Well we had a wonderful day at the temple Kory is one step closer to leaving I've only cried a little. I'm up to 20 good minutes on the elliptical and I'm really excited to go to a running class the 4&5 of march. There is only 6 people doing it and we will get individual help, they will analyze our gate and help us to run more officiant so we have less injuries. Then Saturday we will do some running, I hope I'm able to do it! I've been sick and on my second round of antibiotics I'm praying that goes away so I can do my best.
I'm finally reading the twilight series it only took me 2 days to read the first book (498padges) and I'm reading the second now. The books are better that the movies.
I've never read a novel I usually read self help books or just the scriptures this has been fun. I have to make myself read the Scripture's first or it doesn't happen. I'm officially and old lady I had to get some reading glasses from wallmart WOW does it make a difference, even painting my nails a can see better!

Getting stronger!
Well I'm up to 20min on the elliptical and still lifting weights. My legs are feeling stronger and I only have knee pain if I do some lateral movement real fast. It feels sooooo good to do some aerobic exercise! As soon as I can do 40min on the elliptical with out any soreness I will try running. I'll do the same thing start out with 10min and work up. It's so awesome to start to feel better and feel like I might be able to run sometime soon!

Good News all around :)
Well Kory's got his call and we are moving forward getting him ready to go. We are so excited! and we will miss his wonderful spirit in the house but we are excited for his new adventure! I've been working on lifting weights and trying to get stronger.
Saturday I did 10 min on the elliptical and today I did 10 min I wanted to do more but started feeling on the side of my knee so I stopped. So I'll keep adding more time but keep up my weight training. I hope to be running in April.
