4 Miles

I'm up to running 4 miles finally!!!! :) I'm feeling great and starting to get back in the groove. Mikes feeling good and up doing things, he has to rest now and then but he's coming along. Kory's doing awesome and it's so great to get his letters.  I'm loving the sunny weather it really helps my mood but, it also means I can run outside! 
I haven't mentioned my addiction recovery group before, but I still facilitate the meeting here every Tuesday night. This program has truly changed my life and I love the people there. We have some new people coming and it's always fun to have them!
 Mike and I have seen a couple movies lately, I liked Thor I don't think it's marvels best one but worth seeing. We liked Fast 5 the best, Brad told me we missed out we didn't stay after the credits, I guess there will be another. We are excited for Pirates of the Caribbean coming out this weekend.
Well I'm officially  48 years old it's crazy because I don't feel 30!                    

     So here's to another Awesome year!

A much needed beautiful Day! :)

Today it was finally nice enough to run outside!!!! I had a great run it really filled my emotional and physical tanks! The rest of the week looks good to so I'm going to be doing the same! I'm up to 1 hour that's with warm ups and cool downs. I will up it 10 minutes every week, I cant wait to be doing 6 miles again.

Mikes surgery went well he's doing  great I haven't wanted to kill him yet! LOL. It was fun to put on some carpi's and flip flops, and a new summer color on my toes!   Mother nature bring on the warm weather!!!!! I would like to thank my mom for all she has done for me, and being a great exsample to me. Happy Mothers day! love you
