Wow..... i'm a working adult...

sat went back to my workplace no doubt it was suppose to be our off day. vuddy and me went back for some computer lessons. a short one la... we reached there ard 9am then 10 plus we are done. and the 2 of us went to the food court for lunch. ryan came down to join us. then after tat, ryan brought mi and buddy to his office. cos we've nv been there b4. so wanted to see.... erm... quite isolated.... its near the communicable disease centre... so its very dangerous and infectious.

after work, i headed home to sleep. tired... slept a while only. then dear came over. i was angry with him. initially... but hai.. i too soft hearted.. he sweet talk a little i melted.. haha... well... then we went to orchard for dinner. we tried the pepper lunch. its kinda a fastfood restuarant. but it is quite ex for a fastfood style. one set is bout $14. 2 of us cost bout $30. but i like it.. cos u've to cook it on ur own... quite interesting.

we went to walk a while.. then hui and her darling came to pick us up. we were like so indecisive.. driving ard... in the end we decided to go yishun. to catch the midnight movie "the maid". haaz... i'm scared. so does hui. and again her nonsense.... of screaming into her dear's shirt.. haha.. well.. overall it was jus an average movie.
i was tired... they send us back... dear came to my place...

sun, i woke up ard late noon as usual. then went to meet dear again. we went to imm.. our life is kinda routine.. haha... watch movie, play mahjong, drinking, shopping, eating.... hahaz.... we went to imm for lunch. and accompany him to buy some stuffs then went back le. cos i'm meeting my family for dinner. actually planned to go marina square eat one.. but in the end we only went to westmall. ate in the small chinese restuarant.

mon, its working day again!!! i was hiding in the manager's room almost the whole day. still doing that powerpoint presentation. and some statistics stuffs. pp like fiza, buddy, ryan, bridget, raju.. they walked past and will disturb mi a while.. they will say.. "wow... manager ah... relax ah..." everybody said the same thing. imagine u have to turn and laugh at the same joke so many times... kinda funny rite? hahha... but i love all my colleagues!!! they are jovial and fun loving.

my computer is going crazy!!! ah!!! i was back at home surfing the net. but the com goes loggin in and out of msn. then a few virus detected but then repaired. then it will goes online and offline and online and so on... oh my god. worse i switched off my com already but my friends still see mi as online. then tat ryan called and he asked what am i doing.. cos its like logging in and out of msn so many times when my com is actually shut down!!! somebody is hacking into my com???

tuesday... working day again... in the morning.. i was in the manager room, doing the slides. fiza and yana came in and talked. hahaz.. cos tue is the slackest day in the clinic. we talked bout work, life, love, friends, marriage and fortune telling. oh ya.. congrats to yana she is getting married this sun.. she is only 22 though.
i went out for lunch with xiaoman, buddy and ryan. i pestered everybody to eat KFC. haha.. then xiaoman told mi something which makes mi fuming mad... and upset actually.. life isn't tat beautiful afterall.. well.. there bound to be some sickening pp ard. but thank god.. at least i didn't work directly under her. after lunch.. i went back to the manager's room. finally summing up my presentation. i asked jeremy over to help. then we were discussing the presentation suddenly chin jong came into the room. said something to herself.. (actually meant for us.. but we didn't catch it) then laughed loudly and went out of the room. jeremy and mi kept quiet thruout.... till she left... i burst out into laughter.. my manager is funny... can't stand her sometimes.. went home with buddy and xiaoman. as usual mi and xiaoman talked non-stop. i reached home rest a while then play mahjong with my family. heez... till ard 11pm. but i didnt slp lo.. no doubt i was dead beat.. i was talking to xiaoman till ard 1 plus.. haaz.. in the end the both of us couldn't wake up for work.. hahaz...

wed.. this whole day i'm working in clinic 2a. for subsidised patients. jus a level up from the main clinic. and u'll see mi walking up and down.. cos i'm doing things for the subsidised clinic.. while my manager is actually down in the private clinic. i feel so sad when i see some of the subsidised paitents. i was talkking to one of pt, and so sad that she was poked 4 times but her veins jus couldn't be detected. she was like old and haggard... i brought her to the dryer cos she is like freezing.. on the way she said, "haiz... life ah... when u are old and sick... it is so troublesome..." haiz.... i felt so sad for her also....
after work actually we planned to go shopping for food at carrefour. but then our uniforms arrived. so with the big bags of clothes we decided to call off our "outing" haaz... ok.. i'm gonna have dinner now le... :)

the feeling of school...

work was kinda relaxing and happy for mi.. recently i'm doing a powerpoint presentation for my entire workplace. doing on all the job scope of different designation. quite happy doing it... it gave mi the feeling of being back in school. preparation for a project presentation..... hehez..... and recently i had lotsa talks during work time.. in the afternoon ard 2-5pm.. when the patients are clearing.. so again the feeling of school again.. today had a talk on cultures.. communication and relationship with pp from other countries and other cultures. quite interesting actually.. but buddy fell asleep straight in front of the speaker.. wahaha... tat ger.....

tue, ryan brought mi and buddy to the bus stop. we were trying to locate the bus stop there cos we wanna try taking the bus... haha.... in the end... it took both of us more than 1 and 1/2 hr home. thank god.. ryan accompanied mi in the bus.. at least somebody to talk to. poor buddy was alone.. but she did call mi.. complaining tat she waited very long for the bus. ryan accompanied mi to jurong.. then he changed 176 back to hillview.. we took 143.. it was bout 1hr 15 mins.. i think. erm.. mayb mayb.. i'll take bus when i have the time.. cos bus there r more seats.. :)

wed, after work, i went down to plaza sing to repair my phone.. yea.. it was done... :) happy.. wanna get a new hp asap...

so many things i wanna do after i take my pay tmr.. hehez.. wanna rebond, buy hp, buy jacket, shopping for clothes....

:)

on fri, 9 of us went for lunch tog. i love being in a crowd.. haa.. i like hanging ard with my colleagues.. cos they're real nice pp. fun loving.. 9 of us... including mi, buddy, carolyn, foong li, ryan, rajo, george and a medical social worker (ha.. i forgot his name.. ) i bombared the social worker with questions... cos i'm very curious. buddy and mi treated ryan for lunch.. juz wanna thank him... :) we had delicious yummy prawn noodles.. nice...

fri after work, i went home to put my things. then with my family, we headed to guang ming san to pray pray.. pray for my ancesters.. after tat we went to bukit timah for desserts. and then home sweet home. i'm working on sat... so gotta rest early.

sat, finished work at 12pm. then we slacked for a while.. and then mi and buddy craving for boiling hot cup noodles.. ahah... cos it was cold in the cliinc. we bought them from seven eleven and we ate it b4 we headed home.

then i went home and rest... while waiting for dear... unfortunately i dozed off and slept... he came up to my place ard 5plus.. i was sleeping.. haa... we left home ard 6.30pm. we went to marina square. for dinner. i was so full...... again.. everytime go eat with him must be very very full de..... we walked walked ard.. then we went over to hao's place for mahjong.. i fell asleep cos i was tired.. i woke up and played for dear a while.. we won $29 in total.. happy..... :)

dear came back with mi to my place ard 3am....

this morning..... i woke up ard 1pm. and i went to dear's place for lunch. slack there till ard 4plus then i went to meet zhen, meiria, xinying, meihui and weiping. its meiria's 21st birthday!!! :) celebrated with her... and chilling out with them at orchard wheelocks place big O. now i'm back hm.. hui coming over to my place soon... waiting for her......

work...

finally i found a job tat i wun dread going to work. mayb cos i've my buddy with mi by side everyday. talking, crapping and irritating mi... ops... hehez... :P

in fact i actually look forward to work... hahaz... i'm crazy... at least at work i dun have to care bout anything, dun have to be bothered by my family problems plus all the frustrating issues.. i realli do enjoy at work. yea!!! i'm happy... feel so much happy at work... but when work is smooth sailing, others went hay wire. haiz.... i dun care... dun wanna care....

i finally got my staff card. its kinda a multi purpose card, access to many restricted places in the hosp, discount etc... hehez.. and all thanks to ryan... i'm like troubling him with all my nonsenses.. cos the ist card i got, my pic kinda blur.. i pester him to change.. hehez... thanks ryan... he is a nice chap. but he requested a cup of cuppuchino. hehez.. actually wanted to buy and specially bring it to his office... to show my sincerity and appreciation. i called him but he kinda shy but decided to meet for lunch tom then i'll treat him a drink then. well fine... anyway on the 10 and 11 sep i tink, my company is joining this event. walk-a-jog. hahaz... jeremy is in charged. basically my manager urged all the youngsters to join... haha... but i'm fine with it cos its jus walking ma... walked from esplanade to somewhere i tink.

talking to tanny on msn rite now... suddenly.... miss him quite a lot...... but due to watsoever reasons.... the last time i saw him is like 2 months ago...

i like my job, i like my life..

2nd week of work...

so far.. i still like my job. heez.. esp with my friends ard. i like xiaoman, i like buddy, i like foongli and carolyn, i like fiza, i like fauziah, i love wendy and all the staffs there.. so far so good...... ;)

i struggled so long to make the decision... that period of time was torturing.. i cry and cry cos i'm confused.. now i think back.. thank god i changed job... phew~ heez...

couldn't really rem wat i did... again.. my memory is failing... i think i really need tanakan ( a kind of medicine for poor memory pp like mi).

sat 6 aug: met my virons.. :) we went to villa bali for chilling out. it was a nice place... kinda unique ambience. it is a pub... with trees, plants.. basically its like a pub out somewhere in e nature. and my poor wendy.. sick still pull herself out to meet us.. ended up vomited and fell sick..

thur: after work went to enter to meet dear, hao, lun, qiang, boon. stayed at the billard centre a while, then headed to long john to buy dinner to hao's place to eat. quarrelled with my mother. i think she is going into menopause. she is paranoid, sensitive, emotional and a worrier. she worries over the slightest thing. oh my tian. she is making the whole family quite upset. coz no one can tolerate her nonsenses. we had decided to bring her to the doc. menopause is not a mental problem. it is juz part of a women's life. when going into menopause, your hormones changes tremendously. mood swings varies terribly as well. some went into depression, having strong feeling of betrayal. i read this from a book. haiz...... i am really lost at times... i dunno how i can handle her and the situation at home.
haiz.. anyway back to thur.. we went to hao's hse.. then started our mahjong session again. b4 tat we had dinner at his place plus watching superstar. mi and lun left ard 11 plus. cos both of us r working on fri.

fri: which is yday. after work, dear came to ttsh to pick mi up. :) then we headed to town for crystal jade. hehez.. tats our fav. but my appetite wasn't good. we walked ard for a short while only. then went to enter to meet hao and qiang. and as usual they played billard. then ard 8pm, hao, dear and mi went to lun's place for mahjong. the 4 of us. ;( mi and lun lost. i lost $13. i was freaking tired. plus giddy wor.. cos i didn't eat much at crystal jade. then lun cook for us.. maggie noodles.. i was lack of glucose man.. feeling weak tired and giddy. dear feed mi with a few spoons only.. didn't hav appetite. we went back ard 3am. dear stayed at my place..

sat: i woke up ard 2pm. then rot till 5plus. haaz.. i was sooo tired.. i went over to dear's place. and tog with his family we went to suntec city for crystal jade again.. hehez.. coz dear's mummy treat... :) after tat we shopped ard trying to find something for dear to use his levis voucher. but still...... he didn't see anything he likes. tat fussy old man. always nags at mi.. say i'm lazy, clumsy, blur, forgetful.... and etc...... haiz.. sometimes really angry and frustrated when he nags and nags.. ended up we both unhappy or sometimes even ended up quarrelling. haiz.. dunno quarrel for wat also. quarrel cos i'm clumsy??? i also dun want it to be this way de ma.. but i'm so accident prone tat i couldn't stand myself either.. and sometimes it really hurts ok?? suddenly recall an incident at work on fri. i was doing an assignment.. then walking in and out from my manager's rm to the front counter. then i was reading while walking and i tripped over the carpet and ya funny.. i kinda "flew" towards the patient. and ya i think she was kinda taken aback. then i quickly apologised and i tried to hide myself from her. embarrassing. :(
aiya.. i go out of point again... talking bout sat.. after suntec with his family, we headed towards enter again. went to billard again with hao and qiang. then i went off to jas's place to look for ting and aihui. had a good chat with them as usual. i had a bottle of alcohol too. thanks to gerald. :) then hui drove us back. i went back to enter to look for dear, hao and qiang at kbox.. joined them at kbox. hehez.. and yea.. drink again.. hehez... we drank beer.... had a great time. but think if we were at "ying huang" more fun... wahaha... i was dead beat.. again... we went back ard 3plus..

sun: later gonna meet chelle at bout 4pm.. then we gonna meet dear and his big family... (tog with his gan mummy's family.) we gotta celebrate dear's mummy's birthday. :)

Summary of my week... i'm lazy to type... hee..

Sat:
- went to visit hui's cousin and her newborn at thomson medical centre. AW!! So Cute!!! mi and hui were thinking when is our turn?? haha...
- shopping with hui and ting at orchard till 10plus.

Sun:
- Went bugis "Si ma lu" bai bai with dear, hao and lun
- Got a good "qian" hehez...
- then tog we shopped at bugis
- then went for steamboat at marina south. so hot and smelly but enjoyable la.

Mon:
- First day of work at Tan Tock Seng hospital. (TTSH)
- i like the pp there... but of cos i got lotsa khakis there.. haha... but also i learn not to judge a book by its cover. overall nice day.. had lunch with meihui n weiping.

Tue:
- still under orientation week. still walking ard with my manager.. doing nothing juz looking ard... a patient asked again... "hey she is ur daughter ah?" last time at my work place also pp tot i'm the doc's daughter. perhaps i've got the "daughter" face. haha... or i think i too do nothing le... haha... had lunch with foongli and carolyn. yea.. my poly friends la.. they're working there also. all same age.. i like it.... ;)
- After work, met ting, hui, yanting, jas, gerald, gerald's freind, boon n boon's friend at westmall. hang ard with them.. eat jap food, talk talk. boon send mi home... thanks yea?? ;)

Wed:
- after work, met kate for some shopping and dinner. we had a date for sakae sushi..
- spend more than $150 again.. ;(

Thur:
- buddy join mi at work today.. its her ist day. yea!! :) and manager chin jong had decided to put mi and her tog at the same dept.. we are the patient service assitant. hehe.. not bad la... but i became kinda my manager's secretary.. coz she wants mi to handle her stuffs both down at the private clinic (JOHNS HOPKINS INTERNATIONAL MEDICAL CENTRE) and up at the subsidised clinic (which actually belongs to TAn Tock Seng HOspital). she wants mi to run about. and i also did paper work for her in her own room. isn't it secretary? haha... ok enough of my nonsense.
- had lunch with buddy, foong li, carolyn and george.
- after work, met xinni tog with foong li and buddy. but i didnt join them to orchard. and i didn't turn up for the steamboat with my cardiac angels as well. sorry babes.. some other time la... (deb and zhen forgive mi k?? heez.. )

Fri:
oh my god.. tml is fri le.... time files again... i seriously hoped i can work long term here.... dun wish to keep changing jobs. but sometimes god is playing a prank on mi. when i got a job, job opportunities appear??? TTSH cardiac dept needs staff... alexandra hospital cardiac dept called mi for interview also. but i turned down. shouldn't keep changing jobs yea??
