Big Boy!

I finally got around to taking Jases 1 year photos...It's hard to get good pictures of a moving target but oh well here they are for your enjoyment! 

Jase is a walking machine, loves cuties, eggs and sting cheese. "Da-dee" is his favorite thing to say.  Loves going outside and to the pool, likes to wear shoes and has become quite attached to mom and dad. 

1 Year Old

To the sweet little boy who made me a mother! There just aren't words for how blessed and happy I feel to have you in my life! I wish you could feel what I feel for you, I love you so very very much! I cant believe a whole year has already gone by! I love watching you grow and learn, I love watching you walk, I love watching Daddy play with you and listening to your little giggles and screams, I love the way you cant leave your crib without your stuffed animals! I love your snuggles and when you say "momma", I love hearing you talk to yourself in the morning and chanting, "Da-dee, da-dee," all the while jumping on your bed, I love that little mouth full of teeth, the way you "help" me with the laundry, I love how excited you get when you get to go outside and I love that curious little mind of yours, I love the way you can't walk and laugh at the same time and sometimes I even love it when you wake up in the middle of the night because I miss you and I love to snuggle you! I love how you like to squeeze all the juice out of your cuties before you eat them, I think its so funny when you play in the pantry and bring me cans of juice, I love how I find your stuffed animals and binkies in random drawers, the trash, the laundry and the bathtub. I love the way you hold my hand when we walk, I love that I get to have you forever and enjoy you for the rest of my life and I love your unconditional love! I hope you had the best 1st Birthday ever sweet baby! 

 We had a little party for Jase on Saturday with lots of family, Jase wasn't so sure about all people and attention but I think he had a good time!

Jase wasn't as destructive with his cake as we had hoped but after a min or two he was willing to eat it by himself!

10 Months!

This little monster is 10 months old! I cant believe how fast time is going by! He still loves stroller rides and bath time! Is starting to get in the drawers and anything he can open. Dances when there is music, it's one of my favorite things he is doing right now, he looks like an old man and it's so cute! If Dallen or I are laying on the floor Jase will crawl over and "hug" us, at least that's what we claim he's doing, he will lay his head on our stomach or chest and it's just the sweetest thing! Jase doesn't snuggle much so this always warms my heart like, "Ohhh he does love us!" Still isn't walking although, we are just sure he could if he would try! Usually wakes up 1-2 times each night sometimes more but never less. 😞  Loves the Christmas tree and balls but has zero interest in the gifts. We love you Jase and everything about your super curious busy personality!

Crafting!

This was our Thanksgiving craft! I think they all turned out really cute and it was so much fun!

I FINALLY finished Dallens stocking and I am super proud of it! It took me forever and loads of patience but I'm so happy with how it turned out and thanks to my mom who actually made it into a stocking for me! Now to start and finish Jases!

And last I made a tree skirt for our tree. I feel like the ones at the store are always ugly or too expensive. I found this one on Pinterest and it was super cheap and pretty easy which was awesome! I had planned to make some rustic decorations for our tree this year but it just isn't going to happen, maybe next year!
