It's party time - Part I

Resume work today after 4 days break. Pretty lazy although there is a long list of task waiting for me to clear..

Most of SSC members are in white / red dresscode today and I can strongly feel the atmosfere of Christmas has arrived!! It's a big day for all of us today because we will be having our Christmas gift exchange at 4pm today.. and  follow by another exciting program - SSC Annual dinner + Christmas dinner at E & O Hotel at 7pm.. Hurray!

BB NCO Training Camp @ Cameron

Just back from Cameron Highland for 3D2N Boys' Brigade NCO annual camp.

This is my 2nd time go CH with church. The last round was 3 years back where we had our church family camp there, and ah boy was in my 'stomach' that time ^^.

Back to this place after 3 years, not much changes, the air is still cool, the plants + flowers are still colorful and fresh.The only change is the traffic there.. getting worst this time.. which due to public holidays ..

I'm teacher today ^^

This is my 2nd time to be " part-time" clay teacher at my church. I'm please my clay class has been included into boys brigade's activities list this year, and it's my pleasure I've been invited ("appointed" *o*) as their teacher again.. (at least they feel confidence with my clay skill *v*)

Originally, I was thinking to teach them to create their own Santa Claus photo frame (since the Christmas is just around the corner).. However, due to time limitation this round (I only have total of 4 hours for 2 day class), I have changed my mind and planned for another simple (but nice) project for them - mini pencil holders.

Throughout 2 days' class, it's fun dealing with these students. Most of them are first time learner with minority used to attend my clay class last year at Chapel. All these students are quite fast learner and managed to deliver their own pencil holders within the timeline given.

Happy Piggy Family

Received order from Emily month ago to have a handmade photoframe for her lovely hubby on his big day (11 Dec 2009).

When I asked what is the theme that she need  me to do. She just said " 5 piggy" ! It must be piggy daddy + piggy mommy + 3 little piglets :p

Let's see how 3 piglets and their mommy celebrate piggy daddy's big day ^^
