Demera Birthday Dinner

Clark and I went to a local Etheopian restaurant for dinner. We had a groupon. The food was really good, lots of variety. We were stuffed!

Cubs Game

Before the game, we picked up some hot dogs from a hole in the wall place...yummy :) Katie and I supporting the Cubbies. It was a great game, beautiful weather until the 7th inning. It than began to down pour. We waited it out for a little bit, but decided to head home. Besides we had to get home for the BYU game. We ran the mile home and got absolutely soaked.

Aubrey comes to town

Aubrey, the wife of Clark's best friend from high school was in town all last week for business. We love her!

Getaway

Clark has been so busy the past 2 months doing his surgery rotation, which equals not much fun for me. I decided I needed to go on a little weekend getaway and headed up to MN to see some friends. We always have a good time together. We drove out the Duluth, MN and spent the day enjoying the dragon boat festival and doing a zip line/race car ride. The zip line was a little lame, but the race car was awesome. The weather was fantastic.
