Farewell
Yesterday was the farewell of two more of our friends.
Soon to be Elder Walker, and Elder Hickman! They both did great on the farewell talks
It was nice to see everyone as well.
I know both boys will make such great missionaries.
I was lucky enough to be at BYU with both of them for one semester, and LOVED having them both there! Kurt was even in my ward! And cole once bought me and Lilly some goodies! :)
Anyways Chile, and North Carolina are sure going to be lucky!!
Good luck COLBERT and KURT!

Get the door.... It's Dominos!
Well I have offically started work and on tuesday it will be my third Day! I work at the lovely Dominos located just off of Broadway :) So the next time you order pizza from Dominos, just know that pizza was made with love by Kelcey Jones. All I pretty much did was spread the sauce and sprinkled the cheese on it, but it was done out of love for your enjoyment... and to pay for my college tuition.
Dominos is pretty stressful so far, cause I don't know what is expected of me. But i'm sure I'll get the hang of it pretty soon. All new jobs are stressful. My second job should start up, not this monday, but the next one. I will be driving little kids to pre-school and back home and babysitting for Kortni Neilson. I am really excited for this job. It should be tons of fun!
Well that is all for the Kelcey update....Pretty dang exciting! I hope you guys had a wonderful Christmas and are bracing yourselves for a new year. I know I am so ready to tackle 2010!!!! Love ya!

It's begining to look a lot like Christmas...
Oh my goodness, I love love love Christmas so much! I just love the way people act, the lights, the trees, and everything. So we are not allowed to have Christmas trees in the dorms because it is a fire hazard, which really is not okay with me. The tree is probably my favorite part of the holiday. So, the boys let us have a tree at their house. Mi'kel has never had a real tree before (I know, crazy right?!). So Bradely and I took her to get her very first real tree. After she tried to pick out a bunch of Charlie Brown trees, we picked out a beauty.
Gorgeous huh? :) We had a blast decorating it and have been watching lots of Christmas movies to get in the mood. Love it!
I have never seen the lights at Temple Square but have heard such great things about them. Bradely took Mi'kel and I to see them, isn't he the best? We went at the perfect time, it had been so cold all week but was warm when we went. As soon as we pulled back into Provo it started to rain. So perfect!
The lights are so beautiful there! I know I said the trees were my favorite, but lights are higher on the list. I was in awe the whole time and was so excited. I didn't really take any pictures but there's one. I loved the different nativities over by the office building. Christmas is just so great!
Tyson met us there, Oh how I love Tyson.
We were all starving when we got back to Provo and the line at In-n-Out was not too long. Brad or I had never been there and Mi'kel loves it. Mi'kel helped us to order what was the best. I liked it but I wouldn't swear by it. Definitely was not the best burger I have ever had or anything, but still good.
This holiday season has been full of firsts: temple lights, real trees, In-n-Out, coming home for the holidays, and my family being all together (first in a long time at least). I am so happy to be home and cannot wait to see everyone! I am grateful that we have this season to celebrate the birth of our Savior and to spend time with our loved ones. I hope everyone has beautiful holiday season!

Possibly the GREATEST investment of my life!
You guessed it...I bought a Santa Suit!
It's so AWESOME! I love it to death!
Herre's the low down. I needed one for my English final presentation. So I just bought one. In less than 24 hours, I had already gotten more than I paid for it in entertainment! Totally worth it! I have no regrets!
After I got home with it, I immediately put it on and ran around to bunch of my other friends dorms to spread some holiday cheer!
And FINALS ARE OVER!!! WOO HOO!!!

these are my confessions.
I have found a recent infatuation with glasses.
That's right you have heard me right. glasses.
You probably are previously aware of my obsession with wearing them while doing homework, serious business, and to the testing center.
But this is not recent.
I'm talking about glasses on other people.
In particular other people who belong to the male gender.
so here it goes...
I think it's SEXY when I see dashing young men in a certain cut of glasses.
I saw one particular dashing young man once.
that is when my infatuation began.
then I saw a bunch of other dashing young men in the same style of glasses.
Now I find myself saying "Wow. That guy is ayttractive. But give him a pair of glasses and mmm..."
hahaha
and now i shall pleed with you
if you know of any dashing young men in the provo area
who wear the certain style of glasses that i adore
please let me know
i'd love to meet them
hahahahha

I LOVE LOVE LOVE looking at pictures, both old and new. Remembering past times and the great things we used to do. Seeing familiar faces. It's also great to observe the newer ones as well. See the new faces that have graced our lives! It's just all around great isn't it! We can see how much we have changed through them, see have other people who are having different adventues are chaning and the great times they are having!

He will be spending the next Two years of his life in Hermosillo, Mexico! His dream mission. He has always wanted to serve in Mexico.I am so proud of him and how he has prepared himself for this important time in his life. I am so excited for him and this new adventure. Thanksgiving Part 2
I too, am grateful for my family. I have learned how much they really mean to me and how much they all did for me my whole eighteen years. But Kelcey already covered that blessing beautifully. So..
This Thanksgiving I am grateful for Missionaries. Firstly, I am grateful for the blessing that they are to those that they teach. The gospel is the most important thing on this Earth and it is a comfort to me that we have so many willing young men and women out in the world sharing the gospel with all who will listen. I have family members who are converts and I have been lucky to see the gospel enter the lives of some of my friends. The gospel is a beautiful thing and I am grateful for the missionaries who sacrifice to teach it.
Secondly, I am grateful for the lessons that the missionaries learn while teaching the gospel. It has been so great to watch my friends leave for missions as young 19 year old boys, hear from them as they are transforming, and see them come home as 21 year old men. I cannot imagine how difficult it is to be away for two years and forgetting about the world and just getting to work. I am so grateful for the experiences that they have. For the people they become. For the changes that are made. I really think that a mission is a great way for people to grow up and learn important lessons. Ah, I just love everything about a mission.
Thirdly, and most importantly, I am grateful for my missionary. It is so difficult to have a member of your family gone for two years. He has missed so much JR miss, graduation, senior year, and first semester in college. But he has been doing something much more important, spreading the gospel. I cannot wait for him to come home TOMORROW! It has been a long two years, but at the same time a short two years. My whole family will be all together again for Thanksgiving, the first time in many years. I am so excited and it is going to be the best holiday ever! To all my missionary boys (past present and future), I am so grateful for you and the sacrifice you make to further the work of the church. Have a great Thanksgiving everyone, I know I will! :)

Thanksgiving
Aileen Fisher
T for time to be together, turkey, talk, and tangy weather.
H for harvest stored away, home, and hearth, and holiday.
A for autumn's frosty art, and abundance in the heart.
N for neighbors, and November, nice things, new things to remember.
K for kitchen, kettles' croon, kith and kin expected soon.
S for sizzles, sights, and sounds, and something special that abounds.
That spells ~~~THANKS---for joy in living and a jolly good Thanksgiving.
I think just for fun, if you guys aren't too busy, we could name the one thing that we are most thankful for that happened this past year.
For me I would have to say the deep love and appreciation I have found for my family while I have been gone for school. I really didn't realize how much I learned from them and how many life skills they prepared me for. I see alot of freshman girls like me struggling with things that I have known all my life. Like how to be careful with money and how to do laundry and iron, do dishes and cook and not to be lazy and to go to classes and do homework even if my parents aren't there to tell me to. I swear I can hear the exact words my mom would say to me in my head when I have a bunch of laundry to put away (I have told you 50 times to put this laundry away and if i have to tell you one more time......) I also hear my dad's voice creeping in my head when I invited to go watch a pirated movie at a friends house. (He is the most honest guy I know and I would feel his disappointment if I would have said I would go.) I also didn't realize how strong and faithful they were in the gospel. It is so easy for some people to just be lazy and not go to the church. My parents taught me a deep love and appreciation for the gospel and I absolutely love going to church no matter where it is at and I love the extra activities that we can become involved with. My whole family influenced the person I am today and I didn't realize it untill I had to live with out them. I am so grateful for all the lessons they taught me and I hope that someday I can be as good of parents they were to me.
I really hope I can hear from you guys to about the things you are thankful for. I love you guys and am so grateful for you guys influences in my life also. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
Love Belchy!!!

Real Salt Lake
Last Wednesday I went to a Real Salt Lake game in Salt Lake. Real Salt Lake is the professional soccer team from Salt Lake. They played the New York Red Bulls (I think) and won! I've never been before so I was really excited, it was so fun! No one scored until the last ten minutes. The final score was 2-0. The top picture is of my cousins Brad and Rob cheering on the team.
This is a group of crazy fans, you can't really tell but I don't have a colored picture of them. They had two huge drums and banged on them the WHOLE game. And not like played some chant, no just randomly hitting it. I really don't even know if they watched at all. Every time I looked over there was a cloud of smoke coming from them, and they were ALL jumping up and down. So weird.
The Stadium. Rio Tinto.
We got our tickets through a promotion at UVU, they gave us these free T-shirts to wear. It was too cold for me though:) But I did wear it to school the other day.
Mi'kel and I enjoying the game!
That's all for now, Love you guys!

Well for my humanities class I had an assignment to take four pictures. One had to be a portait, next a landscape picture, then I had to take two that had a theme of either the Journey, The fall, Redemption, or A hero. It was so much fun, I asked christopher jackson to help me and he was a wonderful model. I turned them in but the yesterday me and my roomate found out that there is an art show that the students can enter pieces of art into. I wanna enter one of the pictures htat we took and I need everyones help to pick out the best two pictures. I would love your honest opinion cause the winners get a prize. Hopefully cash prize!!! Cause im broke. lol I have to turn it in by the 30th, and I would love your imput. I numbered them so you can tell me which one you like :) Thanks so much! Miss everyone like crazy
