Steamboat at Hui Ling's

Steamboat at Hui Ling's place in BU on Saturday.
So nice of her to come fetch us(me, Jill, Dee, Li Hong) to her house. hahaha
Met some(10 to be exact) of her school friends.

After the 1st round of food, the extension switch sort of melted. But problem solved in a while.
Steamboat finish then clean-up and then rest time.
That's not all.
Next is Snowflakes. In Kota Damansara. Never been to there before.
First time having cold cold icey desserts at night.

Slept at 4.30am. I woke up at 9.30am while the others at 10.30am.

Breakfast in Ikano, then go Ikea and The Curve. First time in these 3 places. Shows how foreign this place is to me.

Not enough sleep from staying up 'steal chicken' in Hui Ling's house and today woke up late for class. Fortunately only half an hour late.

Jungle dinner

Dinner on Tuesday with the uni mates in a restaurant deep in the jungle of Broga. (reminds me of Secret Garden LOL)
Started raining heavily once we arrived. As if to trap us there. Imaginative.

Dr. Billa(my personal tutor) is always going on and on about getting first class during every PAR session. And today is no exception.
He was telling me to work harder, aim higher and higher and Year 2 1st sem will probably get first class.
I doubt that la.

The Lion City RAWWRR

After the China post, I'm too lazy to spent my TIME uploading photos taken in Singapore. So, .....

After the Physpharm exam which ended at 7.20pm, dinner in KFC and got home and bathed, then it's almost 11pm. Packed the stuff for 3 days and it's time for bed.

Woke up at 4am the next day and left house at 4.30am for LCCT. 7.20am flight. See the repeated numbers? Exactly 12 hours apart.
My shortest plane ride ever. The nearest I have been to was Thailand. My very first time going to Singapore. Unbelievable? Just believe it.

From Changi Airport, took the MRT to Geylang where our hotel is. To be more specific, Aljuneid station.

The path we took everyday to and fro Aljunied station.

Head out again to search for the Merlion Park. Damn exhausted and thirsty. Plain water doesn't help. We need really COLD drinks. Life saver - Starbucks.
The hours under the hot sun totally kill me. Almost got sick.

Marina Bay Sands and Merlion

This trip involves A LOT of WALKING. Both legs will be sore everyday.

Paid SGD20 to go up the Skypark at Marina Bay Sands. Nightview and cool breeze and many 'dark' photos.

Most of the mealtimes are very wrong. But I can't understand why my stomach didn't protest. Probably the legs got all the attention.

For the 2nd day, soy milk and 'oil-fried-ghost' and some other food for breakfast before heading to Universal Studios Singapore(USS). It was a schooling Friday but still 'people mountain people sea'. Place where all tourists gather.
Spent the whole day and evening there until the fireworks end. Almost 12 hours.
The souvenir shops have a lot of beautiful things but I know I won't use them. But I really wanna get something as a souvenir or remembrance. And I got....

The 3rd day nothing much. Went to Orchard road and Bugis for a lil bit of shopping. Bugis was totally crowded. Difficult to walk. Hmmph

Later that evening, it's time to leave for the airport. 11.35pm flight. But delayed and only depart at 12.10pm.
Due to the delay, the pilot speed up and the plane ride even shorter. Awesome.
Said as 3 days trip but it is actually 4 days.
