I was in Japan, Fukuoka last week. And it was my first time to this fukuoka city. I just love everything in japan, the culture, the service, the people, the fashion and the weather during their winter. Maybe we can learn their excellent service for CASSIS Collections?
The service quote - exceed the expectations of customers.
one good example, i dined in one of the restaurant, waited for the food, i had the urge to visit the washroom. i walked to the counter, before i even reach the counter, let alone open my mouth to ask for directions, the waitress came up to me, and WALKED me to the ladies!! i was totally impressed! I promise Cassis will be working to this service standard. =)

I am currently in Cassis @ Lot One shoppers mall. And there is this major celebration for National Day outside the mall! Seems exciting! but but i dont like it when it affects the sales of Cassis bags. =( Furthermore i cant be part of it... The mall seems quiet because everyone is drawn to the crowd outside... Cassis's friends be back after the celebration yea... love.

Woo, anyway another trip to share...
I was in perth, and i love Fremantle in Perth, Austraila... but i had a very short stay there, i wish it was longer......
The fish and chips is really good here!

Thank you, all the friends of CASSIS, the grand opening @ lot 1 shoppers mall on 31st Jul was a blast. We had fun, and we were touched by all the friends who came. Your presence is much appreciated and it makes our hard work all worth. Thank you again!

Now CASSIS is operating at 2 malls! Far East Plaza #04-137aa and Lot One shopping mall #02-K2. Recalling when we had our first baby in Aug 2009 - CASSIS @ Far East Plaza. it was one year ago....


One year later 31st Aug 2010, CASSIS @ Lot One shoppers mall...


We received more flowers than last year's Far East Plaza! Thank u friends! =)

I hope friends will stay with CASSIS always, luck will be with us, and our hard work pays off... The path we walked wasnt easy but Friends of CASSIS were our biggest motivations. =)

Whilst managing CASSIS, 3 of us still have to handle our full time jobs. Personally, i fly so frequent that it is hard for me to monitor every single move CASSIS made. Thankfully, my sisters+partners were understanding.

i will end off this post with a flight i did to Bombay, India. it was an experience, and i definitely see life in another perception after the flight. i am blessed.

They earned only sgd $0.10 and to be shared amongst 3 of them by carrying this whole day and taking pictures with tourists. =(
