Start of the month - Movie treat for xuan

Went to pick xuan up from childcare at halfday, n left ying to MIL. too bad, GB dosent want to bring along as she still a 3mths old bb and will b too difficult to pacify when she got scared by the loud effect of the show.

Been a long time since I have bought xuan out alone to gaigai ever since delivery. hmmm, she was extremly happy when i pick her n told her that we r goin gaigai. it was raining, so it was a bit tough to have to keep carrying a 12kg & the heavy barang barang bag. Heavy!!!!!!!!! Little Xuan help by "holding" the foldable umbrella with me positioning it. lol....

Although she was stil coughing alittle. I stil went ahead to treat her to some yogurt. Juz to let her enjoy the day. Wat taste did she choose? Pink - Bubblegum! =)

Nxt on the program is trip to the motherhood fair at expo. coupled with the John Little Sale at the hall bside. =) Bought the swimwear for Xuan. Some socks n cap. Not much items as the variety is gettin so limited. Or is it bcos I had alrdy have most items needed for them? The thermal wear was bought at mothercare in Tampinese mall instead though. =p

Met the photographer who took my 2nd maternity shots at the mothercare exhibition. Wat a coincidence. I took the maternity shots in the morning that I deliverd Ying, 19 Feb 2011. =)

After the Kungfu Panda 2 Movie, Panda has bcome her favourite animal. Tat she even need to bring to bed.

Gaigai time!

Boo Boo face when YaMa carry her.... Lookin at me pathetically.... LOL

Shoppin time again!!! Need to buy panties for Xuan. She finally outgrown her bloomers.... She alrdy toilet trained. Except for naptime n night time. Time to let her b a little "grown-up" liao.... Tried findin ones that suits my reuirement is really tough!!! never realise buyin little gal panties can b so hard... Or am i too picky.... End up, bought at mothercare. with it offer of 30% for 3 items n above, the budget is within my limit... =p Also bought some sleeveless romper for Ying. N 2 more from Pumpkin Patch, as I cant resist the two cute little bunnies sleevless rompers for my little bunny gal. =p N of cos the sandal from Bata. =)

After much searching online for 2nd hand swing bed, we stil finally bought a new one at the fair instead... N it was after much persuasion from me, that GB finally agree to it... Ashe find it too bulky n "useless" un less Ying willing to slp inside.... but i logic with him that it will b more convenient for MIL to push her in it than to to keep sittin at the foot of the bed, n she cant move anywhere while Ying slp... -_-" With the swing bed, at least she can push her to the living room, n she can watch tv while ying nap... Also, to use as a high chair when ying grow older... as mil had to hold xuan at her lap while feedin her.. which is really v mafan!!!

N of cos, watever new toys is in the huse, Xuan wil hv to have a "feel" in it.....

How did my routine pumpin session & latching of Ying affect Xuan? She used my nursing shawl to cover the donald duck n indicating that the duck is feeding bb.... -_-" N

My latest toy - Olympus XZ-1
Of cos, greatly encouraged by GB to get tis as it so so so much lighter than my bulky Cannon 450D.... But the quality cannot b compared with a full DSLR cam. But it definitely better than compact cam. =)

Been so long since i carrier Xuan... As b4, it stil has a theraupectic effect, she slept soon after awhile.

The Charity Walk organise by Xuan childcare center at Sengkang Park.

After the walk, is lunch @ Marina b4 we continue on to our complimetary stay at Ritz Carlton Hotel. =)

The Barney roadshow is over, but the posters r still there!

Finally booked in at the hotel room. The beds r so comfy tat the gals r so happy when lyin on top of the bed. lol

By chance saw the NDP rehearsal from the lift lobby. Didnt get to c the full fireworks, but at least manage to c some part of it! =)

The baby cot is suppose to b for Ying, but Xuan was happy to play in it. End up, she even slept in it for the night. C how happy she is jumpin in it... OMG, luckily, the cot is sturdy enuf to withstand her weight.... We were expectin her to request to slp on bed after gettin tired of the baby cot. end up, she slept thru til the the nxt mornin. GB must b so happy to have the bed all by himself without sharing...

As for me, sharin with Ying, so not able to fully enjoy the comfy bed... sigh.... cos the bed is so fluffy with the comforter that i worried she might get "buried" underneath the covers.... =p

The service is very good, they even have room service to give activities pack for children. N also bath pdts for baby. But of cos, u hv to request. =p

Ying loves the bed.. so happy to wave her hands ard on the bed.

Finally get to the main reason of our stay.... The swimmin pool!!! Finally time to let both gals try the floats!!!

Ying fare better tis round as we r able to cuddle her n hugged her closer than when she was in the swimmin spa tub.... lol she even slept with the float on after awhile!!!

Finally Xuan willin to wade in the pool further with the waist float.... Previously, she only dare to paddle at the side of the stairs.... will cling hard to us when we tried to persuade her to go in. With the waist float, she felt more confident to have us pushin her further into the water n swinging her around.... lol.... the waist float is a good buy!!!
