Hi, long long long time since I last blogged! Just realised that it's been almost a year. And that last post really didn't feel that long ago. Signs of how time flies eh.
So, today was the last major paper and what do I have to say? I just hope I didn't screw it up as much as I thought I did. Seriously, what's with Cambridge this year? They made all the papers so challenging. I really hope I do well! Can't afford to fail. ):
Okay, with my next paper in SEVEN days' time, i really really don't feel like studying for it now! Plus it's Chem mcq NYEHH. Shall hunt for the SAT practice book tmr, need to start preparing for SAT now. And I just realised that there is an essay component for SAT. Hate writing essays but oh wells, thankfully it's not that big a component.

haven't blogged in a loooooong while!
so, today's the end of my 3rd week of work! left with 3 more days next week. sigh i think i'll really miss working there. there's some problem with me, i can't seem to let go of things. :X and that's not good. it'll mess up my emotions. :X sigh. anw today's the last day i'll be seeing limching and vice versa! and when i left, she said if i want to be a lawyer, find her, she'll give me priority! (: so nice of her. and when i left, i almost cried. that's the problem with me. sigh. can't imagine how i'll feel on my last day. i'll miss limching's niceness! :X

long time since i last blogged! (: wanted to blog about the closing ceremony for yog after it happened, but i think it's too long ago now and i kinda forgot le. ahh. ): nvm, got to know quite a few ppl there! (:
last week was kinda horrible. ): with the 4h2s thing and friends having trouble promoting. ): quite sad leh. and i felt quite lost too. thankfully for the support of those around me! so heartwarming and comforting. (: so i should be dropping bio to h1 if things go wrong. hope things go right though!
anw now sch's mainly abt pw. gosh so irritating. can't wait for it to end man. hope we can get an A!
so bored so bored so bored. i want to bake and shop and do all sorts of fun things!
and i want my holidays. ): but there're like so many days that has carolling. at velocity somemore. hopefully it'll be fun!

YOG opening ceremony was on last saturday 14th august 2010! (:
wonderful times spent there. even though sometimes we feel very tired and irritated by it, it's still a good memory and i really enjoyed my time there. met some nice ppl from other jcs and also not forgetting from tj! (: still can't really believe that the opening ceremony's over. it felt more like another rehearsal. ahh so fast. ):
anw so last saturday was a very long day for us. gathered in sch at 8.30 in the morning and our bus ic, tan how, came to pick us up. reached the f1 pit area but couldnt go in to put our things yet cos it wasnt opened. so we walked to the floating platform with all our barang barang. so heavy and perspired a lot. ): anw so we had our component training and there were a bit more changes. train train train and then walked back to f1 pit. had lunch and then the trainers came to talk to us. then after that we slacked around. jiahui, enci, sijie and i went to the singapore flyer there, bought slurpee and walked around and talked! (: nicenice. after that it rained quite heavily so we continued staying there. then went back, did a bit of work and then it was time for us to get ready. super rushed. :X then at abt 6, we went to a room to meet our athlete, which is the flagbearer. my athlete took a very long time to come. he only came after most of the ppl went down. :X was quite worried that he would not come at all. thankfully he appeared. so he's called abdourahman or something like that, from djibouti. heh. he's a swimmer! but we didnt really talk much cos he couldnt speak english, only french, so it was really quite tough to communicate. :X so we went down and rushed to put on some make up. then after that, we started our journey to the floating platform. perspired a lot. :X ahh. met our athletes again at the floating platform and waited for our turn to go in.
so finally, at about 9.15, our segment, the parade of nations, started! started off with greece, then afghanistan onwards, in alphabetical order. so finally it was my turn. nervous. heard my country's name being called in french so i walked onto the stage, smiled and ta-da, my 3 seconds of glory was gone. haha. then it was the torturous standing in our positions for super long. :X back and legs ached after that. the speeches were so long and draggy! D: anw when the president of the republic of singapore, aka, mr nathan, declared the games open, we exited from the stage and ran up to our containers! i'm in container 2! haha. (: then it was the oath taking. and then the torch came into the marina floating platform. watched the cauldron being lit up. quite cool. :D and we rmbed to sway our flags! our container leader shouted "5,6,7,8!" very loudly. yay. i was quite afraid that there would be ppl who forget abt the swaying. okay all these details are actually just for my memory. :D then we stayed up there for a super long time. ahh so tired. then we finally went down. (: took photos with the others and also the officers! (: ahahaha. then we walked back to the f1 pit and packed up. then waited for our bus. reached home at 12 plus. considered quite early le. heh.
slept till 1 plus the next day! super tired. heh.
okay i'm looking forward to the closing ceremony practice now! sadly, there's only one practice and then the actual thing. i want more! ): nvm, at least there still is! haha.
okay now to go do bio. ahhhhhhh. ):

yay jcts are over! (: now i feel kinda weird to not have something to chiong for at night. -.- nvm it's a good weirdness. haha. but sad la cannot play so much too it's not the holidays. D:
anw so today after math paper, met mummy for lunch! had pizza. yay. (: and then went back to simei to buy eggs. met jie there and went back with her. the rain was very heavy though. nice to sleep but i didnt have time to. very tired now. slept very little for the past few nights. busy chionging for the papers. aack. anw after baking brownies, i went out to meet the clique for dinner! (: angela couldnt go again though. ): anw we had dinner at manpuku and bakerzin. alvina and i didnt eat at manpuku though. shared a pasta at bakerzin instead. and we had dessert at bakerzin too. hahaha. then ding's supervisor or something gave us a plate of mararons which tasted erm, a bit funny. but still, thanks to her. (: and the bill was cheaper than expected cos of the discountS! hahaha. ding had his staff discount too! :D on top of the 30% off desserts. yay. hahaha.
today was quite enjoyable. (: but very tired now. there's choir tmr! and farewell on sunday. packed weekends eh.
anyway, i think you've changed a lot. too much that it's so different now. and i don't like it. somehow, jc has made me a less happy person. and i think i'm thinking a lot more now. i don't like how superficial people can get. like saying love you or anything similar when it's not even from the heart. i will only say it when i mean it. although it does make me feel better for a while, but inside i know that it's just not true. and my birthday has also showed me some things. i really appreciate those who bothered to remember and smsed me. unlike facebook, i think some of the wishes are like there just because facebook says that it's so and so's birthday. i mean, what's the point of wishing when it's not even sincere. anyway, i still appreciate it. sigh a lot of things running through my mind now. i may not express it, but i'm still human and i can feel it. i want to be cared for, even the smallest action or simplest words will do. gosh okay i should stop this. tearing up now. i feel like i'm slowly losing my friends. sigh. okay i should go to bed now.

haha okay the last few minutes of my birthday left! :D
today was quite a pleasant day haha. after lunch, went home and after a while, my doorbell rang. so my dad went to see. and he didnt want to open at first cos he thought they were just some random students. haha. it ended up to be alvina, ding and euge! hahaha. they very funny. ring doorbell and run away. tsk. :D anw so we played for a while and then laughed at michelle chong on the noose. haha. then euge, ding and i went to white sands to studyy. :X so anti-climax. haha. too bad for me that jcts are like 2 days away. D: totally not prepared. ):

yay hellohellohello! today's a happy day! hahaha. :D
okay first it started with pw. yay gpp approved! our 2nd draft. and it's the 1st for that idea. haha. (:
then i went to meet emmamama at orchard. (: we went to far east first, had oyster mee sua for lunch. then we went to look for emma's bag. found it in heeren! haha. it's a black backpack! so yay emma transferred all her things into the new bag. haha. she kept complaining that her bag is fattttt. no, emma, it's not fat. it's so skinny that it needs fattening. haha. (: then we walked to plaza sing. had a wonderful time in spotlight looking at the pretty things! the buttons were so nice. iron-ons too. haha. spent quite some time there. then we went to tamp1 bakerzin for dinner! ordered 1-for-1 main course. haha. so we both ordered pasta. quite nice. (: was so full alrdy. then we had our FREE dessert. ahahaha. birthday dessert. ^^ it was warm chocolate cake with ice cream. but it was too much for one person. should have shared it. anw, it's nice! (: hee. spent quite a long time there and paid only $12.70 in total. that's for 2 ppl. haha. worth it man. :D okay i sound so cheeeeeeeapo. haha. but yay it's so nice! :D went home after that. haha.
yay i feel happy today! ^^ ON-HIGH! hahaha. overdose of EMMAMAMA FUNG! :D
