shoe shoe shoe

hey everyone its been long and iv been busy with assignment and class..
here's some update from me...
there bad and good things happen when i got gout..well ill start with the bad stuff...

i cant eat seafood!!!!
last Monday night i ate this crab cook with tempoyak sup, cook by my aunt!!
how can u say no to that??? i love tempoyak!!
and what happen was i vomited it all out!!!
why?? i dunno..
well not like this la hehehe....

so whats the best part??
my sis gave me some money and ask me to get myself a new shoe because of the gout pain on my toe!!!
she gave me Rm200++
so i start my shoe hunting with my aunt and cousin...
(me and Darren)
(me and the aunt)
even my stupid RM600++ so call as limited edition air Jordan 20 cant give me comfort when i walk with this gout pain on my toe....

even my Rm30 shoe the last time i got when my sis was here does not work as well...
(so call as vans its fake!)
after a few days walking around klcc to find a shoe that fit my leg...
it all went wrong..
1.NO SIZE and yes im using 11Uk size!!
(i like this nike and its cheap RM125 nia but no size)
2.most of the shoe i fall in love with is too expansive..
like this one almost 400 haihh... not with in my range of cash i was given..
(imported skate shoe I LIKE!!!)
and a few more.... lazy to take pic the more i take the more sakit hati later..
late today before sending my parents to the airport we make a pit stop at mid-valley..
so in the end i get this shoe without thinking and just grab and go because I'm lazy to go around to find my shoe and time was limited for us.
i wont have the time anymore to go out after this
time to study!!
so what i got was..a PUMA shoe..
well one thing for use its comfortable and I'm starting to like it hehe..
and the price was not bad at all RM189 just nice!
when i was chatting with my sis and she told me to show her the picture of what i got...
.. and what did she say??
ELEHHH!!!.... I KNOW THAT SHOE IN UK IT'S NOT MORE THAN 40 POUND!! AND ITS CHEAPER HER AND I THINK THAT SHOE IS NOT A NEW MODEL....

but ..... but.... emmm...
when i buy the shoe it written there new arrival???

pain!!

there had been nothing but pain today..

it all started with this pain i have on my toe for a few weeks..
to make is worst its on both side..
i had a trip to the doc today that is one of my family friends..
well to travel with the feeling of pain on Ur toe is one thing u would not want to go true ..
but what can i do?I'm not in kuching..i don't have my car...
i walk to the taxi stand in pain!!
took the train in pain!!
and bad enough i have to walk all the way to the building in PAIN!!! 20mins walk!!
well the result from the doc was not what i was looking for..
GOUT!!!
yes GOUT...
for people who don't know what is gout...
gout is a disease hallmarked by elevated levels of uric acid in the bloodstream.
for 23 years of my life beside staying in an incubator for 2 month when i was a premature baby
i never took a blood test!
lets just wait for a few days to know what other sickness or disease i have..
after my check up n all..
i have to travel true the same way i got to the clinic
but this time more in pain..after my blood was taken..
i even have to stop at bus stops on the way just to sit down and rest..
people looking at me one kind and lucky enough cars stop for me to cross the road..
20min turn out to be 30 min walk...

so yeah now i know i have gout there is going to be some food that i cant take!!
if its for life i rather die not having all of this....
1:seafood!!!(owhh noo!!! me Crabbe!!)
2.red meat
(i don't care much about this unless pork is include ill die no kolok mee is perfect without pork)
3.BIG MAC (the only thing i eat in MC D is gone too!!)
4.alcohol (ohhhh daymmmm F me!!!.. )

so what now..???
maybe the list goes on and on and on what i cant eat or drink..
so??
should i just be a vegetarian??
hell no!!!!
