I still can't get over "The Years" even though it I saw it at Sinema Old School like 2 days ago. It seems that movie really struck something in me. It is really funny at first but the ending really left me in doubt and in fear. It really shows how fragile and precious life could be, yet ppl are willing to sacrifice their own to those who hold dear. Never thought this would happen.
Side note, How do you revise for physics when it is mainly based on drawing(lens), maths(kinematics) and drawing+maths(Scalar and Vectors)? Man I hope I don't mess up, especially kinematics, where a single mostake = gg.

Well this morning is abt (points above), man i had a wt... day. Firstly, I woke up at 4 am, thinking it was 6+ am, when i realised it, i slept wearing my uniform. Ok...that was lame but true.
THe whole SMOPS event, in a few words, is really nothing much, except that i nearly dosed off while invilgilating the class with the sec1 guy. That guy is ownage, after bringing down the GESPS students, he forgotten to come up to take the Princess Elizebeth students down for dismissal. Best part, he forgot his water bottle too, owned.
After this me and lk went to poolside. I dipped the Famous Amos cookies i bought into ice peach tea (i always have crazy ideas abt food), and it is nice. But lk better, ice peach tea with cookie, yep all crushed and mixed well into ice peach tea. Looks like crap.
Ending this all, I still can't believe that 123454321 = 11111x11111, really got owned by P6s.

I can still remember, 365 days ago, around this time, I was crying due to the fact that I can't accept the fact that hcisjab lost at zone comp at both categories for the first time in n-1 years. It's still vivid in my mind. Yesterday, both teams aimed at getting back what belongs to us. To be frank, the teams did their best performance ever. However, "best" was not good enough, for the trophies still remained at the defending champions, Nan Hua. What shocked me the most was AA, they lost by a goddamn single point to NH. I was the steward for the NH team, and I dare attest that hcisjab AA team were miles better than NH. We thought 1.5 points were bad enough, but 1??? WTH! AC got 4th, which i feel that they could at least get a 2nd. They caught my attenion more than the NH team in FD.I still feel that the judges are still prejuidiced against HCI.
Unlike last year, this defeat burns the passions within my heart. I was fickle at first, but this defeat intensifies and set my goals for my time in sjab. I want to be the next PC1. I want to command a group of sec1s which have things maybe lacking in the current hcisjab. Getting there will not be easy, but i'll do my best to get it!!!!! Let the passion burn!
At last, AA'09 and AC'09, you guys are the champ in hcisjab's hearts!!!!!

Well it's about time I did an review about Taylor Swift's album, Fearless. Some background info, she is an country singer, broke up with Joe Jonas of the Jonas brother over the phone in 27 seconds (damn ungentlemanly), is 18 years old and this album is actually her 2nd album. Her first self-titled album contained hits like Teardrops on my Guitar. This album Fearless has been top of the Billboards 200 for 7 weeks and counting, an incredible feat for a female singer.
Let's cut this short and give you the review now. Score range from 1-10 with 10 being the best (duh). Some scores may have +/- after the score. This are bonus marks for other reasons.
Let's go!
1. Fearless
This track is supposed to cover the whole meaning of the album. It does an excellent job in that. Song-wise, it is PERFECT! You'll will love this song, I guarantee. The chorus is extremely sweet. I only wished it had an MV though.
Score: 10/10
2. Fifteen
This song talks about her when she is 15, where she started her freshman year. To be frank, I don't really understand the song and it's a bit long, 4 min and 55 secs.
Score: 5.5/10
3. Love Story
This song is like a Romeo and Juilet fairytale, very beautiful. Just when will you find your Romeo or Juilet in real life? Time will tell. The MV is great, it really feels like a love story. Nothing to not hate about it, lots to love about it.
Score: 9.5+0.5 (for MV)/10
4. Hey Stephen
Well this song is a bit hard to describe. It's like why a guy should like her than other girls. A slightly upbeat song.
Score: 8.1/10
5. White Horse
This song is the complete opposite of Love Story. It says that fairytales like Love Story do not happen in real life and should live down-to earth style. Saddening but beautiful and soothing.
Score: 9.2/10
6. You Belong With Me
Well the song title says it all, why a guy belongs to her. An upbeat song, really catchy.
Score: 7.9/10
7. Breathe
This song is about someone loved one who is away from her and how life is without him. The extreme slow pace of this song didn't caught my attention.
Score: 6/10
8. Tell Me Why
I'll be frank, I have NO idea what exactly is this song about. Like You Belong with Me, it is quite upbeat.
Score: 6.8/10
9. You're Not Sorry
This song is about the deeds a guy did in which hurts her but he wasn't sorry about it. Quite similar to Breathe, extremely slow song.
Score: 6.2/10
10. The Way I Loved You
This song is about how both parties are deeply in love with each other. Extremely meaningful chorus, but one part of it sounds out of sync, nevertheless a great song.
Score: 9.1-0.2 (for out of sync part)/ 10
11. Forever and Always
This song was not meant to be in this album, she recorded this song after her breakup with Joe Jonas which was days before the release of this album. This song is about a guy saying they will be together forever but was lying. A really good song

12. The Best Day
This song is actually talking about Taylor's mother. She uses this song to express her gratitude for her mother. Hardly seen anyone doing that. N1, Taylor Swift.

13. Change
This is an extremely motivational song. It talks about people facing extremely tough challenges but they are never gave up and emerged victorous in the end. The MV shows scenes of the America Olympic team winning during the games. The lyrics are really motivational, really.

Today I reached home at 1pm. Reason : kena heat exhaustion during pe, best part: a heat exhaustion WITHOUT sweating. Dammit lah,missed ALL my lessons today.... Really can't believe it... Go see doctor find out maybe i'm going to get fever.....sianz lar...but that visit very fun. Firstly I realised alot of things about HCI. The doc's son every year near perfect msg, but didn't go cse (own decision), then sec3 that time his whole class kena owned by teacher who said they were here cuz msg sucks (funny that guy's class some ppl msg <1.5). Then why this year the intake requirements for cse more harsh than the previous batch??? According to the doc, cuz the CSE program is a MASSIVE FLOP for the first batch ( not niaoing anyone here, just repeating what I remembered.) She also said about Dr Hon but I wouldn't divulge that....

Happy new year ppl!!!! A new year means a new hope and a new year of difficulties to overcome. Not sure what I want this year, but definitely these few:
1.Get msg of at least < 2.0 this year ( btw, my class at least 1/3 are PRC, and that means a BIG challenge,wondering how the two Indonesian students going to survive Chinese lessons.....)
2.Stop shooting off my mouth a.k.a pissing off ppl unintenionally ( EPIC FAIL being sensed here.....)
3.Get a rank of CPL by POP this year ( shouldn't be too difficult but you can't be sure of everything, right?)
4.Do more ACE!!!!!!! (like c'mon, THIS bs caused me ALOT of marks, and plus the fact no comp team + 10 ACE points max. + Intenion to drop MSP = how not to max out ACE??!! Time to pwn!!!!)
Listened to 987 top 100 yesterday non-stop ( yes I listened to it even when I bathed, having my meals etc.) Was slightly dissappointed that Flo-rida's Low lost the number 1 spot to Apologise, most sad was that Secondhand Serenade's Fall For You (which is my blog's theme) was only 10th, behind David Archuleta's Crush and Check Yes Juliet by We the Kings. Not that I dun like those two songs, in fact I like both of them a lot, but I didn't expect them to be on the top 10.
Hoping next year's o.1 song is one I like.
I'm currently listening to Taylor Swift's debut album, Fearless. (After three days, wth???) Can't give a review now, maybe during the weekends. If you want to loan the album, pls tell me.
