lately, alot ppl have kanna stressed up
exam stress, or even in rp, no exam oso stressed
n so i think of something stupid to de-stress
research have discovered that laughters can help to lower stress level, so i ask my frens to
1) go find a mirror and look into it (best if full-body mirror)
2) start laughing
3) while laughing, think of something stupid, stupid enough to make u burst out laughing
4) laugh at urself the way u r laughing, and keep on thinking bout the silly jokes
5) just continue to laugh.
however, 2 tried, 1 came to sch the nxt day n wacked me, while the other scared herself for the way she laugh is like a ghost or until look like...whahahahahaha
(note: she tried it during the lunar 7th month, mayb the one she saw is not her.....)
so, i recommend put stupid makeup first, make urself look like a clown and not "Chucky" the killer doll. then start laughing again while looking at the mirror la.... follow the steps above!
suddenly thought of something new, not actually new, addition to the 5 steps above.
use video cam or watever to reccord down the way u laugh, and replay the video again.....
work for me, i alway laugh until cannot tahan when im laughing at ppl....

- no group entertainments from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (watch movies together, gaming)
- average sch dismissal 4:30pm
description of other classes
- class lunch, can even go out to the HDB area for prata
- during each breaks and even ppt group entertainments
- average 3:45pm go home liao

i compared the ppt from other classes to my class
no difference......quality is the same!!!!!
