Well done Chelsea on reaching the Champions League Final after that dramatic win over Barcelona!
Against all odds, we're in it and did it!
The real estate course is coming to an end and the examinations will take place on 19 & 20 May.
Hopefully I can do it once and do it well.
Can't wait to get the licence and venture into this industry!

I'm in a period of exploring any possibility of establishing my name in the market.
Currently, I'm undergoing real estate course and learning a bit of network marketing from some friends.
These are commission-based kind of work and it will not be easy.
One reason for joining real estate is that I like the flexibility. Obviously, the commission as well.
I see the potential of the industry and why not I give it a try?
The beginning will be tough.
Be your own boss.

I'm not ready for a relationship
So are you
But I just need to know if
At the end of the day,
While I pursue my aspirations,
You'll be there for me.
So many times I've tried to give up on you
And I told myself that I deserve better
But why should I give up on you
When we haven't even move on to the next level?
There's so much to learn.
I need the courage to let you know.
I need the strength to overcome the hurt inside,in case I fail.
I need the faith to believe we can make it through, if you're willing.
I know how it feels to reject people and being rejected.
Just that I have friends to cheer me up when I'm faced with the latter
And jokingly mocking me when I did the former.

Had a long weekend as I took off-in-lieu today.
Dinner & Dance at Furama Riverfront on Friday was nice.
That place is suitable for my future functions.
That night also, I went to NUH to see my colleague who is in critical condition.
His illness is still unknown. His hands are cold and bloated. But his heart still pumping. It's never easy to tell a person to stay strong or get well soon, but that is all that I wish and pray for. God bless.
Another thing that happened on Friday afternoon might as well be turned into a drama.
I don't intend to bring this up since it happened at DB but what I witnessed was something-I-wish-that-it-won't-happen-again drama.
When you have commited an offence, just accept your punishment.
At most you'd be detained for 40 days, then f off.
Saturday was a bit relaxing. Watched King's Speech with JC friends. Nice show but sitting at the front row really hurts my neck.
Went back to second home on Sunday afternoon. Kinda miss Johor and the food.
Drive back to Singapore just now but was caught by the traffic police at the junction before the custom. I've beaten a red light -_-
After much negotiation, the TP just accepted RM 50 for himself.
Malaysia Boleh!

What's the purpose of being at home
when your younger siblings don't listen to you.
I chose to be responsible.
I cared.
Now, it's up to them.
They can ask any amount of money from my parents,
Go wherever they want to go,
Reach home whenever they want to.
I feel that it is much easier to teach stupid people than teaching those who don't want to learn.

Countdown 2011!
Such a wonderful 2010. A year free from studies (except BTT, FTT & SCDF tests), the year I got my driving licence, admission to NUS, a smartphone, made lots of new friends and so on. My NSF life so far has been wonderful overall. To be honest I feel very fortunate that my camp is nearby, to be working with dedicated colleagues and I don't feel tortured at all, even during recruit life. 5 weeks of BRT is nothing compared to a few sessions of rugby training =D
Another thing which makes me feel better is the trust my parents have towards me. They allow me to travel overseas without them, allow me to drive their cars, allow me to come home late when I hang out with friends. They do care about my whereabouts obviously but their trust on me is strong. And I promise not to ever let them down.
As for my siblings, my elder sister has started working. Hope that she'll treat me to more concerts. My younger sister, who scored 242 for her PSLE, got into Crescent Girls. So proud of her although she is not the study type and always surf Facebook with her iPhone. My PSLE score was only 192 but heck care, I got into uni. My younger bro will be taking his PSLE next year. I trust he would be smarter. My mum got Diploma before he was born.
And the latest news for me is that I was selected to work at DB Admin. That means I'll be working office hours again. My time spent with Bravo Guards was worthwhile. We had so many outings. Good luck to Bravo and thanks for your everything! Their teaching and guidance when I work at DB is very much appreciated.
Had a wonderful primary school reunion on Tuesday!
Ate at Lau Pa Sat and witnessed stallholders arguments over tauting.
Time well spent!
