I used to go to work everyday ~~happily~~ or at least not with any dissatisfaction

but recently, I'm really unhappy with the way the "Monster" at work deals with her "staff"

oh yes, she called us "staff".....since when there was a hierarchy system at work?

we are a TEAM ok!!!

this might not sound like a big issue, maybe I have prejudice towards her already.....

Yes, I'm pretty sure I do whatevah

There's a lot of stuff going on in the meeting today, many of us are disappointed with the way she wants us "to be". She doesn't realise her demanding requests are adding on burden to our current workload & not to mention THANKS for that extra stress!

Honestly, she is like a Discipline Teacher & I feel like going to school everyday with so many rules needed to be adhered to

We are all adults, so why is she acting like a dictator? I'm so sick of her!!!

Angry Mode turned on

I know I've been away for ~~awhile~~ too looooong sad

but I just feel damn beh song nowwwwww!!!!! bitter

As you know we have the freedom to Work From Home (wfh)

Me: Hi, I will wfh today. Thanks

Manager: Today we have an Education class, are you not in the invite? I hope it is attended by everyone in office. (exactly, I'm not in office! So no need to attend right? )

Me:Yes, I know about the edcation, but I'm having cramps so I can't make it to office today. Maybe you can call me so that I can listen to the education? Sorry for the hassle...

Manager: Ok, I will take this as one-off exception for you. In future, I need all staff to be in office for education or meeting with no wfh. I know the feeling of period pain & believe it happens to every lady. If serious then maybe you can see doc & get mc off, else annual leave. I will call you from conference. Thanks & tc.

WTF? Seriously, what do you mean by ONE-OFF exception? I am not feeling well & you expect me to go to office for education?

I was good enough to say I will wfh already! and yet you prefer me to take MC or annual leave? ANNUAL LEAVE? ARE YOU TAKING AWAY MY BENEFIT OF BEING ABLE TO WFH????? angry

I understand that there is class, but I'll still able to listen to it from home (I really don't see what's so big deal here )

FYI, I've just changed a new "Manager" few months ago & we all have not been liking her for the way she deal with things. She needs everything to be according to HER WAY.........why not, DO IT YOURSELF? Since you don't trust anyone else anyway

Conclusion, I WENT TO GET MC!!!

I'm sorry for being in such anger, but I just couldn't take it!
