A lot has been happening
Sorry I haven't updated things here for a while. We've been having a lot of fun. Aly and Porter have started school. Ty was blessed and is now 2 months old. Wyatt and I have been spending a lot of quality time together since the kids are in school and Ty still naps a lot. We've been playing a LOT of Kerplunk. More than I have ever played in my whole life I think. Plus, our chickens have finally started laying eggs, so that has been a lot of fun.

newborn check-up
I took Ty in for his newborn check-up on Friday and he is now 8 lbs. 6 oz. That is how much Wyatt weighed when he was born. Crazy. The doctors said that he looked absolutely perfect. His bellybutton was still attached which I thought was weird so I asked the Dr. about it. He said sometimes they just have a hard time coming off on their own, so he yanked it off. I was shocked. It bled for a minute, but now it seems to be fine. Things here are going good. Everyone seems to be adjusting well. The kids all love Ty a ton, in fact sometimes they love him a little too much. But I guess that is good.

Feeling Great!
Things are going great here. In fact I'm feeling so good I'm having a hard time remembering that Ty is so small and that I probably should stay home for a little while more. He is doing great, he is sleeping really well, about 5-5 1/2 hour stretches at night!!!!! I have truly been blessed.

Ty Joseph Price is FINALLY here!!!
I went to the Dr. on Monday and he said that everything looked great, but I wasn't having any contractions. He said that I could either schedule an appointment for next week to come back to his office or I could schedule to be induced at the hospital the next day. For me it was a no brainer, I was 39 weeks pregnant and anxious to meet my baby. So we went in to the hospital on July 1st, and got things going around 8:00 a.m. Ty Joseph Price was born at 1:54 p.m. He weighed 7 lbs 12 oz. and was 22" long. He is absolutely perfect. I'm a little sore and tired, but nothing compared to being pregnant, I can't complain.

Celtics VS. Lakers
Tyson is a huge Larry Bird fan and has loved the Celtics since he can remember. He hates the Lakers as much as he loves the Celtics. So this years NBA finals are a dream come true for him, especially since the Celtics lead the series 2-0. He's busted out the old Larry Bird jersey (it doesn't fit as well as it used to) and has been cheering his team on. He is hoping for a sweep. Let's all keep our fingers crossed! GO CELTICS!!!!
Less than a month to go!
I am getting really excited, I'm finally feeling like there is an end in sight for this pregnancy. I'm due July 8th, and so I have less than a month to go and I should be done. I went to the doctor yesterday and he said that I am 80% effaced but only 1 cm dialated. You better believe that I'll be going on long walks after dinner every night and doing everything I can to get things moving. We are having a boy and I think that we will name him Ty. I can't wait to meet him. I'll keep you updated. Wish us luck!
