New year New goals

We'll it's a new year so I'm making the goals I would like to accomlish this year. They say you have to write them down and share them and it's helps you follow through. So here goes it, I'm breaking them into categories, Spiritual goals: are to do better at my scripture reading, and journal writing, I used to do it in the mornings but got out of the habit last year because of running.

Physical goals: Be patient and let my body heal, no running for a while, do weights and strengthen everything so when my legs fill better I can go for it, even if that's February. I'm looking forward to defining my upper body and strengthen my legs. I'm also writing the races I would like to do on the calender so I can plan for them.

3. Flaming gorge 10k: june ?
4. Wild Horse 10k: aug ?
5. Dirty Dash 10k Sept 17th
So I'm praying that my body will let me do any running at this point, but I would like to do those this year. I can feel that the side of my legs are better they don't hurt when touched any more I think it's just around my knees now. I've been taking vitamins to help with the leg spasm's I've been having at night, and I don't have them a few times a night anymore, some nights I don't have any, so that's good.
I'm tyring to be patient and just focus on what I can do.
