Good morning, on this yukky wet Sunday morning. I was meant to be off out on my bike with Nige today for a pint in the beer garden. But I don't think thats gonna happen!

Anyhoos, as you have probable noticed if you are a regular to my blog, I have quite an addiction to Sweet Pea Stamps. Well one of my favourite artists of theres has her own FB page & was giving away a freebie as long as you coloured her & had her uploaded by today lol Yeah cutting it fine I know, but I've been busy & spent quite a lot of time in bed over the last few weeks. But anyhoos here she is all finished ready to go in a frame on Danni's wall, as soon as she saw her coloured she asked me if she could have her...little babe xx

Steampunk!

A quick post from me today, as Nige is off & we are going food shopping bleurgh!!! The one thing I hate lol

I'm here to share with you the second part of this months 'Sweet Pea Stamps' progressive challenge on Facebook. Now the one I have to show you today, I would never have normally brought, so to be given an image that is so far removed from what I normally do was a challenge. Wild Flower Beauty

It's Tuesday & that mean Nige has gone back to work after our fab weekend. Saturday we hired a car (not the one we wanted lol) it was a baby blue Fiat 500 rag top. Nige looked so funny driving it!

We went over to Lake Vyrawy in Wales & had a nommy ice cream lol. Then we drove around the lake to the other side & had burgers cooked by Nige on the camping stove!! We then took a gorgeous drive around to Llangollen  had a look around the shops, I managed to come away with a paintbrush lol! The girls got a few different things. Then we drove back & stopped of in Trevor so Nige could take some photos of the aqueduct thats 126ft high.....mmmm not a chance was I walking over that lol!! Last stop was Ellemere lake for some chips & they were scrummy!!

Sunday, I mostly slept, but did do some crafting in-between, we also managed to watch the F1, where my man won yet again (yeah I know kinda a hollow win, but a win is a win lol. Monday much the same as Sunday with less crafting & more watching moojies & sports

Zebra or Zeebra?

Real quick post from me this morning. waiting for Nige to get back with a rental car. We decided after Christmas to get rid of our Bug (car) as 98% of the time she was sat outside the house, not being used & was costing a fortune to run but not going anywhere!! So we decided to hire a car this weekend & go either up to the Lakes or over into Wales not sure which yet depends on what my very own human Satnav (or Pratnav as they are called in this house) says!
