I will keep this short so as not to bore you in my introduction of myself which is what we are supposed to do.
As my follower's know, my name is Gloria, but I go by glorv1 on my blog. I have been blogging since 2007 and have enjoyed every bit of it. Being on cyber world has opened up new doors in many ways in my life. I also have another blog that I use from time to time, but that's another story.
Creativity and inspiration has blossomed in my life as I've met Blogger friends along the way. Respect of my blogger friends is a must. There is always something going on in the artsy field, especially on Paint Party Friday where we all meet on Friday evenings.
My fun things to do are gardening, cooking, experimenting with new healthy types of food. Of course Art stands at number one. On this blog you will find that my posts are of my art, my cooking, outings, woodworking, the process in whatever I am learning to do. Right now I am trying to learn "houses." The painting of houses that is or just buildings. I will be sharing a post of Friday of my latest venture. There is a mini video of some of my work on the sidebar. I also test myself by joining groups that may paint 30 pieces a month etc. Personally I prefer to decide what I want to paint, how many I will paint and then do it on my own. So you could say I try my best to try new things.
I am a Frida fan, therefore my studio is filled with paintings of Frida, Bangles are fun to paint which I do and sell, cutting out objects on my scroll saw and painting the wood always beckons me.
