our big day

Today was a big day around here!!

We have a 7-month old Violet...


as well as a kindergartener who has completed 100 days of school...


and, to keep things fair, here's a pic of Sofia too, who also had a great (although less monumental) day.

oh yeah - and Happy Valentine's day. a day late...

Snow Days!!!

We went to the snow this weekend... to a friend's cabin near Big Bear.
We had a great time. Here are some highlights:

my girls have the best daddy... he takes them (twice a year!) to the daddy-daughter dance. they truly feel like princesses... and they look like them too!!
