My Blue Blog....for now

So I changed the color of my blog to BLUE.
Perhaps I too have my blue days, but not in a sad way-just colorful. Have a bluetiful day.

SuperCenter Walmart

I've been looking forward to the grand opening of the supercenter, although we already have a Walmart, but not a supercenter. Its suppposed to open tomorrow on Wednesday and so I woke this morning thinking it was Wednesday. For some reason I lost a day somewhere. I started to get ready early this morning and then I looked at the day in the calendar and practically kicked myself. It wasn't Wednesday. Oh well, we all make mistakes.

So this evening I decided to post my Wednesday evening poem. I did. I then remembered it was not Wednesday. Am I losing it or what. Maybe I am rushing for Wednesday to be here so that I can go and spend money. Or maybe I'm just plain old and feeble-minded now. Which is it. I've recently started to misspell words as well. I don't like that, as I have always been a great speiller...I mean speller. In any event, that mumbo jumbo I posted as a poem was meant for Wednesday. Maybe for some of you it is Wednesday and hooray for that. I'm off now, till tomorrow when I post the Walmart event.

  1. Gloria...I like Walmart, too. The other day was a treat for me...I was able to shop at a slow pace instead of rushing in and rushing out. I saved looking at the Christmas stuff til last...they were playing Christmas music. Real nice. Hope you enjoy your shopping tomorrow.

  3. I went and it was soooooo packed, I regretted going. I was there though and decided to stay to compare prices from the other Walmart closer to home. Well the only difference is that the new has the produce department and the meat department. So I will stick to my old Walmart and get my meat at Winco across the street. Thx for stopping by Amy and I did shop for what I needed. Take care.

  6. Hi Manuela, I really enjoyed your post today. I actually "teared up." The good thing about the supercenter is that everything is there, but it isn't that much lower.I know it is so weird when you are a day ahead. Hey, have a great evening and thx. for stopping by. Take care.
