Thoughts....and a video of Tom Jones with She's A Lady.

I'm not quite sure why I am the type of person whose life becomes so affected by someone's sorrow and pain as I feel right now in the case of Farrah. I don't know her, never would have met her, and really hadn't thought about her in a very long time. I have this need to put my feelings on canvas, to paint her, to transfer these feelings of sadness to canvas. What are you feeling about her sickness? Are you sad, mad, do you care? Maybe something is wrong with me that when I found out how sick she was, I became sad and lonely and actually afraid. Could it be that I'm afraid of getting sick like she is and maybe if I become so involved it won't happen to me? But no that can't be, because I really feel the sorrow of her shortened life and how she says, "I just want my life back." This keeps repeating itself in my head and I'm so saddened by it's meaning. I keep thinking about her in bed and down to a few words. Hopefully the pain has lessened and will eventually subside, allowing her to waken for a few moments to say her farewells. My gosh, this is so sad....I think of what Rose Kennedy said when asked how she carried on after so many losses..."After a storm, birds sing. Why can't we?" That is so profound.

That is all I have to say except that I visited You Tube and wanted to hear a song from a long time ago. I felt like listening to Tom Jones and this song.
