Farewell Ford Laser!

Accompanied dad to send the ford laser to the car agent to be scrapped. Well, that was the last we would be seeing of that 2nd hand car that was with us for nearly 2 years. Kind of sad though. It sure brought back lots of memory, like that time I was still having my IA, still in NTU etc. Thinking back, I had only drove that car twice in 2004 and 2005 respectively. Ehh, maybe it was because I kept complaining that car was too ugly, too smelly, too big? Hmmm.

stressed!

Pretty amazed at my guts. Even my parents and zw were shocked. All I remembered was what Cheryl told me "Whatever you want, better say it before you sign anything. Once everything is finalised, don't ever regret!" And I did exactly that; I spoke up and fought for what I wanted. It was either a win or lose situation. Well, my loss would be to start anew again, after all I started off with nothing. I was merely just trying out? A few more months' wait would probably be nothing, as I would be immune by then. Luckily, everything went smoothly, though it wasn't what I expected. Nonetheless, it was somewhere near? Well, life is going to be stressful from now on. Work hard to prove your worth, ya?

rain, please go away

sian. it's raining now and i'm going out soon. but, i don't have an umbrella, as i haven't buy one yet. yes, i'm real choosy even when it comes to buying an umbrella. sigh.

random thoughts

graduate = jobless = no income = no money = stay home. ok, i'll be staying home most of the time to save money. waiting for data entry assignment next month to arrive and earn some money from it. oh yeah, managed to convince my dad to give me pocket money for next month. happy.

zw has gone to india for work detachment this morning and would be back either on 20th or 23rd next month. counting down to the day i receive my souvenirs? haha.

xmas just passed and cny is coming. double sian. what should i wear for cny? hmmm. xmas wasn't as bad as i thought. at least, i have graduated. received lots of expensive christmas and graduation presents from zw and my parents. my uncle gave me a not so branded watch, which i passed to my mum instead. materialistic? maybe.

jewels in the palace is a very nice show! yeah, got something to keep me occupied for some time. it's so fun to slack at home! yeah yeah.

seems under country arrest?

went jb yest and ended up with a "to change photo!" notice under the visa section. wonder who that officer was who wrote that notice. if i knew who was the one who wrote it, maybe could have asked "is it that I have grown prettier?". so stupid. put the notice there and expected me to see it. would i be able to get out of singapore if i never go change to an updated photo? i'm stuck in singapore. country arrest! seems like an illegal immigrant with no passport now.
