Indianapolis Children's Museum (October 2011)

Totally awesome life-size Optimus Prime display. Every little boy's dream!

Blown-glass exhibit. Of course, the hands-on kid section is made of plastic. But they get to pretend to create their own blown glass sculpture.

The real blown glass ceiling overlooking the display. Gorgeous. Amazing colors.
 All aboard!
 Ding-dong...are there any mummies home?
Building away. He is such an architect at heart.
 Scuba divers!

 Archaeological dig.

Every year the museum has a rotating display. This year the display was all about Barbie. It was so fun to look through the history of Barbie. There was little models you could "design" your own outfits for, a dress up section, a models runway, and all sorts of fun displays. Braden was a trooper as this is obviously, not a boys favorite section!

 Carousel ride!
 World's strongest Braden :-0

See? Builder and architect all the time.

Preschool Fall 2011

This year my neighbor Lara and I decided to preschool our kids together. We just alternated who taught different weeks. It was fun and challenging coming up with lesson plans and crafts to occupy these kiddos. They are the best of friends and have such a great time together. I am so grateful to have awesome neighbors and friends like this family.
 Silly kids.
These guys are the best of friends.
So sweet. I can hear him say, "You okay Bella?"
 Beautiful Miss Grace
 Little Miss Bella
 Silly Twin break...
Best shot I could get of Braden. (and yes, I do believe that is snot under his nose.)
Handsome Jadon.

Team Canada! (Soccer Fall 2011)

Braden got to be on his first sports team this fall. He was on team Canada and daddy was the Coach. We loved this group of kids and this soccer program. It was so much fun seeing these little kids just ran chaotically around the field.
Doesn't he look so handsome...and serious?
 The SUN...it's burning my eyes!

 Daddy coaching it up.
What Braden really spent most of his time doing....talking to Abbey. Can ya blame him? She is a super sweet cutie.

Lions, Tigers, and Jamma's, Oh My! (August 2011)

A visit from Gramma Jamma and a trip to the zoo? What could be more fun!
I love how it looks like Braden is trying to either protect his Jamma from the Lion closing on her head, or helping the Lion to chomp her!
 Looking cool in her shades.
Love my little man and he looks so dapper in his hat. Can we say, stud?!
He wishes he had wheels like this!
 Squeeze through the tunnel!
Yeah....I am not even gonna attempt that tight spot!
 Just barely....
Snack time in the lion cave....not for the lion...for Braden!
 Jamma's man.
 Momma's girl.
 One good looking crew!

There is this fantastic little chocolate factory called DeBrand's that is a Fort Wayne original. They make some of the most divine chocolate. You can take a behind-the-scenes tour of their factory and see how they make everything and get to have samples along the way. YUM.
 Jamma and Braden date.
 Daddy and daughter date (:
Say, CHOCOLATE!
