Today I wanted to show you my little people of which I'm not very good at doing. I didn't feel like painting too much this week, my knees have been acting up and it's hard sitting for too long.
This is Gisela, and the next two are Gisela 1 and 2-I really have no story for them except that this first one hung on a marquee at Photo Funia and that was my way of having fun. The link may not work and may be outdated. Try it though and you'll see Gisela on a marquee. It's funny.
I have to keep trying to do little people.
Gisela 0ne and Two
These are some of my tried and not so good dolls, but they happened.
This is my Frida A LA Converse doll that I did a couple of years ago.
This doll was for A Dia de Los Muertos day. A Japan look with the Frida eyebrows and lots of flowers in her hair.

This is a gypsy type doll with lots of add ons, and she is also wearing Converse. As you can see, I'm a fan of Converse.

Hope you enjoyed a look at some of the past "things" I've done. Have a great Wednesday.
Love your little people, so fifferent. The little Giselas are reat, and the dolls are little works of art, I would never have the patience for so much sewing! Havea great day, hugs, Valerie
ReplyDeletePS thanks for the explanation of zukes, I love them!
I love your dolls. When I was in Japan I found a shop that had Day of the Dead itmes. I bought several. It was so cool.
