Super Bowl XLIII Prediction

My prediction for Super Bowl XLIII is Pittsburgh Steelers: 23, Arizona Cardinals: 17. I'll be cheering for the Cardinals. However, I think that the Steelers defense is too good & will contain the Cardinals offense enough to get the win.

New Mexico update

My University of Wyoming class was cancelled tonight due to snow. Whatever that is. :) So I went & had my haircut at Walmart tonight. I wish Camie was down here so I could get a decent haircut, but unfortunately she's not. I also purchased an NBA game for my Wii. So tonight was basically the best college "class" I've ever had.

I also purchased tickets for the San Jose State at New Mexico State basketball game on Thursday night. Hopefully I'll remember to take a camera this time so I can get some pictures of it on here. I'm having a great time, but miss you all.

Talent: Betsy’s the most spontaneously funny person I’ve ever met.
Gift: Betsy has a very unique gift that I have to be around in person to fully appreciate exactly what it is.

How well does your friend interact with you socially? Very well. I’ve enjoyed every tenth of a second I’ve had of being her friend.

How has your friend helped you in your life?
It still gives me a lot of confidence to realize that an extraordinary person, like Betsy certainly is, has seen me during some of my most unimpressive moments growing up and still thinks highly of me.

One wish for your friend:
I hope Betsy has better than the best, because that’s what she deserves.

If you had one thing to say to them, what would it be?
If Betsy doesn’t have the best life possible I’ll be extremely disappointed. ;)

USU/NMSU game

Last night my dad & I went to the Utah State at New Mexico State basketball game. It was a very fun game to watch. Utah State was ahead by 4 points at halftime and won the game by 10. I sat near the New Mexico State students section, but very few rowdy students attended so it was a lot of fun for me. I'm still enjoying the nice weather & the change of scenery quite a bit.

The Land of Enchantment

For the next two days I'll be traveling down to New Mexico & will be living in Las Cruces for at least January & February. I'll miss Star Valley, but it'll be good to have a change of scenery for awhile. I'm so grateful for these opportunities I've been given to look forward to in my life so far. I'm thankful for all the hope, support, and encouragement being able to spend some time with Aubri, Jamie, Mandi, Tara, and Teddy last year provided me when I was struggling more mentally with my burn. I feel very blessed to have a lot of friends who are willing to use their knowledge to help make life a lot easier for me. I'm especially grateful for the reference point Teddy & Tara always have been for me whenever I'm unsure of exactly how to approach an unfamiliar situation that comes into my life. I look forward to whatever the future holds for me & am thankful to be able to keep in touch with all of you from wherever life will take me to in the world.
