Under Gastroenterology Diseases there are several stupid unknown alien diseases
that gotta do with the stomach GASTRIC.

1 more weeks it gonna be 1 month
I have been suffering from this stupid "unknown" disease
I have been feeling bad, real BAD!
Felt fullness after only a few bites of food, bloating, excessive belching, and nausea.
At times i felt ache in the upper abdomen, vomiting & stomach fluid kept filing up into the mouth.

Clinic doctors are truly CLINICAL
Things they can handle are like common fever, cold etc.
When it comes to Gastroenterology they are NOOBS about this!
Said the Clinic Doc: "You contacted this diseases from Overseas"
Well if this gona heal just by taking the anti-bloating medication and anti-biotic
So why are there an Gastroenterology Department in a Hospital?
Chinese Physician:"It had been accumulated since long time, sometimes overeating or irregular meals"


These few days i've been doing researching on my stupid stomach
Food that i must avoid:

Foods That Contribute to Gastroenterology

Legumes: Especially dried beans and peas, baked beans, soy beans, lima beans
Milk Products: Milk, ice cream, cheese
Vegetables: Cabbage, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, cucumbers, sauerkraut, kohlrabi, asparagus
Root Vegetables: Potatoes, rutabaga, turnips, radishes, onions
Fruits: Prunes, apricots, apples, raisins, bananas
Cereals & Breads: Cereals, breads, pastries, and all foods containing wheat and wheat products. Check labels
Fatty Foods: Pan-fried or deep-fried foods, fatty meats, rich cream sauces and gravies, pastries, and any high-fat food. Check labels.
Liquids: Carbonated beverages, fizzy medicine

Well... the Chinese physician had already told me to avoid food as mentioned.
And i have stopped taking Chinese medi but the discomfort came back again...

Should i continue to consult the Chinese physician or the Doctor?

I've been ill for a week or so yet i didn't notice
Until the virus attack my gastric
It hurts damn Lots that whatever Input becomes Output
I have been having fever for the past week since i came back from Hongkong
When the Doc measures my temp... 38*C i was like WTF
I don't really Know.... He wanted to gave me a Injection!!!
All the company trip wasn't fun at all...
Work & work and only afew days to do shopping etc... **SADNESS...

3D2N Kampong Hut chalet @ Sentosa was soo cool la
never ever though of my class peeps can be so united lol
This chalet cost only $128 with 2 huts and a BBQ pit
But we BBQ for 2Days la...
We went for the sky ride and loge which was damn fun
Think it been damn long i've been to Sentosa ^^
