We spent Friday evening walking the board walk in Ocean City, and then on Saturday, headed to Fenwick Island State Park in Delaware. Here are a few of the best pics of the trip.

Goodbye for now, Dear Grandma

My beautiful Grandma Bangerter passed away tonight. We were fortunate to see her less than two weeks ago. After we took this picture, I heard her proudly tell several people how she had three great-grandbabies with her at the same time. She loved her family, she loved the gospel and she loved my grandpa. I am sure she is rejoicing to be back in his presence. I love you Grandma Bangerter!
Up to her old tricks again...
Yesterday Olivia thew up on me and pooped on me at the same time. I guess I should be grateful, because that way I only had to change my clothes once. She's so darn cute, though, that I had to forgive her right away. With a face like this, wouldn't you?

Dinner.
After a GREAT trip to Utah to visit family, we arrived home on Monday. Our flight was at 10 am, Utah time, so we each downed a bowl of cold cereal around 8am before heading to SLC for our flight. We grabbed a couple snacks at the airport, but when we arrived in Baltimore at 4:30pm, we were pretty starving. A friend picked us up from the airport, and then we picked up our car from Jon's work on the way home. By the time we entered our front door, it was after 6pm, and we were even hungrier. Of course, we didn't have any food in the house, and with our (my) new resolution to trim down the baby fat, we decided to head to the grocery store so we could have a "real dinner" (as opposed to head to the local Wendy's for a...fake dinner?). We got home from the grocery store sometime after 7pm (at this point, on the verge of famished) and I made a beautiful pasta dish, with onions, zuchini, mushrooms, tomatoes, fresh basil and a light cream cheese sauce. At 8pm when it was done, it smelled so good I could almost taste it. Jon had set the table, and we were ready to eat! I carried the bowl of pasta across the kitchen, and was inches from the table when I felt the bowl slipping and suddenly the pasta was all over the floor (that had been collecting dust for two weeks while we were out of town). It wasn't even in a pile where you can scoop up what's on top and call it clean. To add insult to injury (or...injury to insult?) some of it fell on my flip-flop clad foot and burned my toes. The whole thing was devastating. After I stuck my burning toes in the sink under cold water, Jon made a Chick-Fil-A run, and brought me a chocolate shake as a consolation. So much for trimming down the baby fat. At least it wasn't Wendy's.
