okay sorry for the belated update!~
gosh i've just been so busy i haven't felt like updating!

well after i left off, the next day we had sentosa MM outing. :) it was pretty fun! organised by the younger MMs. and even though it rained. it was still a beautifully blessed day. and we still had tonnes of fun!

we played some games first then when we were supposed to play the water games. we ended up not needing to play as everyone were either victims who got thrown into the water by people who wished to sabo them (LIKE ME) or those that willfully went in themselves, and in turn started splashing people and dunking people in the water (like manfred, shuming, nikki and those pesky few) haha. but all in all it was real great fun. and i was totally soaked at the end of the day. haha.

after the outing daniel picked us up in his dad's car. i had the 'honour' to experience his driving as he just got his licence! haha. we went to mount faber! :) its really pretty. all along i thought it was this really green mossy looking mountian. haha. okay. super out of point. but its really really pretty. :) then we went off to alexander to eat. and yes. GUYS EAT A LOT. and i really mean A LOT. seriously. there was so much food on the table it was unbelieveable. but at least there was STINGRAY. haha. daniel's treat for our awesome results. :) praise jesus. i really made it. :) 3 points! gosh i still can't believe i did it! jesus. your TOO AWESOME. :)

then off to ABC to get drinks, and as those who disgustingly drank the DURIAN stuff. while those who were anti durian scurried off to the further table to avoid the stench. haha. but talked and shared with daniel for awhile. i hadn't seen him in so long! cos he was off for HM camp and only just got back. :) we eventually homed with all the easteners! and i got to sit infront with all the SPACE. while the guys got squashed behind. HAHA.

I ended up doing my last last last minuite shopping on saturday. haha. yes super last minute, but i managed to get all the stuff i needed for christmas svc the next day. :) praise jesus! so after that i met manfred and kev at bugis! wanted to watch night at the museum, but ended up walking around instead due the cinema not having any tickets. haha. it was pretty funny.

helped them out with presents for people. and they were being real cheapos. haha. super funny stuff we did. haha. it was quite late and we really did LAST MINUITE shopping. at watsons nontheless. where they bought soap for presents. :) haha. super funny la. then we slacked at mos burger discussing who to give what to. haha. MMK still lives. :) after that we homed and i was back at work finishing presents for people for the next day!

the next day we had combined christmas svc at indoor stadium! :) praise jesus it was super awesome! even though i was so so so tired cos i was up the whole night till 6am making the presents to give to people the next day. :) woke up bright and early. and despite daniel's reminders of meeting at 9 at kallang (while he himself was LATE we had to chope seats for him), we managed to get to the indoor stadium on time and managed to get seats. went around giving out gifts and seeing people smile. :) awww. its really awesome. we give for he first gave. :) christmas spirit was all around. :)

dora and lynn danced! omgosh. so cool. ahhh i wanna danceee! :( after svc, we still continued wishing and exchanging gifts and i went to pass pastor his gift. and we were just talking. after that he was talking about a dance department in DARE. OMG i was practically on the brink of tears! YES YES YES. i want a dance dept in dare! omg is really dreams fulfilled for me yet again! JESUS. you are SO AWESOME. daddy i really want to dance for you. :) thank you jesus for giving me the desire. :)

we eventually left indoor, and went over to this YUCKY prawn mee place for DG lunch. where i couldnt help but feel uncomfortable in because of the disgustingly humongous rats i saw running about! OMG i screamed like crazy. they were HUGE. and the food there's not FANTASTIC anyways. i'm never going there EVER AGAIN. I SWEAR. gosh. it was really an EXPERIENCE. as daniel says it. haha. but yea. NEVER AGAIN.

we eventually headed home after that, while the guys went lan gaming and i got my present from my dad. which was another one of my dreams fulfuilled! he gave me HIS NOTEBOOK! ahhhh. now i'm a proud owner of my own computer! yay praise jesus mans. i can do my own work on it! YAY. really praise jesus. :)

as midnight approached, i opened all my presents, and even though i didn't get much i know that i got the best present i could ever have gotten. :)

we celebrated boxing day at ethel's place! :) for the Super D christmas potbless! :) praise jesus we had an awesome time! :) met claire and josh at tamp with my bro and we took 10 down to ethel's place. turns out her house is 107 and its right inside! haha. so we were drenched walking all the way in since it was raining!

and when we got there they were already playing taboo! haha. it was a really funny game. :) and then after that we went treasure hunting followed by silly forefiets. haha. it was fun all in all. then came the part everyone was waiting for. which was the potbless! haha. everyone was hungry hungry hungry! :) and while some of us went to watch 'a christmas wish' where we saw many of them in their younger form, mainly claire, jack and many many others. while people screamed at the tv whenever they saw someone they knew. haha. it was fun. the others were outside fellowshipping. :) it was awesome. :)

the whole atmosphere was beautiful. the rain (melted snow!). the beautiful christmas music, the scrumptuous food and the awesome company. :) it was really really beautiful. and we never failed to embrace the moment laughing away and talking split pictures. :) it was a fun night indeed. as well as getting belated christmas presents. :) haha. it was awesome fellowship.

shared with coach alot alot. and i just look back at this year and reflect on how much jesus has really restored unto me. gosh i'm really just so humbled by his love for me. he really loves me so much. who are we to be here and witness his good works. really. yet he still shows them to us because thats what he wants. :) to just give us without asking anything in return. :) so precious.

eventually we made our way back home in the rain.i shared an umbrella with malcolm as kevin pangse-ed him and stole the umbrella for himself. we also saw some dead headless frog on the road. DISGUSTING. (but still not as bad as the rats) and we eventually made it to the bus stop at took 10 back to tampines and back home safe and sound. :)

christmas was a BLAST :)

the next two days i stayed at home and watched prison break season 2! yay. its reall good. :) i've also been addicted to making accesories and earrings! haha. its really fun! my mom and i are so addicted. its really fun actually making your own stuff. :) haha.

then on friday i met up with charissa, evan and denise at orchard for our ambs meeting! to discuss how to integrate the 400 newcomers! :) praise jesus we thought of a solution! and i practically walked around the whole of orchard! haha. from far east to cine then back to far east. but it was fun! walked with charissa as she was meeting coach joy. and then after that i just shared with her so so so much as we were walking around. :) praise jesus for her mans. :)

so while katie and coach joy went to cut their hair, i met up with manfred then with angus and kev! who were also in the area! haha. and cutting hair as well! and we just walked around talked and slacked. :) went to paragon to ah mei (sister of ya kun HAHA) where malcolm joined us. then after they cut their hair, katie came and joined us! then we went to taka. walked around taking pics with the christmas trees and watching kev doing spastic stuff. haha. it was really fun. i srsly laughed alot. we eventually ended up at far east again and met up with claudine and went for dinner! haha. so it was like this HUGE gathering in orchard. :) haha. it was really cool! :)

i eventually homed with malcolm and kev while he kept taking pictures of himself with my phone. haha. his pimple and everything else. haha. kev is really the funniest person ever. haha. but all in all it was a good day. :)

praise jesus for an awesome christmas, boxing day and post christmas. :)

DREAMS FULFILLED!

That Saturday was DARE Christmas bash!

whoo! it was super FUN! went early for leadership training and heard many many more testimonies from the MMs. :) and as jerlynn just shared about those guys we encountered during our outing at east coast, we just really believed that they'll come that day. and pastor just assured how happy and proud he was of us. :) praise jesus. it was an awesome leadership training session. and the last one of the year. :(

after that i went for a super quick lunch and went up to serve. also helped super D decorate the lift lobby area and we sprinkled cotton all over the floor and said it was snow! haha. and we stuck the words 'he is the reason for this season' on the walls. and just decorated it in a christmassy fashion! :) super pretty!

the other DGs also did an awesome job on their decos! like aikos and huper! they even brought a Christmas tree! super super pretty. :) and of course there were lots of snow spray going around haha. but it was a really fun seeing everyone in the Christmas spirit. :)

svc was really awesome. i just reflected over 2006 and couldn't help but smile. at all the wonderful things he's blessed me with. true solid kingdom friendships! an awesome DG. awesome leaders placed unto my life. opportunity to serve in ambs and as an MM. :) my daddy is really so so so awesome to me. he's just really blessed me so much. :) I'm really so privileged to do all this for his glory. all for him. :) thank you jesus.

after we went to go collect our other red MM shirt. and presented pastor his. :) and even though those guys we met at east coast msged kev that they were gonna come but didn't in the end, we know that we've got a big god who can make things happen. so we're gonna just trust him and believe for them to come for dare in the near future. i truly believe they will. :) praise jesus. :)

after that i talked to coach julian for awhile as he asked me if there was a dance dept would i wanna be involved and i was like YES OF COURSE. haha. thats really like my DREAM la. :) haha praise jesus. maybe its another dream fulfilled for me. :) praise jesus. yes we should have a dare dance dept! :) claimed in jesus name. :) i believe it.

then we went for dinner at millenia. and we had an ambs meeting. :) it was super cool. we played silly games and laughed a lot. haha. and thats when coach told us about the sub depts and how Manfred's gonna be moving over to logistics dept. :( and we just talked about how ambs are going to change as the year comes. praise jesus. and Bryan passed me the ever-so-precious-yet-i'm-so-honoured-to-hold-onto ambs file. :) its really a privilege and i have to type out the databases for this week cos the YLs are going for HM camp! :) where they're gonna be so deeply blessed. :)

after that i headed home with the east people, while waiting for janey and shu ming with malcolm. :) at least aloy and kev waited for us at the MRT there. they walked to fast pls. haha. and yea eventually homed a super tired girl. :)

sunday woke up LATE. and was supposed to start serving since i've shifted groups! :( so i won't be with denise and kev anymore. i'm with angus and the rest! :) haha. but its okay! :) we're all ambs! yay. and turns out when i reached at 11 2nd svc already went inside! so i went in with heidi and gillian. :) and i managed to get a seat with char and nikki. and svc ended super early. when i went out to serve, there was no queue! haha. so we hung around for a superrrr lonnggg time! while some of the MMs discussed about the MM shirt the ambs were playing games at the dare counter while waiting for the queue to fill so we could start serving. and pastor wanted to talk to Manfred, Kev and i so we had to wait for him also. :)

so eventually after everything, i had the privilege to have lunch with pastor. :) and we just talked :) and he just shared with us what he saw us as and as MMs. :) it was really nice to hear that from pastor and he just shared with us as the ministry is growing and expect an increase. and how he saw us as role models for the others. gosh i just felt so privileged. really. and i know i couldn't be like this without jesus. :) he just told me that i was like a sponge. and that i just absorb everything all the blessings and i go in expecting so much. which is so true. every svc i go for i just expect him to touch me and he really does in one way or another. and i just receive and receive his blessings. :) he said i had a great calling even though he doesn't know what it is. but praise jesus pastor even said that about me. it really was awesome just chatting normally. :) and talk about upcoming ad camp 3 :) I'm quite excited. many exciting things in store. amen. i just know it.

after that we all just slacked around the dare counter cos i was supposed to meet Claire. and it was raining so beautifully! haha i love it! :) the guys continued playing around. talked to wei heng abit and continued watching the guys just goof off haha. it was real fun. when Claire came. i just talked to her abit and went to go buy food! green tea pretzels and hot dog rolls! :) yay. and i just caught up with her. :) praise jesus.

went back up to the counter and went to serve for afternoon. haha. kev and i are like full time ambs. cos we're always there the whole day. full time ambs of Christ! :) praise jesus. haha. and talked to Charissa awhile too. as we were talking about flaccidity and turgidity. haha. super out of point and really funny. hahaha. :) slacked around the counter some more as i was waiting for janey and the rest to join me and we still slacked around there and i helped pack up the counter. :) yay. and i really thank god for Bryan as he really just assured me that the databases will be blessed cos i was doing them. :) praise jesus mans. :)

the guys then continued to play around and arm wrestled haha. super funny. and i found out about kevin's LIST. and he's been rating the looks of girls! tsk how low can he be man. and the highest rating was only 6.5 pls. so i told him i rate him a minus one in my list. haha. super funny. and eventually we went home. as the next day was N level results day! :)

woke up kinda nervous n stuff. but eventually made my way to school. and after long boring talks from the principal and teachers. i eventually went up to collect my results, which i couldn't get back at all cos my parents haven't paid my school fees. super irritating la. so i had to make i have no idea how many calls to both my parents and make them talk to my teacher to explain the situation. and they still didn't issue me my results but its really HIS FAVOUR that my teacher TOLD me my results. i got 3 A1s, 1A2, 2B3s and i failed my chinese. so i got my 3 points! DREAMS FULFILLED! :) this was really my first dream of the year. to get 3 points for my Ns and indeed it did come to pass. :) PRAISE JESUS. :) and my L1R5 was 11! ahh. its really all jesus mans. :) thank you jesus. :) my whole class is moving onto sec 5. and hopefully i can get my results slip back cos i want to see which subs i scored what in! AHH. this is really just the beginning. i know Os will be bread for me. AMEN. i just know it. :) and actually i told daddy that since i got 4 points for my prelims i cannot get any higher than that for my Ns. so i got a 3! PRAISE JESUS. :) and i really got the best reward ever. :)

I also found out that Kev got 9, Roger got 9, Christon got 8, Manfred got 8, and Josh got 7 for their N levels and we're all gonna be moving on to sec 5 together! :) YAY. PRAISE JESUS FOR AWESOME RESULTS. :)

thank you jesus for your blessings poured upon me abundantly.

just the begining

The week after camp was totally accleration!

on Monday coach julian called me in the afternoon and we just shared about camp and stuff. and i just really happy he shared with me what he did. :) he even talked about my sickness being a spiritual attack as i received so much during camp! which was so true. but i was so glad coach took time to share with me what he did. :) praise jesus mans. i really know that my life's going to be super accelerated this coming year and more things are just gonna change in the youth ministry for the better. :)

after that i just nuah-ed at home with my mom watching criminal minds. and i missed the super D sentosa outing! :( cos i was sick. BLEH. and it was raining on my side. but praise jesus it wasn't raining at sentosa. :)

on Tuesday was the MM outing at east coast! :) IT WAS SUPER FUN!

kev managed to book the BBQ pit and we went and throughly enjoyed ourselves there. :) met at macs and proceeded on to the pit where we laid out all the wide spread of food! haha. pot bless! :) and we went to play games! we played captains ball! and it was really funny as kev kicked the ball and it got stuck in the coconut tree. haha. and all the guys were shaking the tree trying to get the ball down. and bryan even tried climbing the tree. in the end they managed to get a coconut and tried to use that to hit the ball down but to no avail. haha. they EVENTUALLY managed to get it down though and they started drinking coconut juice haha.

darn funny la. seeing them all so barbaric trying to tear open coconuts for the juice. it was real entertaining while the girls just laughed away. hahaha. and kev stepped on a satay stick and hurt his foot! when alene just reminded everyone to wear slippers when playing. praise jesus it wasn't a serious injury though! :)

we then started eating! haha. yay. and it was a real beautiful day! not that sunny yet it didn't really rain! and the widespread of FOOD! lehow nicely brought this macaroni salad! and kev brought spaghetti! and someone brought chicken n all that! super COOL! :) haha. and it was really good fellowship. :) and throughout all this time, there were these guys who kept looking and staring at our bags and us. we were irritated but didn't think much of it.

after that we played actionary! fun fun fun. we gave really stupid things to act out like topshop and zara. haha. there was also construction worker and maid. which none of us could guess! at least i did ant! haha. and they managed to guess it. :) it drizzled for a bit and we went under this shelter thing and had short praise and worship. it was really sweet. :) and after the short drizzle we went back to playing around at the beach! and had even more praise and worship under the stars. :) his presence was really amongst us. it was so surreal. :) and the most amazing thing that happened was that jerlynn just got up and said invite those guys for dare. who were staring at our stuff and everything. and they were smoking and saying bad words n stuff. and the guys really took the courage to go offer them food and invited them down for dare! and they said MAYBE.

and we all just cheered and screamed and rejoiced under the stars on the beach! :) haha. it was super exciting. and we just prayed that they're maybe will turn to a yes. and we did the natural, god will do the supernatural. amen. and he really did. after we finished praise and worshiping we went off and said BYE SEE YOU ON SATURDAY to them. and this was so amazing. 2 of the guys, ran after us and asked kev for his number! praise jesus! :) he really made they're hearts open enough to want to come down for dare. :) and this was really all jesus' supernatural ways he does things! it was really unbelievable and we all just rejoiced and screamed like crazy all the way back to macs. :) after that jerlynn and i left for home and talked to her all the way to bedok where she took train back to clementi. :) it was really a blessed blessed day. :) i had tonnes of fun.

the next day i met kev, denise and angus at bugis as we were supposed to meet coach lily, bryan and charissa for lunch. and we just chatted a bit and had sharing about camp till coach broke the news to us. :) praise jesus man. he really ACCELERATED in my life. until now its still accelerating. i really don't deserve all these blessings yet i receive them. he really restored my time in dare. i was here only this year and look where i am now. really i would've never imagined it. and god is really so good. :)

coach just told us what ambs will be doing next year, and everyone was rising up, and she just sees us as YLs already. i was super touched la. so we're kinda like taking over YL roles for next year, and the YLs will be doing other stuff. gosh its really accleration. and i'll be doing databases for next year. :) kev's our overall in charge. :) praise jesus. the four of us will be kinda like helping to head the ambs department for next year. :) this is really accleration and ALL OF JESUS. none of me. :) praise jesus. when coach told us that my heart just raced like crazy and i was like. this can't be happening! AHH. its so SURREAL. :) really it is. its really accleration upon my life. :)

and that following Friday, i got the good news that DANIEL PASSED HIS DRIVNG! yay. means he can start driving us around now. haha. and manfred kept asking his mom if she bought him insurance haha. super funny. then i was going for BS. and i was on my way down when kev called and said i was invited to go for this leadership meeting, only him, Manfred and i were called to go. so i was like okay. haha. so we went for it and i feel so super privileged to even be there! it was all the YLs and Coaches and the camp DGLs and only the 3 of us MMs. haha. but it was a really good sharing session. and jesus just spoke to me then as everyone shared about they're youths. he just reminded me again why i was an MM why i was a leader in dare, i was placed there to bless the youths. not just receive for myself but bless the youths in return and love them and care for them. and i just was reminded of that again, as sometimes we get so carried away with our own things and forget the real reason why we're placed there as leaders to guide. :) praise jesus.

i was just so touched by what coach lily shared, she said my journey was so similar as hers, how my life just acclerated and he just restored to me in so little time what would usually take so long to happen. :) and it was really so true. jesus really restored to me my time in dare this year. and it just felt everything was so compact into this year. what would naturally take so long just all was packed into this year alone. :) and i was really just touched by how underserving i felt but yet he still gives me so much. :) i'm just so touched by his love for me. as i shared will evan and anjo also. :) jesus is really so awesome. all the good works he's done there and then and during camp i just feel so privileged to be there to see it all. :) even as pastor said jesus chose us three and placed us to be at the meeting that night. i just feel so privileged and honored that he chose us for a reason. :)

this week is really was really just an example and the BEGINING of what jesus is gonna do in our lives and in mine. :) and expect even GREATER things to come. :)

ENCOUNTER JESUS II

SORRY FOR THE SUPER LATE UPDATE!
i haven't really gotten a chance to solidly use my computer since i came back! :)

well anyways. EJ II WAS SO AWESOME! :)
i really receieved so so so much.
i shall try my best to remember everything from the begining! haha.

DAY ONE:
i woke up rather early and alena's dad fetched my bro and i to clementi. it took quite awhile to find the place but we eventually did and were one of the first few to arrive! haha. waited for more people to come and eventually waited for the buses to arrive! super D 2 was in bus 9 with some of the huper 2 people! and the 2 brothers were on the bus! daniel and manfred! haha. not forgetting aloysius which would then equal to a very cold bus due to much lameness. hahahha. anyways. we got to sit the sexy PINK bus! haha. sat with alene cos we were gonna prison break all the way thru to customs!

managed to take a look at our nice new MM shirts which were super pretty! haha. charmaine did an awesome job on the design mans! and so did the ppl who went there to quarrel for us since the original shirts had size problems. :) anyways. prison break-ed all the way to customs. and changed buses when we reached malaysia. and we still continued prison breaking till the ipod got stuck. haha. and we resorted to talking, and due to the other pesky ppl on the bus, they tried toothpasting people when they slept! haha. SO MEAN. so particularly, we tried not to sleep. :)

reached the pit stop for toilet break and to eat our lunch! and after that went back up the bus and travelled all the way to port dickson. and when we arrived and the BEAUTIFUL resort, we immediately had to change up into our sports attire and go for camp opening and start the games!

our first game was DARE MEGATHON. and the first game we played was ultimate frisbee! and we played against jrockz! it was really amazing seeing all the guys go all out for the team! haha. i played the first round and cheered the team on for the 2nd. and jack managed to score a goal for us! :) whoo hoo! and even though we lost that game, we still got points for the cheering! :) yay! i love my super D 2! :) and even though our dear aloysius was cheering for manfred chew instead of super D since huper was playing at the dodgeball station beside ours. haha. we still love him .

after that our next station was one leg catching and we played against CG! and it was amanda's group! haha. and we won this game! :) yay! and our third and final game was baseball, and the balls were water bombs la. so it was quite a fun wet game! haha. we played against huper and we won! :) yay. so it was many many points for super D 2! :)

we were then sent up to our rooms to change up and go for dinner. i was in room 511 with janey and alena! :) we got our keys, and lugged our heaving bags upstairs and when we got to our room, the door couldn't be opened. so while our dearest room ic alena had to go down and change the keys, which still couldn't work, janey and i slacked outside and started eating. and eventually some nice lady opened it for us haha. and the keys STILL COULDN'T WORK. but we still managed to get into our room so we happily unpacked our stuff! and kept all the food safely in the cupboards and fridge to store our GREEN TEA :)

showered and changed up and eventually went for dinner at auqamarine! and went for extreme encounter service! :) and it was so so so awesome! i could just feel daddy's love and presence right there in the ballroom with all of us. and i just cried and cried so badly! daddy just really showed me what i saw during the hillsongs concert! as the ambs sat at the back getting a full view of the auditorium. i just saw such youths so hungry for jesus, jumping sreaming and cheering his name. :) daddy just brought that vision back to me, and i just know this is going the be DARE in the near future. full of youths whose lives have been impacted by JESUS. :) it was really such a precious sight. :) i just kept crying and crying and even as worship ended and pastor asked us to sit, i was still crying throughout the msg! i was just so so so touched. :)

after svc. we had a short MM meeting to discuss when we can meet to practice the dance and skit, and we decided to meet at 8am the next morning. :) so i went back up and spent time with my lovely bunkmates. :) we went to go snack like crazy. talked a lot more and took spastic photos. and eventually went to sleep.

DAY TWO:
woke up early early the next day rushed for the ballroom! and practiced our dance. aloysius managed to BREAK his umbrella by smartly doing a handstand on it! so we needed to look for another one. and we tried our best to redo our formations so it wouldn't take up that much space. and we just practiced for awhile without music since the sound system hadn't been set up yet. then we went to join our DGs for breakfast.

we had another extreme encounter service, and during this service, daddy just showed me a picture of myself at the foot of the cross looking up to him and worshipping him, as he was hanging there. and then i was reminded again of what charissa shared during an ambs outing. that there was no higher calling than to just sit at the feet of jesus and worship him. and it was so so so sweet. just remembering his love for me, and him reminding me time and time again why i'm here. :) pastor also prayed over me and called for my double portion. which i will receive in jesus name. i want my double portion! :) and coach lily just prayed for me, and she just told me that i will be an established women in christ. so strong and secure in him. amen to that. thank you jesus for loving someone like me. :)

after that powerful service, we went for lunch and then to DARE MAFIA. :) i really think that dare mafia was a really well thought out and planned game! where one of our group members were kidnapped and we had to play games to get money to save them! haha. it was super funn! :) and i could just see super D so enthu and go all out for john who was captured! and even though we were last, and we didn't get to play the sauce pool, i had tonnes of fun. cheering and screaming and jumping into the pool and everything! haha. it was FUN :) and aloysius was first blinded by a mafia, and we were like begging him to mute him instead but he didn't want to. but eventually coach alice muted him and our whole group cheered and laughed like crazy! haha. cos he was SO NOISY. and aloy was super sporting mans. even though he kept banging into the wall and the guys kept bullying him. he still did it! whoo! and he talked to me and alene in his SIGN LANGUAGE cos he couldn't talk. he's GOOD man! haha. oh and i got him to borrow a pole from the logi people cos we needed one to use for the dance. and he managed to get one, but he broke it in less than 10 mins! and parry refused to get him ducktape to stick it back. haha. super funny.

washed up and went for dinner and svc again! it was super fun mans! screaming and cheering for jesus! :) all the ambs were in our pretty green ambs shirt. it was really awesome being there in his presence once again. what a way to start and end the day! :) and after that the MMs had a short meeting with pastor. and he told us to expect more. and that we were all going to rise up and do things we never thought we'd be able to do. that we'd even surprise ourselves. and i really just said amen to all that cos i did want to receive that and step out of my comfort zone and shyness. and i know daddy can only do that. we then presented him with our MM shirt! :) yay. and we moved outside the ballroom for practice. thanks to anjo who brought her laptop! so we could use it for the music! :) praise jesus mans. we recapped steps and after that i just prayed for them. i was super shocked at myself cos i never knew i ever had it in me to do that. but it was really all jesus. :) i surprised myself that night.

everyone eventually left for their rooms, while amanda , manfred and i waited since anjo's laptop was there and i didn't wanna leave it there alone so i was with her. and after that coach said he'd bring it in for her so we left and decided to slack around the lobby for awhile. haha. it was super funny la! chatting there laughing at people and making jokes and random comments. super super funny. and i eventually made it back to my room where my 2 darling roommates were already fast alseep! haha. and they were so sweet! they wrote me a note saying the cooked me cup noodles since they knew i'd be back late. and actually they were supposed to be fake sleeping so they could see me eat my noodles but it ended up being them really falling asleep. haha. i really thank god for them :) they're the SWEETEST.

DAY THREE:
the next day had breakfast with the ambs! played concentration and had to do forefiet. honestly the pancakes SUCKED. the first few bites were swallowable but the rest was super GROSS. ahh. it was like bitter and stuck all over your mouth. GROSS. i almost wanted to puke so kev and i went to spit them out. haha.

after that we had extreme encounter service and it was just the last svc! and i just went in telling daddy i wanted to receieve just keep giving me and show me things i'm going to do for you. and i went up to the front and as anointing oil was being placed on everyone, coach mel just prayed for me, and she said that he was going to lift me up and out of my comfort zone, and raise me up. and i just teared and fell under the anointing. and she bent down and whispered into my ear, and he wants you to know that this is just the begining of greater things to come in my life, and that he's preparing me for greater things. and i just cried and cried. and after that daniel prayed for me as he said that i'm going to be the woman of god that he called me to be. and i got slain again. and even coach lily prayed for me, telling me my dreams will be fulfilled, and that i will perform for his glory. :) gosh the prayers were all so precious. :) it was really anointing that filled the place. as god was doing his wondrous works there and then. :)

after that we had DG timeout where super D 2 proceeded to daniel's room where he talked to us about how jesus changed him. and i really just saw how he has transformed from glory to glory. :) and we just shared about what jesus has done for us. even as he talked about being slapped on the right cheek and you should turn to the other and get slapped on the left. just opened my eyes to what being gracious was and learning how to be the more mature one in seeing problems as we undergo different circumstances. it was really a revalation in itself. :) praise jesus for the awesome time spent. after that we went to aquamarine and met up with super D 1 and played a few rounds of taboo and discussed about DARE express for that night. the MMs had to leave early. and i rushed back to my room to change up and rush back for dance practice with the rest of them.

when we went down to see coach julian. who looked super scary and super fierce. i didn't even dare look at him straight in the face and he just sat there waiting for all the MMs to arrive. and everyone was there at 6.30 when we were supposed to meet at 5.45. and coach just talked to us about punctuality and everything. turns out the skit was gonna be cancelled as it didn't flow with the hype of the night. and even when he asked who were the ICs i couldn't even raise my hand and look him in the face cos it was super scary. but turns out it was a miscommunication about the time. cos coach thought we'd be meeting at 5 but we told lynn 5.45 n everything but it was really grace that coach didn't scream or yell at us. (praise jesus)

we eventually quickly rushed through our dance practice. and did positioning. which didn't turn out so badly. praise jesus. ran thru the dance with music 3 times and then went for dinner. the skit ppl were there supporting us all the way. :) and thats super greatly appreciated. :D i thank god for this bunch of MMs who love each other so much and really just them being there infront of us dancing with us was helping us in a way. :) praise jesus. after that we rushed off for dinner. and back to my room to collect the props for DARE express night.

after giving out the props, manfred, laura and some others were running into the room, screaming for all the MM dance ppl to be in the ballroom now. haha. and we ran down the stairs all the way to the ballroom as we gathered and waited for everything to start. and bumped into many characters! like those from X-Men! and MIB. haha. super cute. took some photos. and eventually we were outside prepping everyone for the dance. and when we looked in the ballroom and saw everyone was sitting uptil the front it was super PACKED. and we had no space to dance! turns out we only had the catwalk. and no one told us that or marked for us the space during our rehearsal! OMG i freaked out la. but the MMs still wanted to do the dance so we were in one corner trying to think of a solution when i cried out to daddy and just asked him to pull us thru this, and anjo just prayed for us and then wei heng said we can just get everyone to move back! PRAISE JESUS really cos we got back our original space! AHHH. and we also managed to find an umbrella for aloy! hahaha. :) its really jesus who made everything work out in the end, in that moment of panic and frustration he turned the situation around. :) it shows just how even in the little things he cares. :)

the finale night was super GRAND as everyone donned costumes of they're characters and before we knew it we had to go up for the dance. and even as we danced i just knew even though it was a simple dance, it was really the heart behind everything we did that really showed. how much determination we had to learn the steps and the formations and everything it was just all complied into that few mins on stage. :) praise jesus. i really enjoyed myself. and just seeing the rest of the MMs at the back cheering us on and everyone else in the ballroom as well just made everything so much more worthwhile. :)

after that we just kept cheering as everyone congratulated us and esp aloy and his solo. RESPECT MANS. haha. him with the umbrella and everything. gosh i really really enjoyed myself mans. went back to our groups with alene and we just took many more pictures. esp with the pretty boys who went to go put on EYELINER.

haha. manfred and dean and some of the guys went to expirament with eyeliner and it turns out they looked rather pretty! haha. the MMs also ran to the front to support wei heng as he sand w the dare choir. and after that we just praise and worshipped till the end of the night. :) it was really such an awesome night spent with the MMs. coach julian and wei heng then talked to us and just shared with us :) till about 3 am.

after that i had to get wet tissues for the guys to clean off their eyeliner cos they had no idea how to do it. they thought they could wash it off with soap and water. haha. so amanda and i had to help them clean they're eyes and then i went up to alene's room to join super D for sharing. :) but i shared abit and just ended up sleeping and at about 6am i decided to go back to my room and really sleep! haha.

DAY FOUR:
awoke at 10am the next day and packed up to get ready to go back home. :) went for our last breakfast with super D and then back to the ballroom for camp closing. :) and waited for our buses to come to take us back to SG! and since we were in bus 9 we had to wait quite a long while! so we took many group photos and played many games. haha. all in all it was fun fun fun. :) and coach julian just talked to me about the MM dance and just said that he saw me jesus just lift me up bigger than my circumstances. and was really so true seeing jesus so faithful and just seeing us though so much. :) praise jesus. i really feel honored to even be part of the MM dance and to be even given the opportunity to choreograph it. :)

even though alene and i were so sad that camp was over, we know there's just more to come. :) bus ride back home was quite okay. didn't really prison break much. chose to sleep instead. was super tired. and shared a lot with daniel on the bus. :) we also managed to toothpaste aloy as he fell asleep on manfred's shoulder, and after that he kept complaining that aloy's head was super heavy. haha. darn funny la.

pit stopped for a&w lunch and eventually made it back to sg. :) it was a super peaceful journey as we slept in the bus and it rained outside. love it. :) when we got back to clementi we said our byes and alena's dad nicely sent us back home again. :)

praise jesus for this camp mans. i really receieved so so so much and i just want more! i realised that ever since my time in DARE i've just been so happy and so blessed. and this year has really been one of the BEST years of my life. :) i've just been so much happier. i've really found what true kingdom friendships are and i've never had friends as awesome as those i have now. who'd go all out for me, and i'd really do the same for them. janey, alena, alene, ethel, claire and all those babes in my DG. the hunks too! :) really you're THE BEST FRIENDS EVER. :) even like how janey and alena just made me those cup noodles when i was gonna be back late. gosh i was just so TOUCHED. :) i've really never had friends who'd do that for me, but i know daddy has really belssed me with real true friends. :) praise jesus.

and one thing i really caught from this camp was the group spirit! like that in super D! how super D never really is split up cos we're always ONE FAMILY. how together we all are and how we enjoy each other's company. i really thank god for SUPER D. i really grew so much in this DG just seeing how everyone cares for everyone, and how we love each other. its really a team spirit i never knew existed but is so REAL. :) and same for the MMs. just seeing how we support each other and just really are there for each other. i can say we all supernaturally bonded. due to the short time we had with each other and even as we have to serve in our own DGs i just know that we're a very special batch who'd really go all out for everything and anyone. :) praise jesus. i'm really so thankful to be an MM and be with all these awesome people. :) i just love the team spirit. :)

and to all my awesome dancers! thank you so much for being so patient, learning all the steps and working together. :) it wasn't easy but we pulled it off. and i'm so so so proud of you all! :) thanks for always trying and supporting me. :) you all are really the best. thank you alene, amanda and the rest, for always encouraging me and never allowing me to give up, being determined and trying to get the steps and formations just for me. :) you know i love you all so so so much! :D

thank you jesus for an awesome and succesful EJ II! and YES MORE TO COME. i just know it. AC3 is gonna be SO MUCH MORE MIND BLOWING. :) i know it. thank you jesus. cos its only with you that this is all even possible. thank you for everything in my life, everything is such a blessing. and as my life just ACCELERATED this half of the year. i know you're just preparing me for your goodness. and i just know. so so SO much more to come. there's only a day till camp!
AHHHHHH THE EXCITEMENT! :)

well last thursday we went over to alene's again to finish up the finding nemo props. and it was super super fun! haha. esp w aloysius and his sneezing. gosh he is SUPER HILARIOUS PLEASE. seriously undescribable. haha. and you should really see him playing the guitar! its SUPER FUNNY. we managed to watch step up while waiting for the balloons to dry and we had dinner at SIMPANG. whoot! :) like finally!

friday we met up for shopping and in the morning we collected our SUPER D TEES! wheee! the guy nicely delivered them to my house and they were UBER PRETTYYY! :) they GLOW IN THE DARK MANSSS! whooo. we're srsly the most unique dg with such a trademark shirt! it is truly favour that we managed to get such beautifully done up shirts in that amount of time and at that cost! :)we later went off to bugis to do shopping! haha. camp goodies n stuff. fun fun fun. we bought loads of stuffs! :)

after that we all went for BS. and went superbly HIGH AFTER. haha. we kept laughing at nonsensical stuff! and it was so FUNNAYEEE. esp janey and i. haha. she was like one minute stoning and the next min making spastic faces at me. something is seriously wrong with this girl! haha. we kept playing with her new 'friend' haha. it was fun altogether :) walking back, we practically entertained ourselves as usual. talking laughing and making random remarks. haha. i really enjoyed myself. :D

saturday was SUUUPPPEERRR FUN MANZZZ! cos it was DARE SUPERSTAR DAY! whoot! alene, alena and janey came over to my house in the morning to collect the super D shirts to help me carry them to suntec. we packed and alene's mom nicely sent is there :) and while the sec 4s had to go for their graduation thingy, janey and i settled for bubble tea and slacked at the foodcourt. haha. eventually met up with alene and we went to change! :)

changed into our pretty pretty dresses! and then went up to start serving! gosh the 6th floor never looked better! with the red carpet and the photo taking booth! gosh it was all TOO GLAM MANS. all of us seriously looked stunning! :) i took many fun shots with charmaine! and loads of other people! esp with the ambs! haha. and it was super cool as we got to see our images being reflected back onto the screen! gosh it was COOLLLL... we had the superstar competition, which KEV won!

pastor did abit of sharing and we ended the day with awesome praise and worship. gosh i was so HIGH MANSSSS. after all that we continued taking more and MORE pictures. and i helped lydia and the rest pack the camp tees nicely and sort them out for her. :) and kev, daniel, brian, claire, glenys, shavonne and the rest we SO NICE TO WAIT FOR US. THANK YOU SO MUCH. they sat at the lift lobby playing concentration. haha. so cute. you guys really are the best manss!

we eventually left for dinner at millenia. :) and it was awesome manss. laughed like CRAZYYYYY. :) it was seriously a FUNNNN GLAMOROUS DAYY. :) i've uploaded the pics into an album! go check it out! :) the link's there on the right!

today i went for 2nd svc and then after that went to go to finding nemo props! HAHA. darn fun mans. painting in sky garden with the cool breeze. and not to mention the fountian where we keep getting our water from! haha. super cool :)kept painting fins for like the whole dayyyyy and of course shared laughs here and there. :) i just pray that we'll be able to finish in time! THANK YOU JESUS :) i know we can! after all the painting. i eventually homed a very very tired girl.

there's only a day more till camp! gosh. and its in MALAYSIA! woot! i've so never stayed there before! camp's gonna be so awesome! and i'm expecting so so so much from it! :) i know that i'm going to camp EXPECTING, and coming out RECEIEVING. :) praise jesus. i know his grace is MORE THAN ENOUGH FOR ME. :) i know that this camp is going to be life changing and impacting. i know it. thank you jesus. for even giving me the opportunity to go for this camp, and to place me in such a happening DG. and for even giving me the opportunity to lead as an MM in my dg. its truly AN HONOR. :) its gonna be my first experience but i'm gonna enjoy it. :) i know it.

these past few days have been entirely AWESOME! :)

last thursday, instead of having a super D 2 meeting, we had to cancel it, but in its place we went for steamboat dinner! :) at marina bay. and being the swa ku that i am, i have NEVER BEEN THERE BEFORE. haha. ethel and i smartly took the MRT and stopped at the wrong stop thinking it was marina bay when it was actually raffles place. haha. but we had loads of fun at the steamboat place.

i didn't wanna cook. so thanks to daniel i ate my dinner! whoo! haha. if not i wouldn't have eaten pls. but it was shared with tonnes of laughs and entertaining jokes. and not to mention the inside jokes. hahaha. all in all fun nonetheless. :) and on friday i went to cut my hair! and i went for dinner with my family at black canyon. that place is super nice! :) nice food! wheeee. and it was quite a fun time spent with my family. :)

Saturday was THE BEST MANS. i knew it was gonna be a BUSY day cos of camp snuggle and hillsongs concert! but i knew it was gonna be a fun busy day! whoots! well. first off, i went to suntec with alena, then we went for lunch. meeting valencia and ethel. :) after that amanda came to meet me with the gorgeous ambs shirts! :) which are PRETTY GREEEN! :) i was so darn excited to see how nicely it came out! praise jesus we managed to do it so fast too! :) whoo. that raymond guy is really the best! haha. i immediately went to change into mine, and went up for camp group snuggle!

when we entered 6th floor, all the ambs started screaming at us as they saw us donning the gorgeous green shirt! whoo! and they all got theirs and changed into it as well! haha. we all looked so pretty in greeeennn! :) i think we're the only department with the shirt! whoo! kudos to amanda, manfred and i! haha. really mans. it was all jesus that it turned out so nicely! :)

camp briefing was damn funn! i was with alene, and we screamed at everything! haha. we cheered at EVERYTHING. esp for super d! cos i really believe super D is THE MOST UNITED DG mans! we really cheer for each other and i can really see the spirit in everyone of us mans! the SUPER D SPIRIT! :) WHOOOO! praise jesus for such an AWESOME DG. i would never ever wanna change it. EVER. :) we're all a FAMILY. to us there's really no super D 1 or 2. its just super d. :) WE'RE REALLY SO PRECIOUS MANS! and the camp shirt's SO PRETTTYYYY! :)

snuggle was super fun too! you know. i really thank god that daniel's my dgl. cos if it was someone else maybe i wouldn't have felt as comfortable to speak out loud. :) praise jesus mans. and alene's our dgl 2! WHOO. darn fun mans. our group was super ONS and we played games! we played that concentration game, where we got to know each other's names, and daniel lost! haha. and he was the one who came up with the forefiet! haha. so he had to shout that super D 2 is the best 3 times! :) and i truly believe it IS! haha. after that we taught them some cheers! and our group was just so on and excited mans! whoo!

it truly is acceleration. i remember last time when i was in super D. during EJ 1. i was nervous, and shy, but look at how jesus has changed me into what i am today! look at me now in super D! now instead of being a member of super D i have to help lead super D as an MM. and it really is an honor cos it just goes to show how jesus has really moved me in my life, and it truly truly is accleration. he's changed me so much and caused me to grow so much in super D! gosh. i really can't believe that all this has happened in a year! he has really transformed and changed me, and is still moulding me into what he wants me to be. EJ has always been a camp special and close to my heart, and i know as the camps go. they can ONLY BE BETTER. :) praise jesus. adv camp for me was already awesome. EJ IS ONLY GONNA GET BETTER! :) i'm expecting so much from him. :)

after that alene and i went for dinner, which was ploar puffs! haha. cos we were rushing for time! and i had errands to run like buying bubble tea for people. haha. :) and i really thank god for coach julian, for really trusting me, and giving opportunities to serve the DG, by helping out with the hillsongs ticketing. :) and he always reminds me that i'm not just a new MM. but the most favoured one in our DG. :) AMEN mans. its really all jesus. i know none of this could come from me. :)

after that saw the ambs, and then went off up for the briefing for the hillsongs concert! :) it was darn cool! we were all gonna be ACWs and we had this really pretty nametag which we never got to keep cos it was serialised. :( but it was really truly an HONOR to serve during such a major event! :) and after the briefing we went off to get our priority seats! haha. since we could go in earlier. and due to the mass confusion, the ambs ended up sitting at the 2nd row from the back. and it was SUPER COOL. i really love the ambs. :) sat with amanda and manfred. crap mans we all. haha. we saw jesus 5 times! hahaha. it was the bright lights flashing directly into our eyes!

THE CONCERT WAS AWESOME! i could really feel daddy's presence so strongly in the auditorium. and i really LOVED my seat. cos we got to see EVERYONE and we truly ROCKED the ROCK mans! i've never seen the auditorium that alive before. with everyone jumping and praising jesus. it was just so precious and so so so AWESOME! and i just cried throughout. jesus really dropped so many things in my heart. :) thank you jesus. his grace is SO AWESOME. it was just overflowing in the auditorium! and as 64 lives got impacted. it was truly that increase that jesus placed in my heart. i knew it was going to be overflowing and it was. :) he is so amazing. :) i really love seeing people get touched by him, as it just keeps reminding me how much he has touched me. :)

seeing my own life transform is a testimony in itself. and i know he has great things in store for me. great great things. :) i saw the things he's done for me this year, its really all him. i've never felt like i've grown so much spiritually in my life, and i felt as though i've been in dare all my life, not only for 1 year. :) its really so so so precious. :) thank you jesus for placing me here. looking at myself so new in ministry but still rising up so gloriously. can ONLY come from him. :)

after the concert we all went high and took many many pictures! whoo. and we eventually homed. :)

sunday went for 2nd svc, and like what daniel said. it felt as though hillsongs coming and having a concert here last night was just a dream, cos it was over so fast and it felt as though nothing ever happened! but it was just so surreal. i thank god i even got to go and be part of it! and even SERVE! gosh it was such a privelidge. :)

aft svc, i went with alena and ethel to janey's concert! Prelude To Advent! gosh it was the first time i went to a chior concert but it was so cool! haha. seeing janey stoning while walking. and we bought her pretty pretty flowers! :) RI was good cos they sang my favourite song! haha. and i think CJC choir was good too! that girl could srsly project her voice. it was good nonetheless. :) dinnered at KFC and exchanged information for a long time. after that met the leaders n stuff to collect money for various stuffs then homed! :)

monday we headed over to alene's house to do the finding nemo props. as thats our movie we're gonna do for dare express! OMG I THINK WE SRSLY ROCK. our masks are really WOW mans. i think we outdid ourselves! ethel is amazing with the masks man. esp the paper mache stuff. and i think our DG is super awesome as everyone pitched in to help out with the props and make them the BEST they could ever be! :) its really all jesus as he super naturally bonded us altogether. i really see super D working as one! haha. it was a day filled with tonnes of laughs. :) i really enjoyed it a lot! :)

on the way back to the bus stop i saw a cute frog! :)

and yesterday was even MORE FUN. haha. it was our LAST LAST LAST MM MEETING! :( SADDDD. gosh i wish we had more chances to meet cos i really feel every practice is a moment treasured. :) and this last prac was super special, cos jesus supernaturally speeded up everything! THE DANCE IS SRSLY MORE OR LESS COMPLETE. omg its really ALL JESUS. he really makes all things beautiful. :) thank you jesus. i really love the dance people. :) they are truly the most determined people everrr! and even though we have people with short attention span (like pierson) haha. but we all did it! WHOO. thanks to anjo and arielle for helping out. gosh they truly made everything so much easier. :)

we had a short praise and worship inbetween. and it was so so so precious! i was so touched and could just see jesus moving amongst us. i just knew that we were all here for a reason and that even as we do this. we're doing it for the youths cos we love them, and we love jesus. :) thank you jesus. :) we know we don't need to do this. but we still do it because he first loved us. :) gosh its so awsome i get the privelidege to do this! :) dora and charissa also came by to give us encouragement! praise jesus. :) wei heng as well. we also found out jerlynn is gonna be in the same bus as us! YAY. i found alena a bus partner! haha. i shall prison break with alene on the bus there mans! :) but our bus is gonna be srsly COLD. with people like aloysious manfred and daniel AHHHH. jesus save us! haha. :)

dinner was super FUN. haha. oh mans. its gonna be the last night i'm gonna walk past the beautiful kallang river. :) its really so pretty! you know when the train goes past and you see its reflection in the water! gosh its really beautiful, and as the sun hasn't set but is setting so its not dark but almost dark, its the MOST BEAUTIFUL. :) its super niceeee and its the last time we're gonna see it. :( but i was talking to lehow and i asked him how he felt being in super d now. and its really amazing cos i saw him fit in so well! haha. i really believe that anyone who comes into super D can FOR SURE fit in super well. :) haha. and its really all jesus. whoo! its fun finally getting to know the fellow MM who came in with me! haha. :) i know my batch of MMs are truly special. :)

sat with lehow, kev, manfred, jack and laura :) crapped a lot mans. and lehow was darn funny. he bought carrot cake! haha. so i could try since he knew that i haven't eaten a lot of singaporean food before. haha. and we laughed alot and talked about all sorts of nonsense. gosh it was truly fun fellowshipping with themmm! :) AHHH. i'm gonna miss it! LOTS. :) the times we spend together are really precious moments man. esp as camp's nearing and knowing how fast everything's gonna be over. :(

today i shall go over to the library and collect my books! after which i shall go and maybe do some camp shopping. :) gosh i am SO GONNA BRING MY DIGICAM. i wanna take loads of pictures. esp since my roomates are ALENA AND JANEY. haha. we're gonna be taking loads of pictures. :) from begining to end. i want to remember EVERYTHING. everything to the last detail of this camp. cos i know its gonna be SO SO SO AWSOME. :)

tmr is nemo props day again. and then on friday's gonna be shopping as BS day! saturday's dare superstar. till now i don't know what to wear! and on sunday's gonna be service day! monday is props day again. and off for camp on tuesday! AHH. jesus please don't let the days go by so fast! i wanna really treasure everyday mans. this year has truly been the best year of my entire life. :) its truly all jesus mans. coming to dare was the best decision i've EVER made.
