drunkard...
hey hey... weekend again.. :)
thursday, i had a meeting at the finance office. erm.. i kinda freaked out a bit in the very beginning with the long meeting table and the faces. eh.. i'm still a newbie ma.. there were only 5 of us. the finance in charge, business office in charge, my manager, my senior staff nurse, and mi. we had the meeting cos there was a big problem or rather mistake in our billing. haiz.. i couldn't voice out the problems here. though i badly wanted to. i wanted to vent my frustration so much that i complained to buddy and mary throughtout lunch the following day. ~dunno how many times i repeated the same old story to buddy.~ heez.. thanks buddy.. and of cos i wouldn't spare my dar. on thursday, we were actually very busy with 15 patients waiting, but mi and SSN wong left for the meeting after lunch from 3pm to 5pm. tired and exausted after the meeting, plus all the stress that was added on both of us. we stayed behind in the clinic with our manager complaining bout all the miscommunications and troubles created in the very beginning and i mean for the past 3 yrs. haiz.. and now i've to clear the mess for them. :( didn't realise time passed faster during complaining. it was already 6pm before i knocked off. i was really stressed that day. i was kinda depressed as well. on the way back... i actually told dear i dun feel like talking bout the matter le.. ya i didn't want to. but who would believe it? i'm a complain quuen.. hahah.. and i'll nv suffer in silence.. ~not unless i'm really hurt~ i jus said i didn't wanna tell the next min u see mi talking and screaming for the whole 30mins. haha.. but of cos i felt better. :)
friday 25/11/2005: i went to work as usual. and i've decided to put everything aside. i'm not gonna be stressed by the issue. i'll jus do what the head wants mi to do.. after work, i met dear, hao and jianwen at choa chu kang. then i bought dinner and we went to lun's place. for mahjong again.. haha.. dear made mi angry.. :( hurmp.. we had mahjong session till 11pm. then they send mi home ist cos i'm working the following day.
Saturday 26/11/2005: i went to work. from 8am to 12pm. finally.. i finished the work for that week. thank god. if not things are gonna piled up. then after work i headed home ist for a short nap. i was exhuasted as usual. then woke up ard 5pm and went to meet dear. eh.. my turn to make dear angry. haaz.. my dear cannot go hungry de. he is funny. both of us were so lazy so we didn't eat for the whole day. almost dying, the both of us headed to town. my ridiculous and impractical suggestion. anyway nobody realised it till we arrived orchard. the crowd was intimidating. we walked ard trying to find some food. ist we went to crystal jade, the queue was even longer than great s'pore sales.. ~well i exaggerated it.. pardon 2 hungry men..~ then we tried fast food, mos burger, yoshinoya, KFC. oh man.. there were no vacant seats at sight. then we even resorted to wisma's food court. oh my tian... the queue at every stalls were terrfying. i can see dear's fuming face. i was frightened initially.. but later on i dunno why i jus burst into laughter. ya dear always think i'm crazy. i jus find dear cute. indeed a hungry man is an angry man.. then guess what.. we went to take the train. and my suggestion again.. novena. phew~ it wasn't crowded at all. but it was boring cos i've been at novena every single day and i still suggested dinner there. well what to do. we've to get the nearest place for food. in the end we had long john. :( how pathetic. but after food dear's smile came back. hhaa.. then we went to marina square. wanted to catch chicken little. but eh it wasn't in yet. so we ended up shopping for christmas presents. :) we stopped at the food court. then dear craved for laksa. so we had dinner again. hehz.. told u he is a big eater. after that it was already 10pm. we came back to my place ist to take my jacket. cos we r heading to chevrons for a drink. heez.. the usual clubbing grp. hey the drinks were soooo cheap. we drank 20 over glasses and it cost us $50 bucks only.. it was really cheap.. but 20 over glasses for 6 of us. it was a lot.. i was totally drunk. drunkard mi.. or rather drunkard us.. hha.. i can't even walked properly lo. luckily dear was there to take care of mi. :) on our way back, dear was holding mi while crossing the road and i fell.. kinda sprained my ankle. sob sob..
this afternoon i woke up.. my ankle hurts. i can't even walk properly lo. :( in the end i stayed at home this whole sunday..... boring... i jus sleep my way thru... heez...

happy birthday leefong jie
its dear's sis birthday yesterday. after work dear came to pick mi up and we went home by cab. after i got changed i went over to dear's house straight. then we all dear, mi, leefong jie, james and dear's mummy, we went to westmall sakae for dinner. a small celebration for leefong jie. along the way in james car, i was having a bad sore throat. i lost my voice. though not totaly.. it jus sounded.. eh.. sexy?? hahah.. in the car, dear's mummy was telling mi to drink salt water. and she said "zhu" salt is especially effective. i exclaimed, "huh? pig's salt??" ~pondering in my mind.. does pig's skin have salt or something?" then leefong jie burst into laughter. it was actually bamboo salt. yes.. i made a fool out of myself again. haaha.. but it was really funny. everybody in the car laughed at mi. haha.. sometimes i find myself quite a bimbo at times too.. hahha..
at sakae.. as usual we had a very very filing dinner! i was so full. well well... then we went to walk around for a short while. wanted to get leefong jie a whitening mask but ultimately we didn't. then we headed back to dear's place. it was 9pm then. i stayed at dear's place playing with the game in his hp. heez.. then leefong jie helped mi to d/l one into my hp as well.. addicted to the game... :p yup did i mention.. james bought the game at watson also. alright! now everybody is hooked to the game! heez..
we were sitting in the living room watching tv. then suddenly an uncle called leefong jie. and he said, "eh u r market sell chicken one ah?" wahahha.. it was in hokkien. can u imagine? it was so funny... hahaha..
then dear sent mi home ard 11pm. cold and comfortable.. i fell asleep almost instantly after bath.
today, mi and buddy had cup noodles for lunch. plus one dumpling given to mi by a patient. everybody was like questioning us for our cup noodles.. we seldom had only tat for lunch. i have to officially declare broke. :( had lotsa craps and chit chat with my collaegues as usual. and my manager kept asking mi and buddy to take leave??!! oh my tian.. still a long way till march ma.. why did she rush us to clear our leave? well.. well... mayb i should really start planning with my schedule to claim my leave. after work, daddy came to pick mi and dear. then we went to skin centre with mummy to buy some products. it cost her $200. but i've got discount.. cos i'm under the national healthcare group. :) then dad send dear home and we bought dinner home as well..

mahjong again..
this is how i spent my saturday..
true enough we didn't wake up in time for macdonalds breakfast.. he is a lazy pig.. so am i.. hehez.. well well... i met dear ard noon and we went to enter for lunch at the usual small chinese restuarant. we had the same orders. exactly the same food everytime we went there. heez.. i was still having my bad flu.. so the food was simply tasteless.. :( after our lunch we headed to jurong point.
we were at the train station.. and as usual our bickering.. till we fought.. we were jus like living in our own world laughing and fighting... biting on his arms... he tried to push mi away... imagine... how unglamourous is the scene... i didn't even realise.. till dear laughed and said (still grabbing my hands)... "hey da ting guan zhong..." then suddenly i was like awake... from my own world.. hahahz.. ~embarrassed~ all thanks to dear.. for teasing mi... ~blah :P~
we were in the train on the way to JP..
then we took a rest in mos burger after some shopping... tired and thirsty... we're craving for our fav ice milk tea.. heez.. and i started taking pics again..
eh hey!!i caught dear being vain.. he is looking into the mirror.. hehez..
i'm down with flu!!! :( sob sob... everything is tasteless....
we walked ard in JP till ard 6pm then leefong jie and james came to pick us up. i went for dinner with his family. we went to somewhere far... in ang mo kio... if i'm not wrong.. eh... i wasn't very sure.. cos i'm a directionless person.. hehez... anyway i had this special bamboo food.. everything was prepared in bamboo container.. horfun again.. i can' live without guo tiao.. hahah.. then as usual after dinner we headed to giant.. giant shopping on sat nite with his family is a never missed event. :)heez.. along the way qiang called so we made plans for mahjong session. hehez... after giant shopping ard 11pm we went back to my place for mahjong session with qiang, aihui and weituck. :) we played till ard 3am. mummy and daddy went to genting so it was havoc time!!! hooray!!! hehez.. ~bad gal~ then after mahjong we went down to the new 24hrs prata shop for supper.. ;) i was so surprised when dear didn't want any food. shocked and worried... i tot he was upset or not feeling well. hahah... ~over-sensitive~ mi. he was jus not hungry... then they left. it was ard 4.30am then. dear stayed over at my place lo.......
sunday... nothing much.. i woke up at 3pm!!! oh gosh.. i got a shocked when i wake up.. hahahz.. the worst thing is dear is still asleep. the piggy him. anyway yep all i did was to rot at home till ard 5pm. hui came to fetch mi. she drove and we went to westmall for dinner. then went up to jas place. we didn't dare to disturb her cos she was having her exams.. so we were like secretly and quietly watching the episode that gerald recorded for hui.. heez.. :( and sad to say gerald wasn't there to entertain us.. ard 8pm hui send mi home le... ok gotta sleep soon...... tml i'm working! oh my tian... thinking of the things piled up for mi... sigh... ok i better have a good rest tonight... nitez.......

Photographing kills Boredom..
i genuinely never know.. never know that being sick staying at home can be that bored. oh my tian!! but thank god to this sick leave.. i wouldn't have realise my room was in such a state. hahah.. imagine ur celing fans covered with thick layers of dirt. imagine the dust that accumulated on ur tv and cupboards. imagine ur trophies buried under the dust.. jus imagine.... oh gosh... i finally understand my mummy's nagging for the past few months.. its time for a thorough cleanup. and yes indeed i cleaned my room today. i woke up ard 1pm. i slept for more than 12 hours!! the drugs really made me tired.. and i mean really sleepy and drowsy. well well.. and i cleaned my room the whole afternoon. dear bought dinner for mi. how nice.. and he fixed a cupboard for mi which my mummy bought for mi lately. then we jus lazed ard watching tv programs.. he jus headed home.. it was considered early for him to go home at this hour. well cos we initially tot he would be sending my family tml early in the morning at 5.45am to send them to board the coach to genting. but my mummy called off the plan cos she didn't wanna tired out my dear. it was really early anyway though dear didn't mind.. well they decided to take a cab since there were 4 of them.. my family are going to genting till monday..
he is engorssed in watching tv...
ah uh... caught him acting cute....
so girl...... yee......
i told him to pretend sleeping.. and he really did... heez...
we had a deal.. we're gonna meet up early tml morning for macdonalds breakfast... :) haha.. lets see if everything gonna be in plan.. i supposed not......

i'm sick..
this week was considered a short week for mi. cos i'm sick today. i went to work routinely feeling kinda uncomfortable. but still i always love going to work. moreover there were tasks piling up awaiting for mi to accomplish. and thus i went to work. with a surgical mask on the whole morning, everybody was pestering mi to see a doctor. i already passed this terrifying upper respiratory tract infection to my colleagues. ~guilty~ let alone the vunerable chemotherapy patients whose immunity were exceptionally low. so i was supposed to stay away from them. but how can i possibly do that when i have to deal with them in person? well since there were not many patients i went to register at the walk-in clinic in TTSH. it was a long wait, but i went back to my working place and asked them to give mi a cal when it was my turn. i almost forget bout the consultation. when they called.. i went a bit confused. i was like..... "er?? did u get the right person?" haha.. i guessed i was too engrossed in work. so i went to see the doctor. and i've got the common URTI. the doctor gave me 2 days MC and 8 kinds of drugs. oh my tian it was alot. thank god it was free if not i'll rather be sick than to pay and consume all the 8 medicines. i was on sick leave but still i gotta rushed back to the chemo room to complete my work first before i leave for home. i left TTSh ard 1pm. and after i took the medicines i went into coma.. heez.. i was so sleepy.. even till now.. yawnz~
actually i find blogging a useful source of info for myself. for those who know mi, i've short term memory. i'm not kidding. honestly, i find my memory deteriorating. oh my tian.. so this blog actually helps mi to recall the events that have occurred in my beautiful life. :) alright back to the updates for the week.
Tuesday 15/11/2005: we headed to one of the steamboat restuarant in novena. "we" includes Dr Cai, Dr judith, liza, Gee Ling and me. they were all my colleagues in e subsidised clinic. not with the usual click in Johns Hopkins (my buddy and gang)... the steamboat wasn't the buffet type it was ala carte. and guess what?! i dined with Pan Ling LIng. she was sitting beside mi.. heez.. had a good chat with my colleagues on the cases.. well it feels so different. it was no longer kids and friends dinner.. it was with the doctors so the topic was on cancer treatments. heez.. but i still enjoyed it cos they were nice pp. :) i reached home ard 10plus. dear waited for mi at chinese garden. he walked mi home from there. thanks dar..
Wednesday 16/11/2005: dear waited for mi at novena. and we headed home together. we went back to change. but it was pouring so heavily. i was trapped in the bus stop. :( i waited for a while before i decided to run across the road. oh gosh... so horrendous. i was wearing heels and it was slippery. i was totally drenched. i had a good warm bath and then mi and dear waited for hui to fetch us. i was so worried bout her.. cos her hp went low batt and i tot... i tot she ran into some accidents. ~touchwood~ cos it was raining. i made her dar worried too.. haha.. and he almost ran down to hui's place to wait for calls he claimed. it was funny.. haha esp after we realised it was actually jus our imaginations running wild. ;P heez.. the four of us went to pasir panjang for dinner. had quite a sumptous meal. :) and yea.. we were planning the next trip to ubin.. for fortune telling.. ~excited~ i heard it was quite accurate..
i'm sick..
this week was considered a short week for mi. cos i'm sick today. i went to work routinely feeling kinda uncomfortable. but still i always love going to work. moreover there were tasks piling up awaiting for mi to accomplish. and thus i went to work. with a surgical mask on the whole morning, everybody was pestering mi to see a doctor. i already passed this terrifying upper respiratory tract infection to my colleagues. ~guilty~ let alone the vunerable chemotherapy patients whose immunity were exceptionally low. so i was supposed to stay away from them. but how can i possibly do that when i have to deal with them in person? well since there were not many patients i went to register at the walk-in clinic in TTSH. it was a long wait, but i went back to my working place and asked them to give mi a cal when it was my turn. i almost forget bout the consultation. when they called.. i went a bit confused. i was like..... "er?? did u get the right person?" haha.. i guessed i was too engrossed in work. so i went to see the doctor. and i've got the common URTI. the doctor gave me 2 days MC and 8 kinds of drugs. oh my tian it was alot. thank god it was free if not i'll rather be sick than to pay and consume all the 8 medicines. i was on sick leave but still i gotta rushed back to the chemo room to complete my work first before i leave for home. i left TTSh ard 1pm. and after i took the medicines i went into coma.. heez.. i was so sleepy.. even till now.. yawnz~
actually i find blogging a useful source of info for myself. for those who know mi, i've short term memory. i'm not kidding. honestly, i find my memory deteriorating. oh my tian.. so this blog actually helps mi to recall the events that have occurred in my beautiful life. :) alright back to the updates for the week.
Tuesday 15/11/2005: we headed to one of the steamboat restuarant in novena. "we" includes Dr Cai, Dr judith, liza, Gee Ling and me. they were all my colleagues in e subsidised clinic. not with the usual click in Johns Hopkins (my buddy and gang)... the steamboat wasn't the buffet type it was ala carte. and guess what?! i dined with Pan Ling LIng. she was sitting beside mi.. heez.. had a good chat with my colleagues on the cases.. well it feels so different. it was no longer kids and friends dinner.. it was with the doctors so the topic was on cancer treatments. heez.. but i still enjoyed it cos they were nice pp. :) i reached home ard 10plus. dear waited for mi at chinese garden. he walked mi home from there. thanks dar..

oo... been soo long.....
summary:
sat 5/11/2005: i went shopping with hui at chinatown the whole day.. i spent $115 and hui spent $180. hahaz.. u must be thinking whats there to buy at chinatown? ya.. it surprised us too.. hahah..
sun 6/11/2005: dear is back from his guard duty.. :) we actually wanted to go great world but knowing dear is tired i refused. we went to JP for lunch. dear was tired.. i can see. but his cold attitude still kinda makes mi frustrated. i was scolding him.. nagging at him... till he said "no matter how tired i am as long as u want mi to accompany u i will definitely do so..." stunned and lost for words.... guilt suddenly overcome mi.. oh my tian... how cruel can i be??
Mon 7/11/2005: nothing much.. i went to work. and as usual time files. after work dear waited for mi and send mi back. yup yup kinda routine. but seeing him every morning and evening is soon gonna be over cos dear is going back to camp le.. :(
Tue and wed 8/11 & 9/11: my short term memory is acting.. haha.. i couldn't rem a single thing within the 2 days.. hahah pardon mi.....
thur 10/11: after work, sis came to fetch mi and dear. we were out to marina square to celebrate my bro's birthday. we had jap food at waraku japanese rstuarant. yiying is working there. :) heez so we had discount. cost us bout 80 bucks. then we went to play arcade.. hahha.. for the sake of our little bro. then we caught the movie [sky high].. i was sooo tired... we reached home ard 12 plus...
Fri 11/11: i was alone at the staff toilet near the pantry.. i was trying hard to open the pantry door. it was locked. and i was sure. cos when i came out of the toilet i saw the door closed and i tot... i tot i saw someone went in. eh..... then i was talking to jeremy complaining to him that the "someone" in the pantry took very long to change or something. i tot someone locked the pantry to get changed. then i tried to open again.. it was still locked.. jeremy laughed at mi cos he knows i'm rushing off. i was really getting impatient hence i shouted and gave 3 hard knocks on the door.. and i hold down the door knob.... surprised! it wasn't locked at all!!!! i was kinda taken aback. i took my things and ran.. muhaha... ~still thinking~ am i too imaginative?? yes i think i am.. then i sms jeremy telling him that i find the whole situation weird.. and guess wat.. immediately after i sms him his phone went blank and yup there it goes.. his phone was spoilt. so... it is weird isn't it???
after work i went to meet kate for dinner at sakae city hall. we were so full! we did a lot of catching up and then i accompany her to shop ard... but we didn't buy anything. and we went back ard 9plus. then i went down to westmall to wait for dear. i was really tired.. my bones are breaking.. but still we went to watch the movie [just like heaven] sweet love story.. i like it.. cute.. i like the way the couple bicker.. dear came back to my place with mi...
sat 12/11: i slept till ard late noon. and i was lazy to move an inch.. haha.. so i was slacking in my room till ard 5plus i went over to dear's place. he was sleeping lo!! piggy!! he was so lazy but due to mi and his mummy's nagging he had no choice but to wake up and prepare himself. then leefong jie and james waited for us downstairs. then we went to expo food fair.. we had a hard time getting a parking lot.. it was very crowded. as usual we had nice food.. oh my tian i'm becoming a fat pig!! muhaha.. then after the food fair we went to giant. its our fav place.. its about 12 plus when james send us back. then dear went to meet hao they all for a drink. initially i wanted to follow.. but... think i should allow my dear for guys nite out ba.. i had tea at imm earlier resulting mi with sleepless nite. dear came over to my place ard 3am. then i started to talk and talk.. he was so tired but i was really awake. so i jus continued to tell him stories.. hahah. :P
sun 13/11: i woke up ard 12pm and then went to buy lunch for dear. then we rot at his place for a while and then we went down to IMM again. cos i need to buy my bro's present. we walked ard till ard 6plus b4 meeting my family at the baystreet cafe for dinner. another dinner celebration for my brother.. the food was not bad only.. nothing special.. i reached home ard 10pm i think..

changi chalet flat
monday 31/10: after work i headed home first to change. then went to hao's house. actually lun coming to pick mi up in the cab... but something happened at home so wasn't in time to meet her. but thank god mummy taking a cab to batok so i took a ride with her.. haha.. if not i'm so lazy to take bus.. dear, hao, jianwen and lun there. and we ordered KFC for dinner at his place. and then... mahjong session again.... ;p i was having a bad flu.. :( and i slept for an hour while they played. dear won.. heez.. its a rare chance though.. ops... haha...
what is hao trying to do??!!

we reached home ard 4am i think... eh... tired and i fell asleep forgetting to pack my stuffs for the following day's trip..
we went to changi chalet flat. again the 4 of us. mi, dear, hui and her dar. jas and nanwei can't go cos somthing cropped up.. well well kinda disappointed.. but... we still enjoyed ourselves... :)
first day 1/11: we reached changi around 3 plus i think. couldn't rem... but eh.. ~guilty~ we make hui and her dar waited.. after we settled down in the flat.. we went to buy some essential things.. heez.. hui thinks that she is really gonna stay there wor.. she wanted to clean the house and mop the floors. haha.. then hui's dar joked whether we wanna paint the house as well.. hahah... he is very very funny... make us laughed like crazy.. haha.. we played uno stacko.. haha.. we were shouting and screaming till pp come from next door to take a look.. haha... then we bought dinner back to the flat to eat while watching tv.. its yummy nasi lemak.. :) and then the mahjong session begun.. haha... ard 1am we went to bed le cos dear gotta go back camp early in e morning at 7am but he is back ard 11am....
second day 2/11: we woke up ard 12 noon. then we went for lunch at the market. the food there is very delicious and popular.. all having awards winning signs with them.. after lunch we headed off to ubin.. took a ferry there...
then we rented bicycles.. and there it began our temple visits again.. and we went to the quary also... but it was high tide so we couldn't sit on the stones... beautiful..... nature can be very beautiful.. really... it was ard 5 plus when we left ubin..
dear was really tired....
and we went back for a good bath and then we prepared our steamboat food.. we had steamboat for dinner... i was so afraid dear won't be full so we bought more cooked food from the market.. ended up we couldn't finish the food. but it was nice.... a successful steamboat.. cleanup was easy cos we basically threw away everything.. haha... then again... mahjong session.... haha... seriously hui's dar was really unlucky.. haha... ard 12 plus... it was bathing time... then after bath, we started our drinking session.... hehez.. we played pokers and losers drink.. the beer wasn't enough for us so we went down to buy another 2 bottles.. and some food.... cos dear was hungry again... ha... he is da wei wang lo...... we continued playing till ard 4am... but none was drunk.. perhaps only tipsy.... then we went to bed le.. u can't imagine how fast mi and dear fall asleep.. cos both of us couldn't rem anything b4 we fell asleep. should be rather instantly... haha...
last day 3/11: woke up ard 10am... gotta checked out le.... after we checked out we went for breakfast at the market again. and then.... we took cab and home sweet home le... i slept from 12pm till now.... still tired.... yawn....
