Glad it's half term...
...cos last week was a really hard week. Don't know why, it just was. One of those crap weeks when not a lot goes right, I seemed to have no energy, and I felt like I was moving through treacle! My ear is still blocked and I'm still waiting for a hospital appointment as I have to have it 'hoovered'!

...me and eldest daughter have been here for a few days...
...Nottingham, visiting me mum and bro, and solicitor. As mum is in the middle of moving house and her place at the moment is quite small we stayed here...
...at The Village Hotel in Chilwell, which was very nice, especially the food part of it!! I haven't been here for 18 years. A lot has changed, so much so that I was quite shocked by some of it, but this is a childhood favourite that hasn't...

God, it's gorgeous, and not too anonymous after driving a lilac Escort around for the last three years! I decided that with 5 kids and now 3 dogs we needed something bigger. I inherited a few quid back along, but now I expect I shall have to take out a loan to fill it with diesel!! I can pick it up in the week, can't wait! Want it now, now, now.
