...lately...

...a few updates...

• I finally got a Utah Drivers license. I feel as though i have betrayed a perfect friend. I hate looking in my wallet and seeing that light pink colored piece of plastic with green writing. Its sad. I did it to get a discount on our car insurance. I instantly regretted my decision. I will never fully be a resident of Utah even if I live here for more than 18 years (which is how long I lived in Nevada). I hope NV will find it in her heart to forgive me, but more importantly, I hope my cute house that holds all of my childhood memories will do the same.
  
  
  



• We had a Girls trip to SLC to go specifically to IKEA! It was fabulous. I miss my in laws and can't wait to see them in 1 week from today! It will be great fun! I am going to try and get them to come to a Zumba Class with me! While in SLC we shopped, ate, shopped some more and chatted a ton! Then had a forever long trip home! ha ha ha On the long trip there and back, my mom got me hooked on books on CD! I'm obsessed and can't stand listening to the radio anymore. Also on our trip I FINALLY purchased my long awaited curtains. I have been wanting these for about a year now! They are everything I hoped they would be and then some! I don't love the rod, but it was only 12 buck, that can't be beat. I didn't hang it up quite right, so the ends stick out too far. Don't worry, I'll fix it!

• I went down to vegas for the day with my aunt, cousins and grandpa. I wouldn't be able to see The Boy on his birthday, so I gave him his present early! He just woke up from a nap! His locks are beautiful!

If you have not yet participated in a Zumba class...YOU MUST! It such a great way to workout and dance! I love it and am completely addicted! I'm going to become an instructor so I can make all my familt participate in the workout at family events! I can't wait! I promise you will be hooked if you try it just once!

i'm back. this summer has been so much fun. there are a TON of pictures. enjoy!

we celebrated our second anniversary! how crazy is that? i swear we were just barley on our honeymoon! we had so much fun. we went to morro bay... we went there last year for our anniversary too...its a tradition we plan to carry on for the rest of our lives! my life would not be the same without morro bay, its cute shops and it beautiful morro bay rock. our hotel room was a little gross....i already have issues as it is with saying in hotel rooms...but i couldn't even get in the sheets at this place. it was a steal for the price though, so we got what we paid for! we went to pismo beach and ate at maklintocks (sp) and they sang to us for our anniversary, took out picture and we got to hang it anywhere we wanted in the restaurant. so there is a picture of the picture hanging on the wall. our waitress accidentally wrote happy birthday on it though...whatever! ha ha last year at the beach we saw a beached jelly fish, this year we say a beached sting ray. i thought it was pretty cool. adam did a ton of skimming...it sucked at it, so only did a little bit. its a lot harder than it looks. i love the way all of the windmills look on the hillside when we pass through the bakersfield area so i had to take a picture. there were like 10 seals or sea lions or whatever they are called hanging out on the on of the docks one night, but i didn't have my camera with me, so we went back the next morning before we left town and there were only two left. they are so cool to me...i don't know why... i just love them.

these two pictures (below) crack me up because on our way out to the beach all the sudden adam said "don't worry about it, i'll carry everything" and i look over at him and he really is!! it was so funny!

we took my precious nephew swimming...adam took all the pictures...but he was there.

we watched some fireworks.

we went to idaho. while we were there, we went four wheeling, we floated the river, got hailed on, played a ton of kings court and garbage and ate my mother in law carols amazing home cooking. i love idaho and i am so thankful that adam introduced me it! oh and i almost forgot...we had bambinos!! could abby be any cuter? seriously...

i made these cute little baby outfits and matching headbands and bows for my sister.

we also went to visalia and saw our cali family twice...we went to michele and kennys wedding and it was asolutely beautiful. we cant wait to go on a cruise with all of them! we've been to vegas a few time. we're going to vegas this weekend and idaho next weekend hopefully!!
